• Efstathia (3/5): Poor - I liked the location The first night we couldn’t sleep due to the neighbors that kept screaming at the corridor. The rest of the nights the radiator was dropping water so we had to switch it off and stay without heating. The place could be a 10 if they took care of isolation and maintenance.

• Wiegand (3/5): Poor - Great location, I liked how the front door was locked and didn’t require an additional key, was clean, and the manager was super responsive The power would go out twice a day, including the middle of the night. It was resettable in the basement but it was annoying to reset it in the middle of the night because of the heat
• Partridge (9/5): Excellent space for kids and adults - the sofa bed was comfortable! - Spacious apartment, with two bedrooms on the lower level. The sofa bed in the living room was quite comfortable! The bedrooms on the lower level were quite cool (in February). If there was a way to control the temperature, we weren’t able to find it. The bedroom with two single beds has a window overlooking the apartment building lobby. We didn’t realize this, so we didn’t have the blinds down, only the light curtain. When people entered the building at 2:30 AM, the bedroom lit up.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Clean, comfortable apartment in a good location - great for two couples sharing. - Location was good for us, 15 mins walk max to main city centre attractions like the Duomo and Uffizi. Nice to have small balcony onto quiet courtyard. On arriving at the property was concerned that there might be noise from the street outside but actually found it very quiet. The apartment had everything we needed - particularly appreciated having two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Clean and comfortable. There is a handy restaurant just through the arches on the opposite side of the street if you can't be bothered to go far! Although there is a lift up to the entrance on the first floor, there is an internal flight of stone stairs that could be tricky for anyone with mobility issues. Bedrooms (on lower floor) occasionally felt slightly damp - we remedied this by having windows open lots.

• Jane (1/5): Never again. Are holiday was only 2 days and all we could do was worry about accommodation instead of enjoying the town. - Good location. Friendly staff It had not been clean properly. Shower was dirty and fridge had the last guests food in it. There was a layer of dust and dirt under the bed. The property had damp on all the walls. Window is very high. The apartment is very dark. The remote for the TV did not work and the remote for the air con did not work. The maintenance man come and told the office that the apartment was dirty and we need to be moved as too much damp. The next afternoon they put us in a new property which was lovely and modern but when it came to going to bed the lights would not turn off in the lounge, kitchen and hallway. The maintenance man came again but could not turn them off.

• Enzo (6/5): Lovely flat with noisy neighbours - The flat is a modern refurbishment in an old building. The bed was comfortable. Both kitchen and bathroom had been recently fitted. Although I stayed at the flat for almost a week, cleaning and changing of towels was never done so we had to do with the only set for one person provided at the beginning. Neighbours were frequently having noisy parties in the small hours of the night.
• Fatema (1/5): very bad - it was the worst as we had BED BUGS dirty bed bugs and mosquito it also turned out to be 2 floors with steep stairs and my mother can not go on stairs
