Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

- Ashleigh (3/5): Would not stay again. - Great location, central but not too noisy. Place was clean and comfortable. Hot water stopped working after 2 days. Contacted customer service who said they would send someone but never did. Living room curtain was broken so we were unable to close it on a night.
- Hallena (7/5): Convenient location - Quiet location in Temple Bar area that is close to everything. Walkable to shopping Grafton or cross the River Liffey to Dublin 1 area. The shower and bathroom was best, great water pressure and constant hot water that doesnt turn cold after long shower Could do more with storing the cleaning tools better and a bit more organisation, plenty of storage but cleaning items left behind couch. Heater was not working and tried to contact Guest Ready but not helpful. Lockbox was also faulty upom return
- Sevda (8/5): A comfortable apartment that is ideal for a family or a group of friends, in the heart of Temple Bar area - Clean, spacious, comfortable, with all necessities and great location! Very good central location, comfortable clean beds, quiet, cozy feeling
- Matt (2/5): Very poor - Shower was blocked and flooded bathroom. When I raised this, response received was to deal with it myself and would refund me for drain unblocker. Had to remove gross blockage of other people’s hair in an apartment paid nearly €1600 for the weekend
- Lorrie (5/5): The location was good, it was clean and quiet, but the shower needs attention asap! - The shower was a big problem. The handle to regulate the water temperature did not work. We couldn’t use the shower at all because the water was scolding hot! Also, no rubber mat to stand on the VERY slippery shower surface. Very dangerous! I wrote to ask for assistance but never heard back about it.
