- Enver (2/5): Worth to pay more to stay somewhere better - Location to the centre is walking distance about half an hour it is good, shops and restaurants very close. Shower and toilet very small need roll holder and clean the air vent and door or need to paint, need least small table and chair, mark on the wall need clean or paint, wardrobe doors need to fix, kitchen very small least there is toaster and microwave and kettle inside the cabinet under sink.

- farida (10/5): It was splendid and we loved it - I like the fact that we had our privacy, there was a mini kitchen in the room which was really nice to have, the host was very nice as well I feel a bit more cleaning should be done

- Anthony (5/5): I wish I had chosen somewhere else - Location The bathroom is unpleasant. There was a bad smell that did not go away. Despite the owner doing his best to get things clean, the bathroom needs renovation.
I moved out after the first night.
- Guest (8/5): Very clean, good value for the money, beautiful trees right outside the 2nd floor window -
- Birgit (7/5): - The neighbourhood, friendly, correct owner. Very small, cheap materials,... , the bed moves a lot with every mouvement of the other in bed, the lights not cosy, the 'kitchen' is besides the bed, it is a actually a student kitchinette, which is great, just don t name it kitchen.
No noises of neighbours, quiet environment, in a counsil estate, ... i think the room should be cheaper.
- Martin (8/5): Great value for money! - Clean and compact. It was OK.
- Mia (2/5): Bad bad bad - Bed was comfortable Stains on bed. Can’t flush toilet paper down toilet. Was only provided a tiny bin that filled up very quickly. Smelled soooo bad. Front door lock was broken when we arrived but host fixed it. Bathroom was DISGUSTING. Dust in the vents, looked like they haven’t been cleaned ever. Grime everywhere in the shower and shower door didn’t close. Was also an ensuite room in a house where other people are staying within a community housing complex. Not a studio apartment as advertised.
- Mahmud (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good. Toilet was terrible. Kitchen facilities were bad.
- Mariem (2/5): Costly stay for disappointing amenities (private toilet, kitchenette) - I liked the fact that the bus station is near to the acommodation, I liked the quality of bed and towels. We encountered problems regarding the kitchen items. The dishes were not readily available and required us to ask the host to obtain them. Furthermore, their quality was very unsatisfactory, with the exception of one saucepan which proved to be of good quality. Additionally, there was no hand soap provided. There was also no dishcloth for washing dishes. We also found a small bin full of garbage in the closet. Lastly, the configuration of the sink, located on top of the toilet flush, made its use uncomfortable.
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional - Convinient location. All facilities needed to hand. Hose to flush toilet.
- Denis (8/5): overall comfortable room and value for money. - Location was perfect. shower was vert good there waa a. ad odour coming from the toiler area. alos there wa a gaps in the shower area.
- Ortsin (1/5): Bad -
- Mercy (5/5): It is just okay, don’t expect too much at all. - Bathroom really stinks, lots of dirty areas in the room.
- Barbara (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly and polite host.
Very peaceful, I had great rest.
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Jocelyn (8/5): Very good -
- Ashfaqul (7/5): Good -
- Johanna (6/5): It was overall a good experience. The building was quiet and we slept well - The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The bathroom was a bit too small, and it was not possible to throw toilet paper in the toilet. The shower was overall good, but there were quite a lot of stains.
- Jeevan (10/5): Exceptional - Staff was extremely friendly, had carried out special requests too. Room was perfect nice bed spacious too.
- Goretty (1/5): Disappointed Experience - Nothing Everything, the address wasn't properly given so we had to call the host when we arrived. The apartment was advertised as a private stay room when there were multiple people staying in the property. They were doing some repairs in the bathroom which cause the whole place to smell but this wasn't warned before hand and there was no apology for the smell. The room wasn't prepared for us, the bed was unmade, there was no electric stove in the 'kitchen' as advertised, the host said he needed to provide us a waste banquet later on and would charge us an additional 100 pounds if we threw the toilet paper down the toilet. it was not a great experience and we didn't finish our stay.
