Josh (1/5): Ruined our stay, booking.com has no power to help - Location Both beds broken, shower didn’t drained and got charged to replace a key that broke. Found out the key was illegally made on a 3D printer so wasn’t our fault. All this with a pregnant wife and 1 year old child and booking.com thinks a $97 voucher should be sufficient.

Chris (6/5): Does the job but nothing more - Location next to Southern Cross station was great for Skybus from airport and for trams around city. Good for food and drink in the CBD. Hosts Yann and Jesse were really helpful It's a bit soulless. Apartment block used for many transient guests so noise and movement throughout the night. Building badly designed so wind whistles through causing noise and drafts. Room wasn't prepared for a third guest as forewarned and little things ,like a toaster , not provided. Although both these things rectified quickly by Yann.
Lara (8/5): Beautiful location giving the ability to explore the city and achieve exactly what we wanted from the trip - I loved the location and how easily accessible it was in relation to the city! Didn’t have a toaster!! absolutely shocked about the lack of appliance 😖
Paul (6/5): Location and host Great, Need to sort out bed / Fridge noise and Aerial. Quite Small for 4 people - Location, Host easy for pickup / drop off of keys Aerial on TV connection not correct - used tape to get to work. Main double bed needs replacement - terrible roll together. If sleeping on Sofa bed - Fridge makes too much noise - need to wear airplugs. Quite small
