• Kai (9/5): - The room floor was much higher than the basement porch floor, and the message particularly reminded tenants to take off shoes before entering the room . The room security equipment was safer. The location wasn't far from the metro station . The TV didn't work , although the facilities list was without TV, but the photos had it . The kitchen cleaning cloth or the left sink was stinky.

• Brandon (10/5): Comfortable and convenient stay - Accommodation was great, Sophia was a great host and attended to our questions in a timely manner. The property itself is clean and the location offers convenience (~5min from YVR, nice if you have a late flight arrival) - door code instructions were provided beforehand making check in seamless. Although location is fairly central, would recommend renting a car to get to and from places quicker (especially if you want to see/experience more areas like Richmond and Burnaby) - free parking on the neighbourhood street is a plus! Liked the fact that the rental came with a washing machine as we packed pretty light. Overall, the stay was wonderful and would definitely book again next time we travel to Vancouver! TV wasn’t working or at least the Smart feature wasn’t loading any of the apps. Not a big deal as there is wifi included and most of our time was spent out exploring.

• Fangyuan (4/5): Sleepless and uncomfortable - Kind of clean and location is good. It is an old house basement, all facilities are old and noise and the room is next to the laundry room on the upper stairs. While we were staying, the host rented an upper-upper-stair to a family with two children. So you can imagine it is expected that you will be weak up on 6-7 am.
