I guess the incredible views don't even need to be mentioned, but what I'd like to point out is the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Mariam is a wonderful hostess who made us feel right at home, and made sure we were happy and comfortable all the way. It really made our stay even more special than we expected. I wish her all the best, and I would definitely come back here next time I'm in Armenia!

- Olga (9/5): - Просто невероятный вид из номера (главное не смотреть в сторону, там есть неожиданности в виде недостроенных заброшенных домов по соседству или ну очень аутентичных полуживых огородных избушек). Тишина. Соседей почти не видно и не слышно. Очень приветливый администратор Мариам, максимально приятная в общении, всегда готова помочь. В номере чисто, убирались каждый день, при необходимости меняли полотенца и халаты. В общем, идеальное место чтобы просто посидеть и посмотреть в даль. Честные фото от отельера, без обработки, живьём всё ровно так как на картинках - за это отдельное спасибо) Завтрак конечно мог бы быть лучше. Помидор-огурец-лаваш-масло-сыр плюс компот и что-то в виде основного блюда типа омлета с сосисками или гречки. Он съедобный, но не более. Один омлет с горохом чего стоил)). Не хватало банальной яичницы и воды вместо компота. Кофе - варят в турке, на любителя. Кофемашины нет ни в номере ни на завтраке. Кладбище прямо напротив входа - такое философское соседство. В номере не работали батареи, в верхней спальне было ооочень холодно ночью (ездили в начале мая), ребенок спал в спортивном костюме. К вопросу вида - не хватает газона под номерами, если смотреть из номера не прямо а вниз, то там люки, бетон, арматура какая-то. Надеюсь дойдут у ребят руки это доделать. Не смотря на все эти минусы без преувеличения прекрасное место, однозначно рекомендую).

- Charlie (10/5): - My stay at Lost in Sky was fantastic, and I cannot recommend it enough for anyone visiting Armenia. The A-frame room design is spectacular—modern, cozy, and perfectly integrated into the landscape. Waking up to that panoramic mountain view was an amazing experience.Relaxing in the private, purple-lit jacuzzi on the balcony while watching the clouds roll over the valley was a highlight. Using the giant cliffside swing and the "nest" viewpoint is also a must, as it offers some of the best photo opportunities in Armenia.What truly elevated my stay, however, was the incredible hospitality. A special thank you to Mariam, who was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect. Her warmth and professionalism are rare to find and made me feel right at home. Between the breathtaking scenery and the fantastic service, this is easily one of the best properties I’ve ever visited.
- Yana (10/5): очень аутентичное классное место - очень вкусные завтраки. мега гостеприимный и дружелюбный персонал. в номере очень тепло. есть вода, кофе и турка, минибар и отличный выбор вин. ванна на балконе набирается один час дистанционно как-то с ресепшн, и затем постепенно остывает, вода очень горячая, помогает отдохнуть например после активного дня в соседнем Yell Extrim Park. в отеле нет ужинов, но можно заказать в номер из соседнего отеля. было бы неплохо добавить ландшафтный дизайн, вид из номер на ущелье прекрасный, но под балконом - можно было бы улучшить. напротив отеля через дорогу старое кладбище.

Ужасный сервис. - Очень красивый вид из номера Начнем с того, что через дорогу от отеля, а дома стоят практически вплотную к дороге - кладбище. Люди приезжают отдыхать, развлекаться, а тут такое соседство. В отдельных виллах с купелью ты вроде должен быть уединен, но нет. Ты расположился у себя на балконе, ходишь полураздетый, принимаешь водные процедуры, а с фото зоны в виде руки на тебя постоянно наблюдают другие проживающие. За два часа пока мы пользовались купелью, на «руке@ постоянно были люди. Завтрак: очень ограничен по времени - с 10 до 11. Это категорически поздно. Но ничего с этим сделать нельзя. мы договорились заранее, что приедем к 10:00. Пришли вовремя. Минут 10 ждали пока начнут обслуживать. Очень медленно выносили составляющие завтрака. Хлеб, масло, сыр, овощи. Еще минут 10-15 перерыв. Потом принесли гречку! и омлет с сосисками вперемешку. О каком либо выборе, замене блюд и речи нет. Многие кто был, вставали и уходили голодные. И это в стране, где ты в любом ресторане наешься и вкусно и недорого. Разочарование полное. Да, персонал вежливый. Да, виды очень красивые. Но остальное просто убивает всю прелесть этого места.

- Alami (10/5): Beautiful view, romantic room and caring staff. - Most similar resorts offer minimal, continental breakfast. This place gave us a lot more: traditional Armenian breakfast with several courses, all of them homemade and delicious. The staff is lovely as well and very accomodating and helpful, even taking pictures for us and having medical supplies on site. Thank you to Hrachya and Mariam for their hospitality and genuine care for guests.

