• Alyssa (10/5): A beautiful, comfortable stay - wish we could’ve stayed longer! - A beautiful, comfortable place to stay with a touch of luxury for a non-luxury price! It is situated on the main road (King St) with some traffic noise during the day, but it was quiet at night so did not disturb our sleep :)

• Sharmane (10/5): - Beautiful property, great location and easy to get to. Instructions received were really clear on how to access and what needed to be done before we left. Nice AC for the hot weather. Comfy lounge and dining space. Beautiful rooms. There were a lot of perfume scent stick things in the property so when we first entered the smell was overwhelming. We just left the doors open for a little to air out some of the strong perfume smell and it was fine.

• Tam (10/5): Gwen’s is inspired by Love!! - So convenient to the local area. Clean, Neat and tidy. Beds are so comfortable. Like sleeping on a cloud. Tv in bedroom with streaming service. Nice cuppa tea with tv before bed was like heaven. A get away with all the comforts of home. Gwen’s is beautifully decorated.

• Melinda (10/5): An excellent place to stay. - The place was beautifully presented. Everything was in working condition. Beds were comfortable and basics were available eg Tea,coffee and little extras on the dining table meant I didn’t have to race to the supermarket on the day of arriving. A little information in the cottage about what is available in the area (things to do) and maybe a map of the area would have been good.

• Patricia (10/5): Beautiful cottage, Exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay again. - Gwens was a beautiful cottage and lived up to expectations. Very, very comfortable bed, beautifully clean. The key was very easy to find. A lovely amount of tea, milk provided. Just down the road from the Main Street - would have been in walking distance if I was younger. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a break away in Daylesford. Nothing.

• Olubunmi (9/5): - Great location close to the centre. great toiletries extremely comfortable bed and pillow,Has everything you need and the breakfast supplies: milk,cereal and very much needed snacks. Overall very well appointed cottage with great ambience. We really enjoyed the time there..Oh,the electric blankets and very nicely hot heaters for the cold. Thank you. I would score you 10/10 if you had a place to hang clothes in the bedroom. Adding a loaf of bread for the first night,at least would really add to your profile..but thank you for what you provided

• Jenelle (10/5): Absolutely wonderful thank you for your amazing hospitality and beautiful stay - Luxurious special touches everywhere beds so comfortable, a definite must stay I only have one suggestion , a hand tail for the front steps
• Robyn (9/5): We only booked one night and didn’t cook or eat meals there so it was adequate for our needs. - The seperate bedrooms both with king beds. The very basic bathroom being in the laundry and no bathtub.
• Kirkham (10/5): Stay in Daylesford - Great stay was had at Gwen's Cottage. The accomodation was lovely and included accessories like delonghi coffee machine with fresh coffee beans provided. Fresh milk and butter was also provided. Very comfortable and convenient.

The finishing touches throughout the home were thoughtful and really made our stay amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and well-cared-for place to unwind!

And for some reason the power went out on the heater when I tried to put the heater on in the bedroom so I had to climb on a chair to restart the power switch outside, lucky it worked other than that was fabulous. • Anna (10/5): Immaculately presented home with all you may need. Extremely clean, fantastic location - Location was fantastic with a beautiful walk by the river on the walking trails. So peaceful and the home was immaculately presented with extremely comfortable beds! It was a last minute decision to head over for the weekend and the accomodation was just wonderful and seamless and we are so glad we chose this lovely cottage. Thank you for such an easy experience

• Caitlyn (10/5): Beautiful cottage for a weekend away - The house is close to the main town and the lake which was great. The house was also very clean and tidy and the basket of goodies was a lovely surprise. Samantha was wonderful to chat with, helping us with great places to eat and activities to do in the area. Overall I'd definitely recommend anyone coming to the area to stay at Gwen's Cottage on King. Everything was great, I have nothing negative to say about the house or my interactions with Samantha

Lovely decor, beautiful touches with scents and the historical reference and photos of the cottages namesake, Gwen. Close to town and and easy walk to Daylesford Lake. We wished we could have spent a week here … or more! Some road noise though this was quiet through the night.

• Farah (10/5): Exceptional - The place was so lovely and clean. The location was great, only a 5 minute drive, or you could walk to the main town. We were very happy and we would definitely stay there again. Nothing, really. The only thing is when we wanted to watch Netflix. You had to log in to your own user name. Which took a while. Didn't understand why it just wasn't already set up. 😕
