• Ana (8/5): Cómodo - Nos gustó la ubicación, caminando al centro 20 min y un montón de alternativas de autobuses en la puerta de casa o metro muy cerca. La zona es tranquila y con muchos restaurantes cerca. La cama es muy cómoda! Que no repongan papel higiénico, gel o toallas en 6 días.
• Peter (2/5): Very disappointing - Location was the only good thing Sorry, 2/10 is the most I can give. - These are three bedrooms rented out as individual apartments - all sharing ONE kitchen. Not obvious from the description - Check-in instructions came in very late after several enquiries. - All digital, and you have to fill in forms, take selfies, upload ID, and then, finally run a video call at 9 am the next morning - The owner / manager is irresponsible. It takes them anything between 5 and 9 hours to respond to simple questions or asks. - The air conditioning / heating is VERY loud. You need ear plugs to sleep. - Cleaning shows up at 8 am - just when you’re having breakfast. When done, he’d remain in the kitchen texting / calling / scrolling o mobile - Your apartment is “protected” by a 4-digit PIN code. That’s it. No card or key. - Building is very much run down - the smell, the dirt. Elevator looks like 100 years old at least.

• Yordan (9/5): - Very clean, spacious, really kind to leave umbrellas in the kitchen as it rained on one of the days when we were there. Not a big deal but it would be nice to have an iron even if it’s shared between apartments. We also had a little problem with turning on the shower handle. Despite those things I recommend the place gets a little noisy in the mornings because of the local market on the street.

• Jacqueline (8/5): Excellent location and comfortable - Location was excellent, close to the main train station and bus to main attraction just around the corner. Self Check in was clearly explained and easy. Bed was comfortable. It has a lift. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. A few little things would make a big difference, like, toilet paper, a t towel and a cloth or paper towel to wipe the benches and table. That would help the guests to keep the place clean. On holiday, you don't usually travel with those things

• Vincenzo (8/5): 3 giorni nella città più affascinante del mondo - Location moderna, in edificio antico. Tutto molto pulito, organizzazione ottima. La posizione è comoda per tutte le escursioni. Nulla: tutto gradevole e piacevole.
• Yoni (8/5): Genoten - De locatie was perfect. Op 20min wandelen van het centrum! De bedden lagen goed en de badkamer was zeer proper. De lakens waren best koud. Deze hadden gerust wat meer mogen zijn. Ook het geluid op straat hoor je heel hard tot in de kamer.

Wspólna kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co najważniejsze (w tym lodówka, piekarnik, mikrofalówka, kuchenka, garnki, talerze, sztućce). Dużym atutem byl ekspres. Dodatkowa mała lodówka w pokoju. Duże ręczniki, wygodne łóżko. Pierwszego dnia używaliśmy klimatyzacji do grzania pokoju. Działa sprawnie, ale trochę głośno.

• Eleonora (7/5): Buono - Posiziona comoda e check-in in autonomia. Molto comodo l'ingresso con i codici e il pulsante inviato via email, non abbiamo mai dovuto utilizzare le chiavi così non c'era neanche l'ansia di perderle. Ci sono molti collegamenti vicini, tra bus e la stazione centrale. Il condizionatore in camera non andava molto bene, la sera faceva freddo e anche accendendolo la temperatura non si alzava più di 22 gradi. C'era un odore sgradevole proveniente dal bagno, anche lasciando la finestra aperta tutta la notte e chiudendo la porta del bagno in stanza c'era comunque un odore sgradevole. Un'altra accortezza sarebbe di lasciare almeno una pastiglia per la lavastoviglie in ogni camera prenotata... Non c'erano pastiglie quando siamo arrivati ed essendoci altre persone non mi sembrava il caso di lavare a mano dei piatti condivisi.
• Katarzyna (9/5): Bardzo ładny i czysty lokal. - Bardzo ładny, czysty pokój z łazienką i ze wspólną częścią kuchenno-jadalną wyposażoną we wszystkie udogodnienia: kuchnia indukcyjna, kuchenka mikrofalowa, czajnik elektryczny, lodówka, zamrażarka, garnki, patelnie i oczywiście talerze, szklanki, kubki, kieliszki do wina. Apartament na II piętrze ale jest winda. Gospodarz obiektu ok. , podaje on-line informację jak dostać się do apartamentu i monitoruje zdalnie zakwaterowanie. Miłe, że zostawił dla gości także kapsułki z kawą do expresu oraz herbatę i cukier. Obiekt położony blisko stacji Metra, łatwo dojechać do centrum Rzymu. Blisko do restauracji i lokalnych sklepików z pysznym włoskim jedzeniem. Zamek w głównych drzwiach wejściowych od ulicy trochę zacina się i trzeba go " wyczuć" żeby otworzyć drzwi.

