La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, l’appartamento è pulito e moderno … bagno pulito con asciugamani profumati e c’è anche un asciugacapelli. In cucina c’è tutto il necessario per cucinare . La camera da letto è molto spaziosa con delle lenzuola profumate… Wi-Fi eccellente. TV con Netflix e Internet. Palazzo molto silenzioso e al piano terra c’è anche una bella palestra dove allenarsi. Fantastica posizione . Adoro questo appartamento. Voto 10 Mi è piaciuto tutto di questo appartamento Voto 10

• Nikita (7/5): Ожидание - реальность - Очень чистая и аккуратная квартира — видно, что за ней действительно хорошо ухаживают. Есть всё необходимое: масло, кухонные принадлежности, полотенца, посуда — мелочи, которые делают пребывание комфортным с самого начала. При заезде нужно сразу положить деньги за проживание в сейф, который открывается один раз. И если у вас нет точной суммы, может быть неудобно — нам просто повезло, что рядом оказался сотрудник и смог выдать сдачу. И самое неприятное — это окна. По фотографиям создаётся ощущение светлой, просторной квартиры с видом на улицу. Я именно на это и рассчитывала. В реальности же окно на кухне выходит во внутренний колодец, а окно в спальне — в зажатый угол между двумя стенами. Никакого света, никакого воздуха, никакого вида. Это было прям обидно. Тем не менее, если заранее знать, чего ожидать, квартира всё равно остаётся очень удобной и приятной. Но лично для меня отсутствие обещанного вида сильно повлияло на общее впечатление

Coffe capsules and water for free left by the owner. Very easy self check in and flexible. In between 2 main streets and 15 min max from the center.
