SilGomes (8/5): Vale a pena. - A casa está muito bem localizada e acomoda com conforto grupos grandes. Há bons comércios na região e estações de metrô bem próximas. É uma casa antiga, e por isso tem algum desgaste, mas nada que atrapalhe a hospedagem. O grande problema está na inconstância dos chuveiros, que possuem pouca pressão e por isso não esquentam a água ou sai pouca água. O único chuveiro que funcionou bem foi o localizado no piso inferior. Uma sugestão : disponibilizar um espelho grande. Apesar disso, vale o custo benefício. Chuveiros. Por ser uma casa que hospeda grupos grandes, a recomendação de não utilizar todos os chuveiros ao mesmo tempo não é coerente com a oferta para muitas pessoas. Os chuveiros precisam funcionar, independentes de estarem ligados ao mesmo tempo. É necessário resolver o problema da pressão e do aquecimento da água. São muitas reclamações aqui girando em torno do mesmo problema. Só falta isso para a casa merecer uma melhor avaliação.
