Read the extra costs for facilities before you book. - The host was very understanding of a small miscommunication we had and offered help in many areas and facilities the rooms were a kind of old school with plenty of ways to cook up a treat and central enough to have plenty of options on uber eats We had a small issue with us bringing out pets but she was very professional in the way she handled it despite losing my cool a bit everything at this hotel is great the only thing I would suggest everyone to do is make sure you read everything including extra costs that you may be expected pay I'm sure she has made this a non issue anymore making it easier to see before you book the room

naree (4/5): Not for me - Boutique granny flat. All essentials close by. Sheets smelt clean. Back deck cool on extremely hot day. Free undercover parking. Boutique granny flat. Very expensive for what you get. Informed of $50 cash fee for dogs AFTER non refundable booking fee paid. Owner has now uploaded PIC of dog charge. charge to use washing facilities. Needs repairs & reno inside. Furnishings v old fashioned. Under furn absolutely filthy. Fridge still dirty. venetian blinds still mouldy. windows & tracks still filthy, Aircon old & inefficient. Room smelt like cigarettes. towels & shower unappealing. Garden untidy. Uneven paver & gravel entrance not suitable for all. Work being done on building when we arrived after 3pm. 3pm CI unusually late. Unusual $10/hr charge for early CI or late CO.

Te Hsiang (4/5): It’s ok stay. - It’s got everything you need. The towels could be cleaner. The tea bags should be replaced it’s old. The reeds on diffusers are mouldy. The aircon remote didn’t work had to turn on and off on the unit and the filter and air out let is very dirty. The air comes out the aircon smells. The light on the side of the property didn’t work so it’s very difficult to walk to the car at night.

Donalda (10/5): Exceptional - Close to airport without having to go into busy city. Quiet suburb. Homely character and a yard..good for pets. Peaceful and clean. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Staff communicate well, are always available and kind.

Victoria (9/5): Quaint and clean little cottage - Very cute little cottage with all the amenities. Plates, glasses, fridge, kitchenette, WIFI (we didn’t use) and covered parking. The bathroom is renovated, beautiful white and brand new. The queen bed in the bedroom was very soft and comfortable, with a few pillows to choose from. It is very tiny, so it wouldn’t be good for a long stay, but great for an overnighter.

And no communication as to how to get in. Had to call numerous times to get in. Not to mention the owners dog tried to attack our dog. Was not happy at all. Could hear everything the people next door were doing all night/ early morning. Kept us all awake.

When booking through booking.com I didn't get information about which granny flat we were in or an accurate pin code for the key. So I had to call the owner to get the information. Also very easy to hear the neighbours through the wall.
