• Ondřej (8/5): - Výhodná lokalita, vše dostupné pěšky. Možnost nastavení teploty pokoje i teplé vody. Voňavé a měkké ručníky. Zatemňovací předokenní žaluzie. Kávovar na kapsle. Pouze 1 kuchyňský nůž. Čistota čela postele a přídavných polštářů. Klimatizační jednotky a WI-FI router vydávají v noci hodně světla. Společná přikrývka nebyla povlečená, ale pouze vložena mezi 2 prostěradla.

Host was very responsive and check-in/check-out were easy The bed wasn't super comfortable, and the tourist tax wasn't included in the advertised price so we were asked to pay 5 euros, per person, per night on arrival

• Betty (8/5): Super fabulous comfortable clean - Excellent location, clean modern comfortable apartment. Beds were excellent and super comfortable. Little perks like toothbrush kit were a lovely extra. There is no lift and the apartment is on the second floor but that's to be expected in ancient Rome. There is even an ancient pillar built into the building's own wall!! Fabulous fascinating area and excellent location right close to the kosher restaurants and shops without being in the noise. Costaguti Square is very quiet and peaceful. The perfect location! We had trouble with the hot water for the shower but that may be because we didn't understand the Italian voice instructions.

• Francesco (9/5): Good location in a quiet corner - Location is in the historic center, but in a quiet corner; the house itself is pretty roomy, with a big fridge and kitchen. Maybe the walls are a bit thin, so sometimes you can hear people going in or out; nothing a couple of earplugs cannot solve though.
• Aleksa (10/5): We were there for 5 days and enjoyed the strategic position of the apartment. We could rest at night since the Piazza is - The apartment is at a wonderful location close to many of Rome’s must visit spots. The Marcello Theatre is a 2min walk, The Coloseum and Roman Forii are at a 15min walking distances, the Pantheon less than 10min and Trastevere is right across The Tiber Bridge. You can find good coffee and breakfast around the block and the neighbourhood itself is not bustling with tourist so you can have nice rest during the night. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated and the host Andrea was super attentive and helpful Everything went smootly with him and he was kind enough to add some things that we were initially missing and also added some coffee cartridges for the esspresso machine.

Situated in the heart of Rome, it provided easy access to all the major attractions. I could easily walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and other historical landmarks, making my exploration of the city incredibly convenient. The nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops added to the vibrant atmosphere, allowing me to experience the authentic Roman lifestyle. The host was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They provided a warm welcome and were readily available to answer any questions or offer local recommendations. Their hospitality added a personal touch to my stay, making me feel like a welcomed guest rather than just a visitor. all was perfect

• 이태회 (10/5): the best accommodation for attractions - The location of the accommodation was in the middle of places commonly called attractions. Therefore, I could go anywhere quickly and it was convenient to take a taxi or bus because it was well away from the boulevard. I don't have any regrets.
• Carley (9/5): Superb - Lovely apartment in an exceptional location. Photos are true to how it is, but probably don’t do it justice. Generous space for two people with well-equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. Quality shutters and double-glazing made it quiet and dark at night. Aircon was excellent us - and a lifesaver in a Rome heatwave. Thoroughly recommend. Not a criticism as such, but the addition of a toaster would be welcome. Also a towel for dishes. And if they could somehow squeeze in a washing machine, that’d make it a solid 10.

• Vilma (8/5): Great location - Great location. Not superclean, no dishwasher or washing mashine. On third floor, with a lot of stairs to climb. The conditionair was out of freon, so it was super hot.

I’d go again if I’ll come to Rome. the first night the AC wasn’t working properly, so we slept pretty warm, but the host was very helpful and came the next day to fix it. The heater for the water was a big irregular, but fine overall

It was clean and comfortable and the owner is very helpful and easy to communicate. He went an extra mile when I realized that I left some of my belongings in the flat after check out. It has been a pleasure to stay in Andrea's apartment. Nothing.

• Karolina (7/5): In overall, it was ok. - Location was amazing, super central, close to everything. Quiet apartment. The apartment was superficially cleaned. Sticky kitchen cupboard handle, etc No attention to detail. No hand soap in the bathroom. Only 3 small bottles of shampoo/shower gel for 3 people, for 4 nights. And only two rolls of toilet paper.
• Cristian (9/5): Great location - The location of the apartment is fabulous, you are practically within a 20-25 minute walking distance of all the major objectives( farthest is vatican city 25 min, colosseum 20min, the rest are 5-15 minutes away). You don't need public transportation. The apartment has everything in it almost new,  is spacious enough for a family of 4, many wardrobes to put your personal belongings. The neighborhood is very quiet . A little more attention to details: - missing of disposable slippers, solid soap - the noise made by the radiators when the heating started and the fact that they were only partially heated - the radiators must be ventilated

• Behan (9/5): This apartment is ideally located in the 3 min walk to city tour bus. Local shops and restaurants. - Breakfast not applicable. Location great. Short walk to all amenities. The host was great, really helpful and responsive. TV didn't work. But we could live without it.

The pre arrival information was accurate and in good detail and the description of the premises was as we found it. We never did meet the host as it was a self check in but the host was always there to meet our needs and would reply within a short few minutes.. It was central to all the sights we wished to visit, it was spacious and hygienic and I would definitely recommend this accommodation if you are thinking of staying in Rome. It has it all. It met all our needs.

• Mariush (8/5): Cozy place at a great location - Excellent location in a lively area with many coffees, shops and restaurants. We found a great coffee place located just a minute from the location to start the day property with a good espresso and croissant. The place also offers self check-in, which was a huge advantage as we arrived in the evening and got to the place quite late due to big queues at the airport. The place is really great for two people (or a couple with a small kid), but gets a bit inconvenient for more than that - the additional sofa is not comfortable and is located in a room that also serves as a passage to the entrance and the bathroom. A small but convenient improvement would be to have soap in the bathroom and a shelf around the shower.

Since we travelled when it was really hot and humid, we appreciated the well functioned AC in the kitchen/hallway and the main room. We thought that the pantry worked well as it was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here!
• Michele (8/5): Very good - The small apartment is spacious for two people like us, with all you need for a short stay in Rome. Situated in a quiet little piazza, the place has a modern style and filled with basic amenities such as fridge, kettle and cutlery. You can reach the main attractions by walk and Trastevere is literally 5mins walk. The comms were great and was easy to check-in an check-out. AC in the room was a great feature in hot days. Although the style of the apartment is new, it does feel a little worn out, might need a paint job.
• Varga (10/5): Nice location, perfect for short stay. - Nice location, spacious room. Perfect for short stay. Easy check in, everything goes smoothly. Friendly owner, good communication. All images perfectly reflect the apartment, it really looks like that. there are variable light sources, many plugs to recharge mobile phones. I truly recommend this place. Some minor problems: loose tap faucet, missing light bulb, no info about the building renovation (workers appeared in the window in the morning :)). None of them was bothering.
