• Soudha (5/5): Appartement non adapté pour l’été et les enfants - Bon emplacement, bien desservi et à proximité de supérette des lieux touristiques En période caniculaire, ayant réservé l’établissement en pensant que les chambres étaient climatisées : ce n’est pas le cas ; une Clim centrale au niveau du couloir qui ne rafraichit pas l’appartement. Pas de ventilateurs à disposition. Séjour très difficile pour nous cet été avec nos enfants de bas âge. Pas de solution trouvée à part nous demander d’aller acheter des ventilo ? Cuisine : vaisselle vétuste, compliquée pour cuisiner. Une marche pas suffisamment marquée sépare la partie nuit de la partie jour: pas pratique avec les enfants ou personne âgée, passage aux urgences cet été hélas. Coupure d’électricité systématique : impossible de lancer un lave vaisselle avec la clim (même si celle ci n’était pas efficace). Le proprio a été très réactif et nous a adressé une vidéo explicative pour remettre l’électricité après une manip au sous sol.

• Nasser (8/5): Generally the unit is good. - The location is great. No parking. The parking is a real major problem! The nearest parking (30 euro/ 24hr) is 900m away. The unit power breaker is weak and goes off suddenly. To open it you have to go to the building basement to open it!!

• Ian (10/5): Great apartment in Milan center! - The apartment was spacious and well furnished, everything what was needed was there and more. Plenty big for 6 people. Was extra clean. We was surprised by how great it was. The location was good too, just few minutes walk from the restaurants and bars. There is a supermarket just outside. It was not far from some sightseeing. I asked the owner to organise bday baloons and wine, they done such an amazing job! Taken time to decorate the apartment so nicely , with the attention, more than I have expected. If we could give 11 stars we would. Thank you so much !!!

Products such as shampoo, conditioner and kitchen staples all supplied. Would have been nice to have had some milk capsules or similar supplied especially as everything else was so thoughtfully supplied. My friend said her bed in the main room with the larger TV was very hard and uncomfortable. Mine in the other room seemed fine.
