• Cezary Marek (2/5): I don't recommend this place. - - I booked an apartment with a balcony, but the owner upgraded me to one without a balcony without any explanation. There were no towels or TV remote. The owner didn't respond to messages. He just took my money and stopped communicating! The apartment was very very small.I don't recommend this place.

• Nikolay Yordanov (9/5): Great location and Value for money! - The location- in the heart of the city. Extremely cozy and inviting interior! Whenever I arrived I was surprised at just how many little things came as a bonus with the room. Could not find a better value for money in this area, amazing! Staff is very quick to respond to any issues. Whenever I arrived the heater was not working and as well the boiler had some issues, as I only had 2 minutes to shower before running out of hot water. After informing the host, they quickly informed me where I can get a new heater and also seemed to fix the boiler issue while I was away.

• Светик (4/5): - На окне не было занавески это было очень не комфортно. Постельное белье было не чистое. Вроде есть кухня, но на кухне одна чашка и одна ложка. Ни одной вилки. В итоге кухня бесполезная.
• Senne (1/5): Horrific - There was a bed. It was absolutely disgusting! There was other peoples clothes on the floor.. the bed wasn’t made and there was piss and poop in the toilet

• Sylvia (2/5): Pretty dreadful - The staff were not rude. The directions on how to find the property were easy to follow. I was travelling to Sofia to attend a wedding. I was supposed to stay at this property for 3 nights. The first night i spotted that the toilet was leaking and smelled very bad. The drain was blocked, making it impossible for the dirt to go away. And to have a shower without stepping into the... leakage. The shower head and the tap worked at the same time (the switch was not working). This drained the hot water really fast because the hot water boiler was tiny, making it impossible to have a shower. I messaged the property to fix it. They kept asking for things and thanking me for the feedback... In the afternoon of the first day I asked friends to stay on their sofa and vacated the premises. From the three nights I had booked, I spent there one.
• Annie (8/5): Convenient, comfy, just enough apartment that is great value for money. - Very conveniently located right by the Levov Most Metro but only 10 minute walk from Serdika central location so both are easy option. Apartment is everything you need for trip with small kitchenette, tv, bed and mini balcony. I felt safe at night and you are secure behind key code entry doors. Bed is comfy and linen was clean. I would definitely stay again no problem and far more pros than cons. There is a BILLA supermarket on the corner and the. ‘Ladies Market’ is just beside the apt with meat, bakery, fruit and veg galore to chose from. There was a small plumbing issue with the bathroom shower but I have asked the host to deal with that and it did not detract from my stay. I would still recommend a stay. The area around the apartment is a little run down but felt very safe and as a single female at night I did not worry about walking around at night. It is up 3 flights of stairs if you have mobility issues but I have metal knee and ankle and it was fine.
