- stephanie (10/5): Great sleep quality & super clean! - Apartment is a short walk to 2 subway lines. Very good coffee nearby. Building is very quiet. Good sleep quality, bedding is very comfortable. Coffee and tea starters in unit. Cleanliness is exceptional.

- Yunwen (9/5): Small but cozy rooms. the view is great from the big windows. - The bedding is very comfortable, the room is well laid out with a beautiful view. Easy access to transportation as well. Close to the Provincial Museum and the University of Toronto campus. And the host is very helpful.

- VanackP (9/5): - Great location, with a short walk to the Royal Ontario Museum and the University campus. Parking in the building cost extra but is very secure and spacious (parked my midsize SUV). Just be aware that there is a new high rise construction happening literately next to the apartment building and the construction noises started around 6AM, and it's loud enough to be hear even at the 22nd floor;

- michael (8/5): A comfortable place at a great location in the heart of Toronto. - Great location. Easy access to public transport. Many good restaurants nearby. Located a very nice neighborhood. Very good security in the building. The host was very generous in the provisions we needed in the apartment. Whole Foods supermarket nearby. The bed at the master bedroom was a bit too soft and had issues with the bed support which was addressed by the host. Overall lighting in the apartment could be improved. The host could provide at least one baking tray so we could heat bread in the oven. In absence of a baking tray, we lined the oven with aluminum foil (which host provided) to heat bread for breakfast.

- Darren Hillyard (10/5): -
- horrocks (8/5): Came into town to catch a Blue Jays game. - Location, clean and modern affordable Nothing
- Giulia (9/5): Perfect accommodation - Perfect position.
Beautiful structure, attention to detail, clean and tidy. Curtains in the living room should be darker (for the bedroom near the Kitchen).

- Claire (8/5): Perfect location - Location was perfect, beds were comfortable, good kitchen facilities Air conditioning didnt go below 23 degrees so it was a little warm.
Host was unable to give us a 2nd key as previous users hadnt returned theirs which made life a little difficult with people wanting to go to different places.
Building work started at 7am n the morning
- Daniel (8/5): The apartment is in an ideal location with access to Bloor St. and UofT campus. No shortage of cafes and restaurants I t - The location was perfect. In Toronto to attend our son’s graduation from UofT and we could walk to Convocation Hall from the apartment. Construction on the north side of building was a bit loud.
- I (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful experience at this place! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto, and I like that it's within walking distance of Whole Foods Market and lots of restaurant and public Transportation.
- Marie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (9/5): Superb - Great stay here! The hosts were gracious and made us feel very welcome!!

- Lemaire (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laura (4/5): Very good potential but not relaxing during our stay especially for my friend. - Very clean Nice details like the towels and bedding and beds were comfortable Furnishings very comfortable. Ample supplies for daily upkeep
Polite owner Major construction project across street caused loss of sleep for friend in front bedroom
Spent too much time figuring out tv system and dishwasher. Front bedroom tv never did work properly
- Eileen (7/5): Good - Good location. Clean, and great views over the city Only one key was somewhat inconvenient
Concierge across the whole week, rude, unhelpful and refused to let us temporarily store luggage on check out day. Host had previously said this was ok and then stopped taking calls, not interested. Ended the week on a bad note
- Saqib (10/5): We loved staying here and were very comfortable and look forward to staying here again. - Location was excellent in Yorkville. Host was exceptional. Available amenities were more than our expectation, small little things were available in the kitchen and bathroom. Host was responsive and helpful. We had only one key, which is needed to enter the building, use the elevator and open the apt. Therefore everyone had to leave together or come back together or else cannot get in.
- Elena (10/5): Central location - very spadeful and clean - Central location N/A
