• Χριστίνα (3/5): - Το δωμάτιο μεγάλο όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες ωστόσο: 1. Φτάνοντας, χωρίς να αναφερεται κάπου, έπρεπε να πάρουμε τηλέφωνο για να πάρουμε τις εμπιστευτικές πληροφορίες ώστε να μπούμε στο καταλυμα. Η ώρα ήταν 9 το βράδυ οπότε δικαιολογημένα δεν απάντησαν και περιμέναμε λίγη ώρα απέξω μέχρι να επικοινωνησουν πίσω. 2. Μόλις μπήκαμε είδαμε στο μπάνιο μια τρύπα στο ταβάνι, εκεί μάλιστα που βρισκόντουσαν σωλήνες νερού, ο θερμοσίφωνας κ.α, από την οποία έτρεχε νερό (μικρή ποσότητα) μπροστά στη λεκάνη. 3. Αφού καλέσαμε τον διαχειριστή μας είπε πως ήξερε για το πρόβλημα και δεν είχαν πάει ακόμα οι μάστορες για κάτι που είχε προκληθεί στον επάνω όροφο. Ζητήσαμε αλλαγή δωματίου ή κάποια πιθανή λύση και εκείνος μας ζήτησε λίγο χρόνο να δει τι μπορεί να κάνει. Καλέσαμε και δεύτερη φορά καθώς δεν μας πήρε ποτέ πίσω. Στο δεύτερο τηλεφώνημα μας ξαναζητησε πρακτικα λίγο χρόνο αφού τον πετύχαμε σε δύσκολη ώρα όπως είπε. Ακόμα δεν μας έχει πάρει... 4. Από τις 4 πετσέτες, οι 2 είχαν λεκέδες. 5. Δεν γίνεται ξεκάθαρο θεωρω, ότι ο εξωτερικός χώρος είναι κοινόχρηστος. Κανένας λόγος για αποζημίωση, καμία προσπάθεια να διορθώσουν το λάθος τους, ούτε ένα τηλέφωνο από μεριάς τους.

• Ariadna (8/5): - Era una habitación muy amplia El pestillo de la puerta se caía, el baño está sin terminar y la ducha no tiene cortina por lo que mojas todo el suelo, pero te dejan una fregona para recogerlo. Entra mucha luz y parece que siempre tengas todas las ventanas abiertas del ruido que entra de la calle, no está nada insonorizado y eso creo que fue lo peor

• David (1/5): Some of my belongings got taken away from cleaning staff. Owner wanted to refund, but never did. - The moment when I closed the door once I left and knew I would never return. During my stay of two days in April 2025, some of my belongings got taken away from the cleaning staff. Parts of that was important medicine, amongst other of my belongings. The owner had even confirmed that the cleaning staff took it. The owner wanted to give me a partial refund for the loss, or "theft" how I would call it, but stopped replying to my requests. I never received and compensation. I see a lack of honesty in this owner and would never return to this property. No traveller deserves this kind of disrespectful and profit-oriented treatment.
• Karolina (6/5): Pleasant - It was quite new and big. For this price it was quite ok - there was no energy over 1st night and the morning and also no WiFi for the 1st night. - there was a hole on the bathroom ceiling. A big hole where you could actually see pipes and hear when someone was taking bath. -there was no glass to close the footbath. From both sides was open. -it was loud- for me you could hear everything from the street but my husband could sleep, so I think it's up to the person
• Fardell (10/5): Pleasant apartment - The apartment was very comfortable. Including a coffee machine and complimentary wine.
• Fardell (10/5): Modern and well-appointed, comfortable apartment. - The apartment is modern and nicely appointed with a comfortable queen bed. Complimentary wine and water. Coffee pod machine and tea making facilities.. Code entry to both the building and the apartment makes it very secure and there is a concierge downstairs if you need him from 3pm until latish.
• Taixés (6/5): Good location but no so good conditions. - Good location The bathroom had a leak in the roof (the two times we stayed in different dates the same week) with a mal functionning shower and humidity smell all over the room.
• Christos (8/5): A pleasant room - Big room The light was dimmed, and you cannot open the curtains as you will be seen from the neighbours
• Timo (6/5): Pleasant - - Footpath into the city through a hotspot with numerous fixers who are just taking a shot, take the metro - Door handle broken - No shower door (missing), bathroom is completely flooded when showering - water damage on bathroom ceiling unrepaired

• Allan (8/5): Easy, convenient, comfortable - Very accessible to public transport. Spacious room and nice bathroom. Had a nespresso machine with no capsules.
• Rita (8/5): Very comfortable and good location - The bed was extremely comfortable and it seemed to be in a nice location. It was great that we go there and the AC was turned on and the room was already at a nice temperature. The shower lacked doors which made the bathroom turn into a puddle after any shower and water handle was broken so it was a bit strange to figure out how it worked

• William (6/5): Pleasant - Nice flat, good location, well priced shower was broken coffee machine provided but no mugs or coffee pods my stay was not communicated with reception, so had to call owner on arrival.
• Mariam (6/5): Altogether still good value for price but with just a bit more effort host can turn it into nice experience. Convenientl - It’s not indicated in the description they have an iron. I desperately needed one cause it was the best thing ever to discover one in the closet :) also when I checked in air conditioning was already on which was also very pleasant. Facilities aren’t great, water comes out of shower cabin, entrance door knob was pulling over every time I touched it. There are no towel hangers anywhere. Host is not great at replying on time but nevertheless once you manage to reach out to him he is very helpful.