• Daniel (7/5): Clean Room, but Hospitality and Service Need Improvement - My partner and I stayed here for three days. On the positive side, the room itself was spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the use of the kitchen and the ability to cook a few meals. However, the communal space management and host hospitality were disappointing. Shared Kitchen Issues: Despite instructions to load the dishwasher and leave the garbage, the shared kitchen service was non-existent. For the entire three days, the small garbage bin was never emptied and the dishwasher was not run by staff. Furthermore, we found a cluster of rotten bananas in the kitchen upon arrival, which raises questions about daily cleanliness checks. Lack of Hospitality: We requested to leave our luggage in the spacious shared hall until 2:00 PM, as our train was later that afternoon and check-out was at 10:00 AM. The hosts flatly refused and instructed us to find a paid storage facility at the train station. This lack of basic courtesy was surprising and unkind, especially after a three-day stay. While the room was great, the service shortfalls and the unhelpful attitude regarding luggage significantly detracted from our experience.

El sistema para acceder al alojamiento muy facilitador. Las instalaciones súper confortables, si quieres desayunar te facilitan café de cápsulas y tb instantáneo, heladera, freezer, anafes, horno y microondas. La zona cuenta con restaurantes, bares y mercados muy a mano. La cercanía a Termini fabuloso. Ducha excelente. Barrio tranquilo Nada me disgustó pq hasta nos facilitaron dejar 2hs el equipaje post check out

• Richard (7/5): Good place, beware extra charges. - Good location, nice apartment. The morning before arriving we were sent a bill of €50 for late check in. This was not communicated when booking two months previously despite property aware of late arrival. Had no choice but to pay or we’d be left without a room in the early hours. Will be making a complaint via booking.com and people should be aware of hidden charges.

• Jakub (7/5): Super lokalizacja ale właściciel musi poprawić organizacje - Dobra lokalizacja, można z buta większość rzeczy zobaczyć. Ewentualnie na Termini kończy masa autobusów którymi można dojechać pod każdą atrakcje oraz przecinają się 2 linie metra. Więc baza wypadowa idealna Mieliśmy incydent gdzie ktoś obcy wszedł do naszego mieszkania (zamek na kod) i zaczął kłótnie że to jego pokój. Okazało się, że kody do 3 lokali są takie same. Właściciel zmienił kody ale taka sytuacja nie ma prawa się zdarzyć. Akurat byłem w lokalu ale gdyby mnie nie było to ktoś mógłby mnie okraść

• Aroha (6/5): Bien, mejorable pero bien - La habitación era amplia y cómoda. La tele muy grande y la cama también muy cómoda y limpia. Tenía todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. No tuvimos ningún problema de ruido y el agua caliente funcionaba perfectamente. Las luces de la habitación que encendíamos por la noche eran muy agradables y creaban un ambiente muy acogedor. El edificio muy antiguo y con sensación de inseguro. Me quedé un par de veces encerrada en el ascensor y fue un susto. La zona tiene un ambiente bastante raro y desagradable, también transmite inseguridad. Es necesario coger el autobús para llegar a cualquier sitio de interés. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado (en plena ola de calor con casi 40 grados) y al escribir al teléfono de atención al cliente del apartamento comentando el problema, no obtuvimos ninguna respuesta por su parte. Por suerte el aire se arregló solo al cabo de un día, pero de no ser así hubiera puesto una reclamación, ya que lo mínimo que podían hacer era responder a mis mensajes ofreciendo alguna solución al problema. Para 6 noches que nos quedamos, pusieron muy poco champú/gel y hubiésemos agradecido tener alguna toalla extra ya que son muchos días secándonos con las mismas toallas sin cambiarlas. A la habitación le hacía falta una manita de pintura.

