• Andrea (5/5): - Las camas muy cómodas y amplias. El apartamento es uno pero realmente son como dos porque una habitación está fuera del apartamento y entre medias están las escaleras del edificio. Si quiere más intimidad en una habitación está bien. La puerta no funcionaba el Código y nos contestaron rápido el cómo gestionarlo. No tiene las ventanas insonorizadas y cualquier mínimo ruido del exterior se oye muchísimo. No pudimos dormir los primeros días por los ruidos fuertes. En la habitación separada no había papelera. El baño de la habitación separada era muy pequeño.
• 宜庭 (7/5): - 地理位置不錯！東西齊全！ 因為住在二樓的關係，外面的車流聲稍微有點明顯 另外，格局圖上面看起來是包整層樓，實際上兩間房間中間的走廊是共用的，會介意的人要稍微注意
• 芝羽 (2/5): 第一次覺得住宿環境不好，枕頭發霉，詢問是否有能多買一件棉被或是提供，都說不提供，床就是單人床加大一些，不是雙人床 - 床很小、水的溫度不穩定、水壓也不穩定、枕頭還發霉

• Lee (9/5): Convenient, comfortable and spacious stay with 3 young kids for 4 nights. - We loved the location and proximity to all the main shopping area and many restaurants around. It was very convenient to take the train. There were plenty of room in both apartments. Liked that we were able to utilize the kitchen and the generous dining area. We liked that the bedroom with the four beds could be closed off so the adults can still use the dining area after the kids go to bed. We would rent here if we come back to visit Osaka area. Owner was really responsiveness when we had questions. We didn't realize the room 202 with the extra bed was not connected and to access it you would have to exit the door and unlock another door through the hallway. If you want everyone to be within the same apartment, this might impact you. We also didn't realize about needing to turn on the hot water from the kitchen area until we contacted the owner, luckily we realized before it was too late in the night and appreciated the fast turnaround in response from them. We can hear noises from the street at night but it didn't impact us much. The kids felt pretty cold in the bathroom and shower area as we didn't feel any heat there when we were using the facilities.
• Janel (9/5): Great Value and has everything you need - Everything was provided A little bit complicated to operate the water heater system as well as the room heaters, but once communicated, the owner immediately sent someone to fix it.
• Wu (7/5): The ambiance of the establishment is commendable, but there is room for improvement in the interior design. - A suitable accommodation option for individuals who prefer shopping at supermarkets and cooking their meals. Groceries are significantly more affordable when purchased in this manner compared to dining out. The exterior of the building is quite noisy during the night due to insufficient sound insulation in the windows. Elevators are not provided, and ascending the stairs will be challenging if your trip entails carrying numerous luggage.
• Charnchai (9/5): Superb - the room is very spacious and the bed are comfy! good location! some random noise as this room situated in a busy area, but not so bad. I can still sleep comfortly through the night.
