Location within casino precinct provides easy access to restaurants and entertainment. 3hr early check in was offered for $150. Only one key had to be collected/returned off site Only one towel each No access to big swimming pool on level 6 Unable to get parking at casino validated by concierge of Star Residences Level 20 swimming pool gets very busy in afternoons

- Glenn (3/5): Don’t believe what you read. Not as described. - Good location Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Balcony door didn’t lock. Lamp switch broken off. TV had tape holding it together. Could not access pool as the swipe card would work. Beds and pillows poor quality. Not as described.
- Paul (9/5): Great, everything we needed for the weekend. - Great location, very clean and included everything expected and required for a comfortable stay. Communication from the host was very good. Description of the location was a little confusing so didn't really know where we were staying until we received the key collection email and then worked out where we needed to go. The description was 2 bedrooms with a queen in one and two singles in the second. Upon arrival we noticed that the 2 single beds were pushed together and made up as a queen size bed. As we had 3 adults, we had to pull the singles apart and then share queen sized sheets and 1 cover between us.

- Daniel (2/5): Very poor - Location is great. I didn't appreciate the attempt to charge me a surcharge fee after everything had been paid for. I also had to send screenshots of my signature and deposit to separate email addresses. All up, I received 5 different email addresses to send separate information to. Their process/professionalism is extremely poor. The booking details for the bed configuration didn't match what we received. We arrived to two doubles, instead of 2 singles and 2 double beds. One of the access cards didn't work. As the lockbox where they store it is too small.

- Wendy (9/5): Amazing experience I highly recommended it - An amazing location so close to everything including Pacific fair and the beach, the view was the best you could get, a beautiful pool on the 20th floor. Comfortable bed, the best communication that I have experienced before. Would happily go back. Only one key, and it was required to use the lift so that was a bit tricky, apart from that it was amazing. Maybe a note in the room stating that the pool for that unit is on the 20th floor not the one on the 6th floor. Such issues haha
