The property is located a 30-minute drive from Niagara Falls and 5 min. from the Niagara College campus. I didn't like the noise from the traffic on the street because one bedroom is facing the street, but two others are facing the backyard, so nobody else in my family complained, and they were sleeping well.

• Olenalysenko (3/5): Poor - There were three of us - 2 adult women and 1 little girl. And unfortunately, the owner did not warn that someone else would live in the basement (it was a man who had guests constantly coming to visit). We were very scared and did not sleep all night because of this.
• Wang (1/5): Very bad. I need a refund. - The owner’s attitude is okay. Arrived at 11 pm. Strangers stayed in the house. Called the owner and was told they were the tenants living in the basement. Would never know from the information when booking. Bed sheets are stained. Air conditioners are noisy, can't sleep with them on. The door to the basement is unlocked. Slept in alarm and felt not secure. The driveway can't be parked. Parking in the mud.

• Kris (6/5): Convenient location to all amenities - Location is perfectly central to shopping, food and amenities. Short drive to Niagara Falls. Very convenient. Host is fabulous! Unfortunately bad weather interrupted our stay and we had to shorten our stay.

It captures the essence of its name so well. Check in and check out was such a breeze, and the host is the best! Was very prompt in answering questions and clarifications. It afforded me an easy commute to Niagara Falls and it’s environs, with the bus stop right in front of the house. Location is definitely A1! The mattress was so heavenly and soft, which transcended my uncomfortability with new spaces, and I slept like a baby. All the amenities were in prime shape! Overall, I had the absolute best time, and will definitely be coming back again. Thanks so much Lilybeth! You are such a gem. Absolutely nothing!

• Olga (6/5): We had some problems with our stay - I liked that the property had 3 bedrooms, large TV, spacious kitchen with all necessary kitchen items I didn't like that the property was located right on a busy road (something like 20 meters away from the road), and windows didn't block any noise. When we arrived, it was 25 degrees, and the house heated up. Since there is no AC in the house, we opened the windows, but we could not stand the noise, and had to close them. Another thing that pretty much ruined our stay were wobbly mattrasses (felt like we were sleeping on water mattrasses). Our son was hardly able to sleep at night because of the uncomfortable mattrass, and was too tired next day to enjoy anything we planned to do. He just got asleep in the car, and we had to cut our trip shot and drive home. Regarding cleanness - the place is clean, but some windows look very dirty
