- Zhiwu (6/5): - The front gate key is a headache. Light in room is also a problem
- Nancy (8/5): - This is a great property for 4-6 people. Check in was somewhat difficult. It was very cold for Florence and heat had been turned off early April but finally they turned it back on the second night. Hot water for the showers were spotty. Worst was the elevator stopped working and it was 5 flights of stairs with luggage to leave.
