De vloer ziet er niet uit overal schimmel in de douche geen compleet servies , 1 wijnglas, 1 theebeker , geen bier/wijn openaar, t ruikt ook muf en vochtig, appartement heeft echt onderhoud nodig
• lorenzoDP93 (6/5): Ottima posizione e host gentilissima, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, pulizia da migliorare - Posizione ottima, vicino alla fermata della metro linea A, zona tranquilla e ben servita. Palazzo ben tenuto e tranquillo. La pulizia della camera non era ottimale, diverse piccole sistemazioni più o meno urgenti per rendere più abitabile la camera (lo scarico della doccia era lento, alcuni pezzi della biancheria da letto e bagno non erano sufficientemente puliti, macchie sui muri)

Grubo wszędzie kurzu, W łazience pleśń i brud,, zepsuta spłuczka naprawiona po trzech dniach. W mieszkaniu szczypawki i mrówki. Hitem były kołdry, żółte z zaciekami i cudza krwia. Podwórko obskórne ze stara suchą fontanna. To nie apartament to kłamstwo. Bardzo nie polecam. Gdybym byla w Polsce wyszłabym stamtąd obrazu.
• guillermo (4/5): mala experiencia - En las habitaciones las camas hacían ruido cada vez que te mueves. Las sábanas de cama parecían no estar limpias. Había polvo por debajo de las camas y en las esquinas. No pudimos tomar nunca una ducha de manera tranquila ya que el agua caliente se ponía fría constantemente. Había obras en en edificio que empezaban a las 8 a picar paredes. La ventana de una de las habitaciones no cerraba bien y entraba ruido.

• kevin (4/5): - Locatie was goed. Erg gehorig. Geluid van andere 2 kamers erg duidelijk. Badkamer van de buren maakte erg veel herrie. Met name het apparaat wat het water wegpomt. Dit zat in mijn kamer. Ook het raam van die Badkamer komt uit in deze kamer. Hierdoor in de nacht veel licht in deze kamer.

• Pierpaolo (5/5): La doccia era in pessime condizioni e il letto estremamente scomodo. - La posizione è ok Purtroppo la struttura non era pulita ed era poco accogliente. La doccia era in pessime condizioni e il letto estremamente scomodo. La posizione è comunque buona perché si trova vicino al Colosseo. La cosa positiva è che la proprietaria risponde rapidamente ai messaggi. È un peccato, perché con un po’ più di pulizia, manutenzione e qualche piccolo lavoro di fai-da-te l’appartamento avrebbe molto potenziale.

J ai eu l impression de me faire avoir! Cet appartement était au rez de chaussée, presque une cave humide et froide, avec des barreaux aux fenêtres et volets fermés, car dinon on peut vous voir prendre une douche!

• Karolina (5/5): Zdjęcia nie wyglądają tak jak stan faktyczny, który zastaliśmy na miejscu, co nie jest fair w stosunku do klienta. - Lokalizacja Zdjęcia na bookingu nie oddawały stanu faktycznego mieszkania. W łazience była wilgoć, okna nie dało się zamknąć a na ścianach robił się grzyb. panele były w złym stanie, sufit podczas deszczowego dnia przeciekał, po powrocie do mieszkania znaleźliśmy kałużę na środku pokoju. Jeżeli ktoś szuka apartamentu i chce w nim coś ugotować to jest to średnio możliwe. Naczynią zastaliśmy w stanie do ponownego umycia. Właścicielka z którą mieliśmy styczność mało zaangażowana, próbując nawiązać kontakt aby uzyskać jakiekolwiek informacje nie była skóra do rozmowy.
• Gabriel (3/5): - Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen. Etwa 20 Gehminuten vom Kolosseum entfernt. Das Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtet habe, hatte einen Wassertank, der jedes Mal, wenn jemand die Toilette spülte, sehr laute Geräusche machte, manchmal sogar länger als 30 Minuten. Das war schrecklich. Deshalb konnte ich die meisten Nächte nicht gut schlafen. Die Heizung funktionierte weder im Badezimmer noch im Zimmer. Der Duschvorhang war seltsam angebracht. Wenn man mit ihm innen duschte, verstopfte er alles, also musste er draußen bleiben. Außerdem war er sehr klein und für größere Personen nicht geeignet. Außerdem waren die Wände extrem dünn, sodass ich die Leute in den anderen Zimmern hören konnte.
• Peter (5/5): Fühle mich getäuscht - Die Lage ist Ok Titel: Irreführende Bilder – Unterkunft entspricht nicht dem Angebot Text: Die Unterkunft entspricht in keiner Weise den Bildern aus dem Angebot. Viele Fotos scheinen veraltet oder stammen gar nicht aus der tatsächlichen Unterkunft. Vor Ort war der Zustand deutlich schlechter und hatte mit den gezeigten Bildern kaum etwas zu tun. Ich fühle mich dadurch getäuscht und hätte diese Unterkunft bei korrekter Darstellung niemals gebucht. So etwas habe ich bei Booking.com bisher noch nie erlebt. Ich hoffe sehr, dass Booking.com diesen Fall prüft und entsprechende Konsequenzen zieht. Nicht zu empfehlen.
• Vaniny (5/5): Razoável. - A localização , Pedi uma cama de casal. Porque estava a comemorou anos de casamento e me colocaram 2 camas de solteiro. Fiquei tão chateada. O ralo do banheiro está entupido a água fica que nem piscina o próximo a tomar banho fica com pés que nem uma piscina.

