- Meisi (9/5): Good apartment - Good location, with convenient transportation around. Restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance. The house is well-equipped, with a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a large green space with windows. It is not close to the road, which ensures a quiet sleep. Outside aluminum door cannot be locked.
- Kelly (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable, clean with lovely furnishings and good size rooms. The toilet was in the only bathroom which made it hard for our family of six. No air conditioning in the bedrooms which made it hot.

- Woo (10/5): Overall we are quite happy staying in this property, except for the cranky heater. - The house is clean and comfortable. It has almost everything we need. There is washing machine and dryer, even a dish washer.
The Camberwell train station is only 5 minutes walk from the house. We also like the Camberwell Sunday Market which is only not too far away. We visited Melbourne in June, which is start of winter. The heater was working on the first day only. Then it didn't work on the following days. It will be better if the heater is working especially in winter season like this.

Well equipped kitchen - couldn’t ask for anything more for an enjoyable long weekend stay!
One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Parking was a challenge with a larger car, the street permit is good, but parking spots were limited in availability. So had to move the car a few times when using 2hour spots - thankfully it wasn’t raining much!
The shower curtain rail needs attention!

- Ding (10/5): Exceptional - Warmth and comfortable, feeling back to home. A convenient location. Bathroom basin too high, if kitchen sink is a little bit deep more, will perfect.
- Ka (9/5): Superb - It is a good size for a family of 6. It has an effective heating systems which makes it a good & comfortable choice for cold weather & winter. It is convenient even if you don’t feel like driving as it is close to train & tram. The bathroom basin is too high for people below 165cm, lol. It feels dangerous having a bathtub at the shower area instead of normal flooring.

If I was being super picky I'd suggest a few extra comfy pieces of furniture to go with the comfy couch..but I'm speaking as a parent with 4 kids. The modern cane bench chair set up did suit the room.
