Bushra (8/5): Well located big room and amazing bathroom with nice views of the park - The room was great (except for the horrible wall hangings and furniture was super cheap) but could have done with a little cooker. I booked a whole week during quiet season so it was good value for money. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The view though obscured by buildings you could see onto the park. My preference is always to have amazing views. That’s just my personal choice. I guess it’s not others. The whole hotel needs an upgrade particularly the reception area. This wasn’t very stylish for a 4 star London hotel.
Saud (1/5): Not worth it at all - Nothing at all My reservation is 2 bed and 2 bathroom They ask me to walk 30 minutes to take the key then when I took the key and get back to the apartment, they asked again to exchange the key according to them was wrong key I had to walk different store 20 minutes walking finally went to my apartment I found they gave me 1 bed and 1 bathroom!! When I spoke to them, they keep saying you booked for lower price that’s why! when I refuse they told me they will refund my money without notifying booking customer service!! When I spoke to the booking, customer service finally they gave me what I booked which causes me 40 minutes more back-and-forth to exchange the key again. And the apartment not worth it even if it half the price that I paid lights not working well and door handle broken for the main door and the bathroom door!! When I checked out, they contact me. They ask me to pay for the broken handle threatening me saying we have evidence! If you come to enjoy your time run away from this property.
Roderick (1/5): Avoid this untrustworthy property! - Nothing Breach of pre-paid contract: to get the keys, we were told that we’d have to pay for “early” check-in before 6pm and have to pay for parking for the 5 nights, despite parking and early check-in from 2pm being specifically INCLUDED in the online offer. Multiple phone calls and digital communications to this property’s representatives resulted in no solutions and insistence we pay for what we’d already for. DO NOT TRUST this property!
Doris (10/5): Absolutely brilliant. Loved it, one of the best place to stay in London - Excellent location, beautiful apartment and very clean, easy to contact host. Apartment just as described. Although not important to everyone I do prefer white sheets or light coloured sheets, beds were made with black sheets which was a bit depressing, and difficult to tell the cleanliness of the bed sheets be it black. But as I said that was the only minor issue for me, as I just prefer white sheets wherever I stay. And that won’t put me off staying at the apartment again,

Isabelle (10/5): Nice bedroom lighting for ambience and lovely apartment - This is a beautiful place to stay. High quality appliances and a very good kitchen for cooking. It comes with all the coffee and tea you’d need. It has 2 spacious bathrooms and everything works well Also to note: Nice TV for viewing movies 🍿 Nice lighting in the bedroom for ambiance
Sophie (10/5): Exceptional service, comfy beds, convenient grocery store - Exceptional service, checkin was super quick. Host is easy going and let us arrive earlier free without hassle. it’s important to us that any place we stay in has comfortable beds and that linens have to smell clean. Thankfully the place is very well maintained and spotless. There is a grocery store next door which is convenient when you need to purchase a phone charger or food etc We didn’t use the oven or microwave but everything looks great for a long staying group or family.

Ellinor (10/5): Stylish apartment in unbeatable location - location is unbeatable in my personal opinion. In the heart of london. Perfect for shoppers and got snatched at a great price compared to similar options. The place was clean, stylish, and felt very comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. Despite being in such a central area, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, providing a nice escape after a busy day. The host was responsive and made the whole experience smooth. while the central location is fantastic, it does mean there’s not much greenery or outdoor space nearby, though Hyde Park is just a short walk away. None of this affected my stay much, and I’d definitely book again!
