HUMBERTO (7/5): Local limpo, simples, com bom custo benefício. Voltaria. - A localização é boa. A rua em frente não é muito movimentada, dependendo do horário você consegue estacionar, já que o edifício não tem estacionamento. O local é limpo. Tem um único chuveiro quente e dois banheiros. Toalhas e roupa de cama OK. O elevador é antigo, mas como é no segundo andar, vc pode ir de escada. Tem estacionamento pago a parte do lado do edifício, 24h, paguei 40/dia.
