- Nail (5/5): Might be an option for a big group, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. - Might be a good option if you're traveling with a large group. The condition of the rooms was good, and there were no major problems. The main problem was the lack of support. Our flight arrived late, around 3 a.m. When I asked in advance who we could contact in case there were any problems accessing the apartment, the reply was: “There will be no problems if you follow the instructions. There is no support during the night.” Ok, not a client-oriented approach. Well, there was a problem. It took us 20 minutes to open the building entrance door, and another 10 minutes to get into the apartment. That’s not something you want to deal with in the middle of the night - especially, when a drunk local walks by, loudly talking on the phone and swearing. The morning inspection of the apartment revealed more issues: there was no TV in one of the rooms (the response from support was: “No, that can't be. There should be one.”) and the blinds in another room were not working properly. Also, it takes about 20-30 minutes by taxi to reach the main city landmarks. Not the best location.

- Comet (10/5): Exceptional - accecible transport, comfortable rooms that have all the neccescities for your stay, the responses were quick. you need internet to enter both facility and your apartament, which might be a problem for your first day in the city.
