• Nurfazrin (6/5): Ok - Big apartment suitable for family/big pack gathering The bed sheet in master bedroom smelly and hard pillow and mattress. No mirror / dressing table. Aircond hot. The fan is not working. Preferred tv and not projector.

• Goh (6/5): Pleasant - Simple n easy to access, attend to issue very fast, cleanliness is ok, parking very good First time over my traveling that I encountered with water drainage is bad in the bathroom, although the staff come to help to solve the issue but not success, I don't even want to mention it to the owner anymore, as it is still happening, the bathroom door is spoil, need to go through bedroom only can go bathroom, there is food leftover in the fridge, am not sure if from previous guest, only can watch YouTube, no choice of movie or show to watch...the floor still can see some particle there, the bedsheet got stained
• Nuraida (3/5): Unfortunate incidents - Nothing to actually comment about because we didnt get to stay there. All rate reviews are my disappointment of the incidents that happened. The day before check-in, a business number contacted me through WhatsApp to confirm the booking and what time i will arrive. The number is different from the number in this site so at first Im confused but seeing the profile i just confirmed the details they needed (plus that moment they didnt ask any personal info so i didnt feel the need to ask further) that we will check-in around nighttime. On the day check-in around 1 or 2 pm, the same number contacted me asking if anyone from my side contact them about my booking, i told them no because all my friends with me at that moment and i already confirmed that the number they contact here (my own number) is the only number will contact regarding the booking. They said okay and I told them not to entertain whoever had contacted them except me. Not long after that, they contacted me again telling us that the unit isnt in good condition to stay because of the pipe leaking and they are cancelling our booking. They also asked me for my banking details, in which at that point i dont feel right. I ask for more explanation on why have to cancel because its already last minute. They kinda only explain that the leaking they just found out after previous traveller check out and that thing needed to arrange with the building management. As i remember about the number not the same as in the site, we tried to call the number stated in this site. The person is the owner and the one who chat me is the worker, so after cross check that the story matched and the unit is not liveable as its so smelly, we ask if the owner can help to find another unit as we needed a place to stay. The owner tried to check but ended none available and proceed to do refund through direct banking. I do get my refund but the stress to find another place to stay in short of time is suck.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who ensured my check-in process was seamless and efficient. The apartment itself was a haven of modern luxury. The design was sleek and contemporary, with every detail meticulously thought out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The highlight of my stay was the stunning view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline from the apartment's balcony. Watching the city lights come alive as the sun set was truly magical. The location of the apartment was also ideal. It was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. There were also plenty of dining options nearby, from local street food stalls to upscale restaurants. Overall, my stay at Arte Cheras Kuala Lumpur by Inn Lux exceeded my expectations. It was the perfect urban retreat, and I can't wait to return.
