• Ewan (7/5): Good clean apartment. Area is a little rough but for the price canr complain. - Cost was good and general standard of room was good and clean Area is a little rough. The shower also was broken and the shower head was not mounted to the wall but was still useable so no massive issue

Fue un detalle increíble el presente con botellas de vino, café y té; parece que estes un hotel de 4* en lugar de un apartamento. A pocos minutos del alojamiento encuentras la zona céntrica. La zona de alrededor. Para llegar a él tienes que pasar por una calle que parecía poco segura.
• Tinatini (10/5): - I received clear instructions before arriving, and the location was very easy to find. At the reception, everyone was very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean, with everything I needed — bottled water in the fridge, a kettle with plenty of tea and coffee, and both glasses and cups. There was even a welcome bottle of wine with wine glasses. The wardrobe was large and included an iron and a hairdryer, which was very convenient. The only small thing I noticed was that there were no shampoo or body soap bottles, and just a few cotton buds. I’m sure the staff would have provided them if I had asked, but I didn’t bother. Also, while the room itself felt very safe and quiet, the surrounding neighborhood seemed a little less comfortable late in the evening. Around 11 p.m. it felt a bit unusual walking back, though it really helps that the apartment is located right next to a main road — just a few minutes’ walk from the bus and metro, so you don’t have to go far.

Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ φιλικός και ευγενέστατος… Ο χώρος του ήταν πεντακάθαρος και είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόταν και μάλιστα τις πιο ζεστές μέρες του καλοκαιριού….Για οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκε με εξυπηρέτησε άμεσα… Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθω στο κατάλυμα του όταν ξανά βρεθώ Αθήνα… πολύ συμπαντικό είναι δίπλα στο Μετρό…. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα…. Μπράβο τους για το δωμάτιο που έμεινα…. Έμεινα κατευχαριστημένος ….Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για την φιλοξενία….

• Simona (7/5): Easy clean and simple for a quick stay - Clean and simple rooms. Nicely designed. Checkin instructions took a while to get. Neighborhood didn't feel very safe.

• Ioannis (4/5): Poorly managed accommodation with unhelpful staff - Overall, my experience was marked by the staff's incompetence and poor communication, turning what should have been a pleasant stay into a very frustrating and stressful experience. The representative I dealt with was consistently unhelpful, displaying shockingly poor communication skills and a complete lack of professionalism. This pattern of unprofessional behavior was evident in every interaction I had with the staff, even on the days before my trip. Specific Issues: A. There was a power outage in my room on the last day of my stay, Sunday, June 16th, at 12:00 noon. I was left without proper room use until the time (7.30 PM) I had to go to the city. Despite someone arriving around 8:00 PM to fix the issue, I received no notification or confirmation that the problem was resolved. I only discovered the power was back on my own at 1:00 AM when I returned. B. In the days following, I contacted Booking.com twice to discuss potential compensation. Their final response was that the accommodation manager had NOT answered their inquiries. So the result was a mere €25 discount coupon offered by Booking for a future reservation. C. Moreover, the room is misleadingly presented within a building with onsite staff. In reality, the room belongs to a different company or individual. As a result, despite staff in the building, their default response to me on almost every issue was, "We work for 'Iasonos Suites Athens', and you booked at the 'Luxury Suites Athens 3'. It's not our room; we can't help". This lack of assistance meant I had to rely on phone calls or the platform to get help, which was frustrating and inefficient because I did not receive responses all the time I reached out to them.
• R (1/5): I wasn't able to stay here due to poor cleaning conditions and no follow up about refund :/ - The place was beautiful inside but the room was not cleaned so I couldn't stay there. I ended up not finding an alternative space and had to spend the evening frantically looking for a place to stay. The owner communication has been awful. They ensured a refund but refuse to answer messages which is a pity because I really wanted to give them a positive review.
