Немного нужно подправить небольшие нюансы и будет идеально! - Расположение относительно центра отличные, все в пешей доступности, хотя сам дом и вокруг него очень кажется заброшенным, но внутри все нормально Отсутствие обеденного стола и стула. Считаю что это должно быть прям обязательно! И постельное белье и полотенца нужно стирать лучше и стирать! На вид они кажутся не стираными вообще (запах не очень)

• Vadym (9/5): Дякую, дуже сподобалося. За таку ціну все було дуже класно. - Дуже зручна локація, близько метро, супермаркетів, базару. Було чисто, тихо, були 2 чисті рушники. Єдиний мінус це відсутність відра для сміття. Але це можна легко виправити.

• Alice (7/5): Comodo ma creepy - L'appartamento era essenziale, ma c'era tutti di cui hai bisogno. La posizione inoltre era molto comoda per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi Non c'è l'asciugacapelli. D'inverno con le temperature rigide è importante averlo L'appartamento era un po' sporco. Soprattutto il bagno che puzzava anche di fogna. Sarebbe comodo mettere un sedia e un tavolino. Per mangiare bisogna sedersi sul letto☹️ Inoltre, il palazzo è un po' fatiscente. L'ingresso e le scalinate sono al buio completo alla sera. C'è una luce che si accende ma si spegne subito. Essendo una ragazza sola non mi sono sentita sicura. Se fosse più curato il palazzo avrei dato un punteggio più alto. Ma la sera tornando a casa era da brividi l'ingresso. Tutto sommato gli appartamenti all'ultimo piano sono ven tenuti e moderni.

• ARCHER (6/5): Good - Locatuon is quite good but a liitle creepy when entering the place. One suggestion, sensor lights when entering the building must be set longer.
• Stefania (1/5): - Strutta orrenda, posizione in un palazzo abbandonato senza luce, bagno puzzava di fogna. Siamo dovuti scappare . Aveva preso una camera per due, ci hanno dato un solo letto. Abbiamo dovuto dormire il un solo letto.
• Serena (8/5): - Posizione ottima. Ideale per una persona con tutto l'occorrente anche nel piccolo angolo cottura. Unica pecca manca un piccolo tavolo ed una sedia. Si è costretti a sedersi sul letto per mangiare.

• Burak (6/5): It needs some little updates, but overall it is good. - It is in very central, that is perfect. Very clean. Furnitures are very new. It looks aesthetic. Very very hot. There is no air conditioning, only one little device which blows water wind. It is for sure not enough.
• Natale Barane (6/5): La mia prima volta a Sofia... - Il posto era abbastanza facile da raggiungere e in una zona ben servita e relativamente vicina al centro. Lo stabile era fatiscente però all'interno gli appartamentini ricavati all'ultimo piano erano essenziale ma ben tenuti. purtroppo io ero alloggiato nel sottotetto e con il caldo che c'è stato non si riusciva a dormire. perché possa essere vivibile e necessario che ci sia l'aria condizionata altrimenti è complicato in estate

The property was exactly the one shown on the photos, except for the table, but the photos do not show the - Good WiFi coverage, clean room Unpleasant smell of sewage in the toilet, misfunction of the extraction fan in the toilet (it was not possible to switch it of and it was very noisy; repaired only on the fourth day of my stay), dim light (it was not possible to read a book in the evening), the side table shown on the photo was missing and there was no place to put a plate or glass while eating.

• Markus (7/5): Homely - Location.. very near to Central main busstation and city center. The shower: only cold Ester and TV: no TV channels.
• Edu (1/5): Absolutely uninhabitable in the summer months, zero communication, one of the worst accommodations. - Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this accommodation. The room is located in the attic part of the house, most probably with an unisulated roof. We were particularly looking for an accommodation with air conditioning, however, although the air conditioning is stated in the description on Booking.com, we would like to warn other potential guests - there is only a simple ventilator (!!!). In summer, the room is absolutely uninhabitable (unless you want to spend the whole night in sauna). An incredible heat awaits the guests upon arrival, which is even worse in the very small room. In addition, we were 2 people and the room was advertised for 2 people, however, the provided equipment (sheets, towel etc.) was prepared only for one person. The owner has not responded to our messages, does not communicate at all, and does not communicate even with the Booking.com representative. Painful experience ☹.

• Nick (7/5): A game of two halves! - Good communication. Useful little kitchenette. Good shower. Although the area, and the building itself, look pretty rough, the actual room has been well refurbished, and the location is convenient - near supermarkets and halfway between the station and town. Be aware that the bed is a sofa bed- perfectly comfortable, but only really suitable for one. Others have mentioned the size and the climb up the stairs. It is not that easy to identify the building - Streetview helps! The room was very hot and stuffy in June; no air con or fan (I have advised the owner to get a fan). There is just an opening skylight, and the heat was pretty uncomfortable.
• Manolis (9/5): Nice stay in Sofia - The room is a small attic (size about 15m) on the top floor of an old building. It's located in a quiet street near the center of Sofia. Well equipped with all the necessary for a convenient stay. It's cozy and nicely decorated. Wi-fi speed is great and the android smart TV is a plus. Communication with the manager was great and very friendly. I recommend it especially for solo travellers who want for a short stay in Sofia! No a/c, no elevator, (many stairs to the top floor), no balcony.