From the very beginning, the hospitality was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a standard one-room booking to a stunning four-level villa. It felt incredibly generous and made the experience even more special. On top of that, the team kindly allowed us a late checkout, giving us extra time to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking mountain views without rushing. The design and atmosphere are simply extraordinary. Panoramic glass walls, warm natural materials, and perfect attention to detail create a space that feels both luxurious and deeply connected to nature. The outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the endless mountains and floating clouds was pure magic. In the morning, we were served an absolutely delicious homemade breakfast — fresh, authentic, and prepared with real care. It felt personal rather than commercial. In the evening, we also had dinner nearby at the unique airplane-style hotel restaurant, which was another memorable highlight and perfectly complemented the overall experience. Everything was spotless, quiet, and thoughtfully prepared. But what truly sets this place apart is the feeling — calm, privacy, and a rare sense of escape from the outside world. This is not just a hotel, it’s a destination and an emotion. We are deeply grateful for the generosity, warmth, and unforgettable memories. - Anastasiia (10/5): Лучший вид в нашей жизни - Благодаря гостеприимству владельца отеля и его команды сотрудников, наш с мужем отдых был великолепным. Нас встретили в аэропорту, отвезли с комфортом до отеля, в отеле встретили дружелюбные и вежливые сотрудники администрации и ресторана, подсказали по блюдам в меню оперативно приняли заказ, очень вкусно накормили! Мясо в ресторане делают отлично, голодными не оставят. Отдельное удовольствие это вид из номера , это что-то невероятное, нереальное и очень красивое, я не могла оторвать глаз круглые сутки от этих величественных гор! Вид 10 из 10! Ради него мы и приехали в Енокаван. Номер просторный , оснащен богатым мини баром, я выбрала там очень легкое , фруктовое местное вино)) Так же локация, хоть это и село, но рядом, в пешей доступности есть экстрим парк с очень крутыми зиплайнами, мы полетали, получили массу впечатлений, скучно вам точно не будет) В общем, большое спасибо Рубену и команде за их искреннее гостеприимство и радушность, мы уже хотим вернуться обратно в гости ! Elk moment van de dag wil je kijken naar de bergen, luisteren naar de geluiden en horen hoe de wolven in de bergen met elkaar communiceren. De kamer is precies zoals op de foto's en echt van alle gemakken en comfort voorzien. Het personeel is zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam, alles zullen zij doen om het verblijf te maken om nooit te vergeten. De hottub op het balkon met het uitzicht op de bergen in combinatie met een lekker hapje maken het verblijf tot het perfecte tripje in Armenie! De bouwlamp van de buren maar na het melden bij het personeel hebben zij gezorgd dat deze uitging, super fijn!

Мы снимала 2 номера, в одном была прекрасная ванная внутри номера, подвешенная кровать из натурального дерева и превратный вид на горы . - Jessica (8/5): Letteralmente… persi nel cielo ❤️ - La posizione è fantastica: vi ritroverete in mezzo alle montagne, persi nel verde del nord dell’Armenia . La vista è spettacolare. Siamo riusciti a vedere il tramonto ed è qualcosa che non si può spiegare a parole. Ero nell’appartamento SKY 1 e tutto era bellissimo. Sono stata felicissima di vedere la jacuzzi nuova (avevo prenotato la camera con quella gonfiabile e invece ne ho ritrovata una nuova, bellissima). Il cibo era fantastico, nonostante il menù fosse praticamente inesistente: è l’unica nota negativa di tutto il soggiorno. Mi hanno detto che devono cambiare il menù. Avrei gradito che mi avessero informato prima sulle disponibilità. In ogni caso, tutto era cotto alla perfezione e la qualità del cibo era alta. Anche la colazione era molto buona. Se siete amanti del dolce come me (da brava italiana), non aspettatevi grandi cose, ma in Armenia è normale trovare una colazione prettamente salata quindi immaginavo. E comunque, anche in questo caso, tutto era buonissimo. 8/10 perché il menù era ristretto e perché avrei voluto pagare la cena con la carta ma “casualmente” il pos non funzionava (la bottiglia di vino che abbiamo aperto l’ho pagata serenamente la mattina dopo con il pos, quindi non comprendo). In sostanza: ve lo consiglio. Il livello è alto. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è davvero gentile, il lavoro dei giovani va premiato. Tornerei? Subito!!! ///

- Nikita (9/5): - Мне все понравилось. Кровать широкая и мягкая, ванна глубокая, виды роскошные, с балкона не хочется уходить. В комнате много дерева. За пределами комнаты обитает дружелюбная собака. Наверное, не хватает мебели (шкафа) для одежды, летом это не критично, а вот в другое время пригодилось бы. И завтраки с 10:00 это откровенно поздновато.

The hotel’s name says it all—you genuinely feel like you’re in the clouds. It was a heavenly stay with incredibly comfortable beds and a wonderfully serene atmosphere. The staff were absolutely delightful—kind, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, which made the experience even more special. The only downside? We didn’t want to leave!

Lack of signage and the road I kind of got lost and no reception or welcoming at the entrance they were expecting me, but nobody helped me with my luggage or anything.

- Tsovinar (7/5): Very disappointing stay - The terrific view, modern loft style. Very good breakfast. The low quality of materials used, the jakuzi that was deflating because it had holes on it, and we had to call the staff several times to help with it. The staff didn’t leave the key, and when we wanted to go out, it appeared they don’t have the key of our door😂. We had to wait, until the master will change the lock of our door, so we can close our door and leave! And surprise surprise: when we wanted to close the door from inside to sleep, we couldn’t close the door from inside! So, the master (thanks God he was at the property at that late time) came and spent half an hour fixing the lock…oh, and forgot about the fact, that the moment we entered and switched on the conditioners, the light went off, and a master came to fix the transmission system… that was a fun experience 😂. I am never going back to that hotel.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and spoke excellent English, which made everything so easy and comfortable. A special mention to Marian, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The food at the on-site restaurant was absolutely beautiful – fresh, full of flavour, and presented so well. Breakfast delivered to our room was a lovely touch and made our mornings extra special. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough – the service, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail were all perfect. Nothing.