- Will (5/5): Fine as a place to crash. Impolite host. - It's a good location for a decent price. Was fairly clean. The host was not polite. When he met me to let me in, he didn't even say hello. When we entered the flat I noticed a very strong smell of drains. I commented on it and he said it was from windows being closed, clearly untrue. He tried to say I had to be out by 9am when the listing said 10am. The room was fine but it really spoils a place when the host has no manners and lies.
- Suresh (6/5): Pleasant - Toilet too small.
- Contreras (10/5): It was a good experience - Location Clean
- Davide (5/5): I expected better - The apartment is well connected by public transport (bus and metro) The photos don't reflect the place. Room too small, with private bathroom but that seems anything but a bathroom, there is no bidet. Room inserted in an apartment with other people. There is no place to leave luggage at check out.
- Coles (10/5): Perfect place to stay in London great area great price - Great price
- Mercy (10/5): Very good location ,easy access to transportation ,and good for price, comfortable and safe - Every thing Nil
- Charmian (10/5): Stopped one night , but overall a comfortable & peaceful stay - Located nr to park and buses, host very friendly & flexible.
- Obinna (7/5): Good -
- Edmond (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eva (8/5): It was a nice stay close to the bus stop and Café for a nice breakfast - Friendly host who allowed us to get in early as we arrived in the morning and were able to go sightseeing without heavy bags
- Laugamets (8/5): Very good -
- Jayden (1/5): Worst cleaning job I’ve ever seen - Good for public transport. Had a fridge and beds were not the worst We had seen reviews about the cleaning and choose to give the benefit of the doubt and we shouldn’t have. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting especially in the shower. We wiped the wall a little with some toilet paper and so much came off the wall. It was as if nobody had cleaned in there in months. It was also advertised to have air conditioning and didn’t. It’s very loud within the apartment specially around school times. The sink in bathroom is that small you CAN NOT brush your teeth properly. The property has so much potential to be good and just walls so short
- Cathy (6/5): Pleasant -
- Richard (8/5): Very good -
- Anne (6/5): Pleasant -
- Penny (8/5): Very good - Good location, great directions, good communication from host, good space room, easy transport links, plenty of restaurants nearby. Would stay again Would be easier if their was a key box to have a more flexible checkin time however the host met me and that was fine.
- George (5/5): Passable -
- Patrick (10/5): Value for money. Close to tube station. Friendly staff. - Very clean, functional and friendly staff. All good.
- Britta (2/5): Unacceptable - Should have read the other reviews. Same experience as others. Room not ready, just one pillow for two people, springs popping out of the mattress, toilet blocked, kettle so rusty, it would have been a health hazard to use. Friendly communication does not make up for that. Unacceptable!
- Rengin (7/5): Good - Had everything I needed and got help when needed Cleaning, hot water
- Maria (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ahmed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nischay (1/5): Avoid at all costs! - The locations was good. Shoreditch high street and brick lane are pretty close by. The photos are misleading. The toilet is extremely small and inconveniently designed (see photos). The room was small, dirty and ill designed. The tap in the kitchenette splashes water all over the room. The windows were dirty and so was the cupboard. But the worst amongst all this was the checkin - it took more than 1 hour! The person (owner of the flat) brought in a microwave oven and set it up when I checked in. But this isn’t it, he kept fiddling with the microwave, hot water kettle and the stand on which all these rest for 20 minutes while gossiping with someone on speaker phone (all this while I had already checked in to the room). I had to ask for basic toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, etc) and that too was kept in my room 45 minutes after checkin. Much later in the evening I got a call saying that the toaster, some utensil, a plate and a cup are lying on the floor outside the room (he had just bought these) and that I should take them in and arrange them accordingly.
Shocked at how unprepared the person was while letting out this room. He had sufficient time to manage all these things but chose to do after I had checked in!
To add to the misery - there were loud noises every night and early morning. Sometimes it was some machine that the person had switched on and forget to switch off, sometime it was the other guests and other times it were children getting ready to go to school in the morning while screaming on top of their lungs.
All in all, I would not recommend this place.
