• lemonnier (8/5): Charmant logement avec une chambre louée + accès cuisine, salon et jardin. Accessible en tram - Emplacement facilement accessible en transports en commun, calme, décoration, accès cuisine et jardin On ne sait pas si le reste du logement est occupé ou non, alors on n’ose pas faire de bruit ! Un peu frisquet
• DENIS (8/5): - Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement proche du Tram et centre-ville. Agencement du logement et accès à la cuisine. Décoration originale, jardin sympa. Lit en mezzanine déconseillé aux personnes âgées et jeunes enfants.
• Edit (3/5): - A centrumhoz való közelsége. Kibírhatatlan dohos szag van egy szuterén lakásban. Az ágy a galériában csak hétrét görnyedve közelíthető meg. Mászás közben minden recseg ropog. A fürdő és a konyha közös a házigazdával. A galériában az ágy egy méterre van a plafontól. É jszaka felső szomszéd székeket tologat a fejed felett, miközben te aludnál. A falon obszcén képek. Életem legbizarrabb szállása volt, sosem szeretnék hasonlót.
• bob (7/5): Hosts were very nice people but there were problems. See above. - No breakfast served. The location and area were great. The bed was a loft with no railings. Scary at night when I had to go to the washroom. A single light bulb in the whole bedroom. Broken toilet seat. TV was not plugged in and when I plugged it in it still did not work. Electric plugs came out of the wall still attached to the live wires.
• Ina (9/5): Gute Lage, schöner Garten, ruhige Gegend, freundliche Gastgeberin. - Wir wurden persönlich und sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Die Lage war gut, nur vier Haltestellen mit der Tram bis zum Zentrum und Hauptbahnhof. Sehr ruhige Lage, toller Garten, kreative Wohnung. Toll für junge Leute und junggebliebene Individualreisende. Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Manchmal war es laut aus der darüberliegenden Wohnung.
• marta (1/5): - Un engaño total. Olía a humedad y sin aire acondicionado, una cortina solo para el jardín que dejaba entrar mil mosquitos. La cama encima de una tabla de madera sin espacio. No hay privacidad porque estás en su casa, la de la dueña, y oyes todo y te oyen. El baño compartido sucio, toalla por el suelo, sin privacidad alguna. Y cuando planeamos la situación y nos fuimos, ni siquiera nos devolvieron nada. Solo con deciros que tienen en el jardín anti mosquitos, hacéis una idea. Era dormir sin aire acondicionado y llevo de mosquitos. Y no olía a limpio. Muy muy muy mal. No se ajustaba NADA a la descripción. Todo. Un desastre.
• Lorena (1/5): - Carino il giardino ma poco curato Appartamento estremamente umido,bagno rotto,scarsa pulizia e la chicca è stata il letto posizionato su un soppalcò a cui si arrivava con una scaletta in legno molto ripida 😒inaccessibile da persone anziane,sembrava di dormire in un loculo.Serve assolutamente un climatizzatore o perlomeno un deumidicatore.

• Pedro (10/5): Super unique place with the friendliest hosts - The apartment is incredible, has a beautiful garden and generally everything you need. The hosts are super nice and great people to hang out with. Everything is super clean and you can see how important the place is to them. If you are lucky, you'll get to meet the neighbor's cat. Everything was perfect
• Annabel (9/5): very worth the money and very accessible to get into the centre of Florence - a brilliant location with really great facilities nearby! had the most beautiful decorations and was a really enjoyable place to be! the host was lovely and very welcoming got quite hot at nighttime, however a fan is provided
• Denis (3/5): Lies in the description ! - Once again, I realize that it is good to check all customer feedback, because otherwise you risk experiencing unpleasant things. First of all, in the description it is specified that only one room is for rent, but it is not specified that you will share the house, the bathroom with someone... something that you will find out at the door only after you receive the key. In conclusion, you will share the house with someone !!! We don't go into details about cleaningness, because I would probably offend the person who should have taken care of it and I wouldn't want to. If you want to go to Florence, don't be stingy and spend another 100€ for a decent accommodation.

• Anjana (6/5): Pleasant - The Host was polite and nice. It was a quiet location. There is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The location is a bit far from the main station. But there is a tram stop nearby. There is also a kitchen that can be used to make coffee or breakfast The room was dark and a bit cold for us. The WiFi was very poor inside the room. Even mobile network was unavailable sometimes

• Lucy (9/5): Absolutely delightful - It was lovely and quirky. The place was just outside of the centre which made a good walk. Everything was clean and the daughter who was staying there also was very lovely. We got very very bitten by mosquitoes because the garden is active so just bring bug spray and that’ll be fine but that is not anyone’s fault and can’t be helped.

• Natalie (9/5): Superb - Very nice place, clean and spacious for 2 people. Location is not bad about 10min by tram, 20-30mins by walk. Room signal isn’t great and wifi is only working in the living room. But host was nice enough to try to resolve it for us.
• Ion (10/5): Really loving and relaxing place - We really liked the place and how amazing it looks. You have a beautiful view in the garden and all the facilities are accessible. We had a great time staying here and for sure we want to comeback!!! The place is really lovely and close to the main attractions and easy to access by walk/bus. Last but not least, the host is really kind and communicative and she helped us a lot🥰🥰