• Besteercan (9/5): Highly recommended place - Location was good, it allows you to have a nice connection with the rest of the city as it is close to Termini. There are also nice restaurants nearby. Check-in and check-out were so easy. The place was clean, and the host was nice. I didn't like having the same code for the main door of the apartment and for the room. I think this can be changed by setting different codes for each room. The other thing that worth mentioning is that the room's walls were so thin. We were able to hear the other rooms very easily. Even though it did not affect us, it might be something important for some people.

• Madelyn (8/5): Very enjoyable place to stay in Rome - Property was clean and tidy and the room was a great size. Comfortable beds! Lots of options for food and coffee close by. Also close to main train station.
• Fedai (10/5): More than a HOTEL - More than a Hotel. Cleanliness at its best. Very comfortable bed. Guide is very helpful with seamingless access to the flat. Very Nice Location with 3mins walk for the main train ststion and 15 mins walk for the city center. Nothing to add.

• Lucía (8/5): An Island in the middle of the hustle and bustle - First say thanks to the owner for helping me with the check in and others. Even the building is very old and the area looks dirty and noisy, the apartament and the room was very clean, modern, very well air-conditioned and quite, comfortable bed, and good shower. Also the location is great, close to the bus and the train station and very good places to eat. We got plenty of rest and we went by walking everywhere. We would repeat this place for sure! Maybe the size of the room... It is not so big. And the bathroom needs some shelves and containers to put things in...

It was difficult to open an entrance door. we couldn't cope with it until somebody (lucky we were to meet this person, otherwise not sure we would open the door) showed us . I would suggest to the owner to add a video about how to insert the key and to what side to turn it

• Dob (8/5): Good location for looking arounr in Rome and well equiped room and kitchen - Very good friendly and professional support from YCH host! Location, we walked to everything (only the vatican was 50 minutes away, but we like to walk). Culinaria was a very good restaurant nearby restaurant. The room was very good only and soundproof from the street, but not from the upper floor and from the street with open window (the only way to get fresh air). You have to use earplugs in the night. A lot of parties in the evening by the neighbor restaurants. The beds are a bit to hard. A mattress topper wil be a good add-on.

• Andrey (9/5): Stylish, clean room with a comfortable bed - It is three separate rooms with a shared kitchen area. Each room has its own bathroom. In fact, it is like a hotel room. The room itself is very clean and comfortable with a modern fresh design. The staff was very helpful. We arrived in Rome in the morning and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment before checking in. This was very helpful and nice. The apartment is in the Termini station area, but not the part where it is noisy and crowded. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood. You can walk to Piazza Venezia in 20-30 minutes.
• Olivia (1/5): do not recommened at all. - is clean and modern basically a terrible experience. to arrive I had to “call” the woman in charge and let her know that me and my mom were downstairs, and I told her that we dont have internet, we are tourists so I cant call and she said that is on us to find wi fi and call because there is no one at the entrance. not welcoming at all. later I wanted to use the stoves and oven and she said it is not possible, only if I rent the whole apartment (??? I got super mad so she turned them on for me. after that, I was already in bed for sleeping when someone outside the apartment started knockingvery loud and asking for me to please open the door because she couldn’t open, to enter you need a code and HER CODE HAS BEEN CHANGED. imagine being a tourist and this happening… I got really scared, didnt known if believe her or not. in the end I oppened and literally her apartment code was changed and her rooms code also changed, if I was out or sleeping then she wouldnt be able to enter. she didnt have battery to call and ask for her actual code so I had to lend her my phone. this level of desorganization really pissed me off, and when I texted the woman in charge (because they never show a face, everything through whatsapp) didnt even apologize, and was just rude. expensive, you cant use half of the kitchen, personal not good and the location is fine but very scary at night. definitely do not recommend.