• Marina (5/5): - Lo único bueno es que aunque esta alejado de todo, tiene buena conexión de colectivos . El departamento esta en un 3er piso de edificio, se comparte con otras 2 habitaciones. Se escucha todo, apenas llegamos se escuchaban martillazos en nuestra pared (no se de donde venian). La ducha a los 2minutos que te entras a bañar se inunda. Todo lleno de polvo.

La salle de bains a besoin d'être refaite également. Les tablettes sont de travers, impossible de poser des affaires dessus. Le carrelage est vieux et légèrement sale. Le loquet de la porte de la salle de bain était parfois compliqué a fermé. Je suis d'ailleurs resté bloqué a l'intérieur. Après 30 min à tenter de l'ouvrir j'ai du casser la porte pour éviter d'y passer toute la nuit ! Il y a une machine a laver entreposer sur le balcon avec du bazar... Ça ne fait pas très propre.
• VIP (1/5): - To be avoided at all costs! It was not clear how to open the front gate. The bed is not a single bed but two small ones that get moved during the night so you fall in between. The bedding is composed of mere sheets. The bathroom is horrible: the water doesn’t go away in the shower, the shower itself falls from the wall, the shelf is falling, bathroom tap is dirty. Truly horrific! Avoid at all costs!!

• Paweł Zygulski (10/5): Bardzo polecam - Mieszkanie ma dobrą lokalizację, paręnaście minut od przystanku metra San Giovani. Po drugiej stronie bloku są przystanki autobusowe. Mieszkanie jest jasne i przytulone. W 5 osób każdy miał przestrzeń dla siebie. Jadąc drugi raz z pewnością brałbym od uwagę ten obiekt i polecam go również znajomym. Z ważnych uwag: - Mieszkanie jest na 7 piętrze, winda jest bardzo mała i jeździ wolno. Osoby z wózkiem dziecięcym lub na wózku inwalidzkim mogą mieć problem. - Łóżka mają dosyć miękkie materace, a każdy najmniejszy ruch powoduje skrzypienie łóżek - Obok mieszkają głośni sąsiedzi. Dla osób lubiących ciszę może to być problem bo głośne rozmowy trwają do 5 nad ranem. - W mieszkaniu brak czajnika - wodę na herbate/kawę trzeba gotować w garnku - W mieszkaniu sa 4 standardowe wygodne krzesła, a piąta osoba musi siedzieć na rozkładanym, ktore nie jest w pełni sprawne i się z niego ześlizguje. Wysokie krzesło barowe nie jest dostosowane do wysokości stołu więc nie można go liczyć jako to właściwe. Mimo tych uwag polecam to miejsce. Kontakt z obiektem jest dobry i ograniczony do niezbędnego minimum.

Check in was suuuuper easy and Laura was very nice. Bus stops to the city right outside or walkable to sights in 20mins. Gated apartment block in a gorgeous safe neighborhood full of non touristy bars/restaurants to real experience Roman cuisine. .Would have liked a microwave but that's personal preference. Hairdryer and iron in the apartment. Cant recommend more highly 10/10! Nothing it was perfect!

• Jelica (5/5): - Svidjela nam se lokacija, blizina ducana i kafica Nije nam se svidio smjestaj jer slike sa bookinga nisu realne. Smjestaj je vjerovatno slikan prije 15godina ako ne i vise. Kreveti su neudobni, skripe dok se okrenes na drugu stranu. Kauc u dnevnoj je neudoban, svjetla u dnevnom boravku i kuhinji ili ne rade ili treptere. Nema kuhala. Kupaonica je takoder u losem stanju, umjesto sapuna za ruke je sampon razmucen u vodi. Problem sa toplom vodom, ako se zelite tusirati morate otvoriti slavinu u umivaoniku. Pritisak vode jako slab.Nigdje nema nekakva vjesalica za objesiti jakne ili rucnike. Iz stana iznad je jako glasno po noci. Glava za tus slabo radi. Tv nema kanala. Klima u dnevnom boravku ne radi. Stolica pukla, stol se odvaja. Perilica suda nije u funkciji.

