• Angelo (1/5): ATENÇÃO GRUPO DE LADROES (Mr Masraf Ali ) - Nada Mr Masraf Ali um vigarista que se identifica como Manager do estabelecimento, anulou a nossa reserva da qual reservamos por 4 noites! Chegamos a Malásia durante a noite e deparamo-nos com um problema na chegada da nossa bagagem, contactamos o estabelecimento para informar que chegaríamos depois da hora do fim do Check-in, Mr Masraf Ali nos informa que teríamos de pagar uma taxa extra devido ao atraso mesmo conhecendo o motivo. Concordamos em pagar mesmo assim, mas quando lhe explico que faria o pagamento da taxa por cartão e que precisaria do ticket para justificar esse gasto para minha empresa, ou ler isso automaticamente Mr Masraf Ali disse que ia anular a nossa reserva e que iríamos receber o valor total da reserva. Recebemos apenas 30% do valor pago à BOOKING não nos ajudou com nada mesmo depois de conhecendo a minha versão. No dia seguinte foi a procura do Mr Masraf Ali na morada indicada, uma espécie de sala desorganizada dentro de um mini centro comercial, nessa sala operam várias outras empresas no mesmo esquema de negócio onde falei com vários clientes presentes que estavam descontentes por motivos idênticos! Nesse dia não encontrei o ladrao Mr Masraf Ali que tenta desviar dinheiro para o seu bolso. Não aconselho a ninguém este estabelecimento e atenção que em caso de problema a BOOKING na resolução de problemas é zero. Já faz 2 meses depois da minha viagem e o problema não se resolveu!

• Dakota Belen (3/5): NO TE DEJAN UTILIZAR BIKINI EN LA PISCINA - Me gustaron las vistas Al llegar tienes que investigar donde recoger las llaves. La habitación tenía un olor extraño, no hicieron ni una limpieza en todos los días que estuvimos, se nos acabó hasta el papel higiénico. Sin duda lo que más odié fueron las prohibiciones, en ningún lugar de la descripción del hotel pone que no te puedes bañar en la piscina infinita con bikini, yo tuve una experiencia muy desagradable, habían algunas personas con bikini metidas, entre yo y tras estar un par de minutos (por cierto el agua está congelada) el de seguridad empezó a silbarme con el silbato y a echarme de la piscina, en fin, toda una decepción. En otros hoteles no he oído nada de restricciones en la piscina…en fin… no repetiría NUNCA.

• Lebbal (3/5): Ils ont tricher sur la chambre - La piscine J'ai réservé et payé pour une chambre avec balcon mais lorsque je suis arrivé on m'a donné une chambre sans balcon et on m'a dit qu'on peut pas me changer de chambre ni de me rembourser la différence et comme je suis arrivé tard et j'étais très fatigué avec m'a femme j'ai pris cette chambre.

• Muhammad (5/5): Dr - The view 1) Cleanness - There is spider web just above my head in toilet and the refrigerator is not working 2) Staff - He keep repeating that check out time was 12pm but clearly stated in booking.com it was 1230pm - I already checked out at 1pm, however due to his late checking the message at 130pm that I sent earlier ,he said it's 1 hour late, this is unacceptable and charging me by cutting the deposit 3) Extra charges - Why there's late check in charge? I paid for the room for the whole day and I need to pay for the late check in charge just because out of 'working hour' ? And no black and white about that !

The studio room was spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of the Twin Towers and the city center – truly one of the highlights of our stay. What made our visit even better was the outstanding service from Ali. He went above and beyond to assist us, especially when we needed to extend our booking. His friendly and professional demeanor made the whole process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur – not only for its great location and comfortable rooms but also for the top-notch service provided by Ali and the rest of the staff. everything was spot on 👍

• Nursyuhada (10/5): Good stay - The room is just nice and comfortable for two of us. We carry backpacks so not much of a hustle to climb the stairs. There are many restaurants and marts nearby so it is easy to find food. They are just walking distance. The city view from the balcony also beautiful. We didn't got the chance to see the facilities so no comment on that. I dont like the parking rate. It is very expensive.

• Shakti (1/5): NEVER BOOK THIS STAY. VERY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE - Nothing to be honest. The host is a bloody racist person. He told us- YOU BLOODY INDIANS He doesn’t know how to speak in english and was unable to communicate about the checkin process. There are many other stays in the same property. And we had booked with The Luxe. There was noone in the reception room for The Luxe and he was unable to tell us that we have to come to Alaman and he started SHOUTING at us. And mind you that was our first day in KL. And then he said- YOU BLOODY INDIANS. And we were like why did we come to this place. We had paid 7.5K for this booking otherwise we would have never stayed here. The bathrooms were smelly, other staff were very unfriendly and rude, The pillows were very uncomfortable. So please never book this stay especially if you are coming from another country.

Organized check out at 9am and host didn't come down until 9:30. Wasn't advised the pool closed at 10 so didn't get a chance to use. Was still some rubbish on verandah from previous guestl. Washing machine settings were out, tried to dry clothes but it started washing again.

They tell you they are available 24 hours but there was no one when I wanted to check out in the morning and I got a reply 3 hours later.
