- Gaunt (10/5): Warm, cosy, clean central stay to Creekside Whistler blackcomb. - Perfect for a 2 people staycation. (There is also a pull out couch). The appt is comfortable, clean, easy access to creekside lift and the management team is very helpful. Nothing

- Alexander (3/5): A fast way to ruin a nice vacation - We initially stayed at Powderview 12 for 1 night only and had to change rooms because of very loud construction noise (jackhammer drilling concrete) and room vibration that started at 8am. Overall the first property was decent but the noise and absence of air conditioning made it intolerable. After complaining we were switched to Le Chamois which turned out to be even worse. There was construction in progress which flooded the entire building with a very heavy chemical smell. We then switched to a third unit at the Aspens which also lacked air conditioning, had a barebones kitchen a s looked quite old fashioned. When contacting the front desk staff to inquire about the lack of air conditioning we were informed that it’s a standard for Whistler which turned out to be objectively false (both our next door neighbour had AC available). To top it off on the day of our checkout we were just 10min late for a 10am checkout and were greeted by a very unfriendly cleaning staff member demanding that we leave immediately so he could clean the room immediately, insisting that he would wait at the door until we left. Overall I’d say this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in a very long time and would go through great efforts to avoid staying with any Whistler premier property.

- Asit (7/5): good fun - the kitchen tap was not working - so someone should check before guests come in. It was attended to superfast by yhe service tech.
The hot plate induction did not work from day one - E1 , which means the technician is required. We ended up ordering in the food from outside. There was no tech available for repair
- Cl (9/5): Clean and comfortable unit. - Nicely appointed unit especially kitchen. Very clean. Convenient to Creekside Gondola. Initially could not locate the parking pass . it was in a binder - hid in the coffee table. Small issue. the management company responded quickly to my query. it would have been helpful to know this when I received instructions about arrival. Using lock box to get key to enter common foyer area - little fiddly . not a deal breaker.
- Thomas (10/5): Excellent! - The decor was streamline, clean, efficient, comfortable. (IKEA style). Not a brown hotel to hide the dirt !
The area of Creekside was plaisant.
Bed was comfortable.
Shower was amazing, large, with beautiful blue tiles. TV was impossible to operate without your own account with Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV, etc, etc, plus no manual.
The BBQ didn't work.
There was no wood for the fireplace.
The kitchen could use a few steak knives, a colander

EXCELLENT Location walking distance to supermarket, stores, restaurants and most important the gondola. The direction of checkin and the difference between ABC might be helpful for someone new and arrived super late.

- Nicole (9/5): Loved our stay here. A beautiful apartment with well thought out decor. Loved the shower, great pressure and had a sau - Interior design, amenities. Had a washing machine and a drier. The kitchen was great and well stocked. Confusing finding the entrance to the apartment when we first got there. No washing powder supplied.

The apartment is very nice with all the facilities especially the kitchen is well equipped. Enjoyable stay. The cleaning fee is a bit too high. It is one third of the total price. The host(I guess is a management company) is not easy to contact.
