Sandeep (1/5): Bad - The location and accommodation was tempting for a bank holiday weekend. It took almost 60 days and a lot of chaser to get back the security deposit. And the deposit is sent to Booking.com wallet and not the bank account. It's so disappointing that AVstay stopped responding to messages, calls and WhatsApp showing how pathetic their customers service is. Suggestion woild be to avoid place where deposits are required.

Thomas (9/5): Enjoyed staying here for London Marathon, really close to trains for Excel and Greenwich. - Location was just 0.5 miles from Beckton train station. Local shops very convenient. Comfortable beds, all very clean. Plenty of space in property, all newly decorated. Kitchen newly kitted with most things we needed. There was even a small supply of instant tea, coffee and a some herbs and spices. Only issues really, TV was an issue trying to tune into anything and gave up. No loo roll in toilets (but I popped to shops & got some), shame it didn't have a cafetiere to make fresh coffee, which again I popped to Asda to buy.

Shaikh (1/5): Pathetic - Nothing There is no communication with property holder if you need something you have to msg and then he/she will reply on there on time. i was stuck with jam lock from inside for more then 2 hours and i got told that rings locksmith they can help you. my damage deposit was given by Booking.com after 3 months of stay so best of luck if you are booking this property to stay