Per non parlare dell’host scortese, vi dico solo che quando l’ho chiamata per avere indicazioni dove si trovava la cassetta delle chiavi….ha aperto la chiamata offendendo un suo ospite. Mi ha imposto di pagare con anticipo la tassa di soggiorno che andrebbe pagata alla fine dicendo che se non pagavo non mi avrebbe fornito info sul check-in

En una zona residencial muy agradable con todos los servicios Él sofá está un poco viejo y se hunde. A mi me gusta ver a la persona anfitrióna y poder preguntar pequeños detalles: la baja valoración de personal no es por mal trabajo o mal trato del personal. Quiero decir que no hay personal que té atienda más allá de WhatsApp con instrucciones. Pero esta todo buen: es un sistema.

• HG (5/5): Einfache Unterkunft in verkehrsgünstiger Lage - Verkehrsgünstige Lage Am ersten Tag funktionierte weder die Toilettenspülung (Wasserspülung defekt) noch das Internet (falsche Zugangsdaten in der Anleitung im Appartement) - es war auch noch am Wochenende. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte dann 24 Stunden nach Anruf auf Anrufbeantworter wieder - dennoch sehr ärgerlich und unangenehm am ersten Tag.

• Keshni (6/5): Great location - The location was very close to the city , walking distance to the colossum and roman walls. The local area was charming . Lots of mini markters, penny store, local church. Had an additional mattress for my young one to sleep. The cleaning products such as dishing liquid wasnt enough . Unable to wash the pots and requested to pay extra for it. Don't think its fair as the products was provided . The address on the website and Booking.com was wrong at 98 when the place was 214. Kindly correct it as it causes confusion with the uber.

• Fernando (6/5): The arrival is easy, and the instructions to get into the apartment super clear. - The location, the facilities, is super comfortable, illuminated, clean, warm. The instructions were not followed. I requested 2 beds (meaning to split the bed, option selected in the booking), but when I arrived, it was just 1 bed. The last day, the cleaner arrived at 8 am, waking us up early, I felt "quicked out " of the place. If the check out is at 11am, at least at this hour, the cleaner should arrive.

• Palazzolo (3/5): When I arrived, the self-check-in did not work because the keys were inside a box that required a co - When I arrived, the self-check-in did not work because the keys were inside a box that required a code to open, but the code didn’t work. A woman from the same building also tried to help, but she couldn’t get it to work either. After repeatedly calling the person I had interacted with for the booking, they arrived an hour later. Moreover, the radiators were not functioning. From my room, I could hear the person in the neighboring room, perhaps because the walls were extremely thin. I will not be returning. On the bright side, the location was very good.
• Milutinović (8/5): Very good - It was clean and the location was great, we managed to get everywhere on foot. Also, bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was shared which we didn't see was written on the booking site. Also, no heat, the AC was not working and the heat in the building started on the last day of our stay. Bathroom is private but can't be locked on the outside so while you're away, anyone can enter it.
• Herve (6/5): Good location, but lacks maintenance. - Good location, a bit remote from the street. Large apartment, fairly quiet. Lack of general maintenance (in particular water heating system not properly functional and water leaks under the bathtub..), old and unclean kitchen (a bit sticky), unusable dishwasher. The photos look much better than the actual product, the value for price is far from good..

• Kubis (5/5): To be honest, If I would to choose one more time the apartment in Rome I would choose something different - I liked that the apartment was big and clean, and the neighbourhood was pleasant. Close to the supermarket and cafeteria. The metro is 10 minutes away on foot. That to have warm water we needed to pour water from the sink in one time in the kitchen and in the bathroom because of the very low water pressure. The walls were so thin so we could heard neighbours next to us and it was very hard to sleep at night. What is more, the localisation was supposed to be 2km from centre - it was 2km to colosseum. To fontanna di trevi or piazza di Spagna was something like 4km - 4,5km. And for the 5 days of staying we had 3 toilet papers for 5 person. When I asked the owner if she would bring us more or we are supposed to buy, she didn’t answer me. And to sum up the apartment is quite different that it is on the photos in booking. In reality it isn’t as pretty as it was shown.
• Mirel (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the apartment is very nice, it's in San Giovanni neighborhood relatively close to the main attractions and with many bus stops that connect you to the rest of the city. We didn't had hot water for about 4 days, we had to ask again and again the host to solve this issue. There was a lot of noise from the apartments nearby, you could hear everything that the neighbors were saying. When we arrived, the room and the bathroom were not really clean, there was dust, the walls were dirty, the sanitary equipments were very used and broken. In the kitchen there was no microwave, even if in the description of the apartment the microwave was mentioned. The washing machine was on the balcony and I'm not sure that it was working.

• Sandra (8/5): Very good place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. - The location was great and the property had the basics one needs on a vacation. You have lots of privacy even when sharing a kitchen. The towels were too small for an adult.
• Lauren (8/5): Very good - Very secure and easy to manage stay. Check in was simple. Accommodation had everything I needed. Good location 0 can easily take one of the few bus routes nearby to various parts of the city. Nothing :)
