Très bien décoré. Très silencieux aussi malgré l'emplacement! J'ai vraiment tout aimé et j'y reviendrai certainement. C'est un petit détail, mais le savon à main était un savon cheap de station service. J'aurais adoré un savon à main à la rose ou quelque chose d'intentionnel.

Je suppose que le rapport qualité prix est très correct. Mais si vous êtes une femme voyangeant seule qui va rentrer tard le soir, cet hotel me semble etre une mauvaise option.
- sedup (9/5): Alles TiPToP - Die Lage war sehr nahe bei Bahnhof. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und per Telefon erreichbar. Das grössere Zimmer war einfach wunderbar. In der Küche wäre alles vorhanden um sich ein Essen zu kochen. Zu Fuss war auch die Altstadt prima zu erreichen. Es hat im Quartier Restaurant und Cafes.

Le lit et la literie était très confortable. Beaucoup de bruit provenant de l'extérieur tôt le matin et tard dans la nuit. Les rideaux n'étaient pas assez opaques et il y avait beaucoup de lumière tôt dans la chambre. Beaucoup d'itinérants dans les environs, mais c'est la réalité de ce quartier.

The coffee maker was great, the shower was hot, and the the curtains were great for keeping the light out so we could sleep in. Oooonly thing that we missed, and maybe this is on us, was there was no room service while we were gone between days. We were hoping for more coffee after having used it the first day.

Very clean. Self check in no reception but had a few chats with housekeeping who were helpful and nice and staff responsive via text. I booked partly based on another recent review saying it was quiet as I’m a light sleeper - this is true ONLY when the bar beneath the rooms is quiet. I stayed on a Saturday and Sunday night - on Saturday it was SO loud from the evening to 1am when the bar closed, with bass vibrating. On Sunday it was completely fine. So, just a warning if you’re staying on party nights and don’t plan to be out late yourself.

J’ai demandé si je pouvais laisser mon sac avant l’heure d’arrivée dans la chambre (qui est un peu tardive) on m’a donné un code provisoire pour laisser mon sac devant la chambre en m’indiquant qu’il serait surveillé par le biais de la caméra, ça ne rassure pas Aussi, quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, elle était très très fraîche : nous avions froid. Ce n’est clairement pas ce que nous recherchons d’une chambre d’hôtel de ce prix là quand il fait -15 dehors Emplacement pratique mais itinérants devant l’hôtel et bruit des bars aux alentours puisque la chambre donnait sur la rue

This hotel has no front desk or receptionist. All communication is handled strictly via email, which might seem convenient but caused serious issues for us. When we arrived two hours before check-in, there was no place to wait inside. With two young children, we had to stand on the street near downtown, which turned out to be a very unsafe environment. The area surrounding the hotel had many homeless individuals, some of whom were shouting loudly. To make matters worse, during our short wait, we witnessed a bicycle theft right in front of us, along with other unsettling incidents. My children were extremely frightened, began crying, and even asked to leave the city entirely. It was heartbreaking, and completely ruined the beginning of our trip. Once we were finally able to check in, my kids were so upset that they refused to leave the room for the rest of the day. As a result, our one-day trip was entirely ruined, since I couldn’t take them out again. The next morning, things got even worse. When I went to retrieve my car from the parking garage, I couldn’t find an accessible door—all entrances were locked. I spent over two hours (from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM) trying to get help. I called and emailed multiple times, but no one responded. Meanwhile, my children were crying and begging to just go home. I cannot express how helpless and stressful that situation was. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If you're traveling with family or value responsive service and safety, do not waste your vacation by booking this hotel.

Hotel room was clean and cozy. Everything is done remotely. No one on site to talk to. Stairs to the hotel room floor with no elevator can be an issue for the disabled or if you have to carry large suitcases.

Malheureusement, pour cette chambre , la petitesse de l'endroit ne permettait pas de mettre une chaise ( mais un aurait pu ajouter un petit banc pliable ou non ) nb ce que j'ai suggéré aux proprio. Car j'ai dû m'assoir sur la petite marche et sur le tapis à côté du lit pour lire et faire mes courriers. Très désolant. Quand j'ai dit pour cette chambre, car j'ai constaté qu'il y avait des plus grande chambres beaucoup plus luxueuses en espace ( sûrement aussi pour le prix ). *Le problème de stationnement avait été mentionné par les autres locataires auparavant et ils ont fait beaucoup d'effort pour l'améliorer... mais on n'a pas vécu une belle expérience de ce côté. Nous avons payé $34 sur Link pour le ST et à la sortie comme le code barre ne fonctionnait pas , on nous suggérait de payer $16 au lieu de $34. On a trouvé un petit truc pour sortir ! ouf!!

C’était correct en même temps tout était parfait. Le lit était confortable Il y a beaucoup d’itinérance dans le quartier et il y a un bar à côté, c’était un peu bruyant dehors.

Par contre, l’odeur puissante de toilette en entrant dans la chambre ainsi que le bruit provenant de la discothèque étaient tous deux TRÈS dérangeantes. De plus, les sans abris sont très présents (et c malheureux pour eux), je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité pour marcher seule tard le soirs.
