• Miroslava (1/5): - Naše původní rezervace nám nevyšla, takže nám Booking přiřadil toto ubytování. Po zaplacení a potvrzení rezervace nám však majitel hodinu před check-inem napsal, že je byt již obsazený. Když jsme se ohradili, že máme zaplaceno a potvrzeno, začal se vymlouvat na štěnice a následně přestal komunikovat. Booking nám v situaci nijak nepomohl. Nakonec nám majitel nabídl jiné ubytování – ovšem až na opačné straně Londýna. Velmi nepříjemná zkušenost.

• Khadijat (3/5): Felt icky throughout as was concerned about general hygiene of the place - Good location to Tower bridge The flat was not cleaned properly, most places covered in dust Horrendous smell coming from the bathroom Noisy neighbours upstairs which meant we hardly got any sleep Host never answers calls, so was only able to send messages on whatsapp Curtain fell off the rail and could have fallen on one of the children Still waiting for a refund as was not a pleasant stay and had to leave a night early
• Basmah (10/5): - The reservation was stolen and given to someone else. I did not like their behavior, their lies, taking our money and not getting it back yet, giving the room to someone else and leaving us in the street
• Lucia (7/5): Overall a great experience - The beds were very soft and there were ventilators in every room so even though it was hot in there during summer, it was easy to cool down the room. The sheets and were a bit dirty when we arrived and the toilet seat was crooked. The photos didn't match the apartment at all - maybe because we got a diffent apartment than the one we booked.

• Dennis (6/5): Location was a key factor for this visit. Hence it met our purpose. - Good location. Close to restaurants. Nice big mirrors in the bedrooms. It was on the second floor and we had to drag the suitcases up the stairs. Wasn't properly cleaned. There was rubbish under the sofa and beds. There wasn't enough toilet paper and we had to request for more.
• Donald (9/5): Comfortable and Well-Equipped Flat – Great Value - This London flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. While the surrounding area had quite a bit of graffiti that made us question the neighborhood at first, we never felt unsafe. The price was very affordable for London, and overall it was a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

• Marin (7/5): Flat 5 (Third Floor) - The accommodation staff was great. They allowed us to enter the accommodation before the check-in time. Self check-in is a great option offered by this accommodation. The apartment has plenty of space, three bedrooms, a kitchen and dining room with a living room, and a bathroom. The apartment is well equipped, it even has an iron, hairdryer, kettle, toaster etc. The location of the apartment is good if you want to be near Tower Bridge (about a 20-minute walk to it), but if you want to visit other attractions (e.g. Big Ben, London Eye) then the apartment is a bit too far. At first impression, the neighborhood in which the apartment is located does not look very safe for European people, but we did not have any problems. In the evening, you can hear every bit of ambulance/police sirens passing through the neighborhood. The apartment was not completely clean. The Wi-Fi was very poor and slow, and they should definitely improve it for future guests. Curtains should definitely be added to all the windows, so that you can sleep without light entering the rooms. The walls are thin, and you can hear the noise of cars from the street.
• Andrea (7/5): Good - Comfortable, clean, had a good night's sleep in beds provided. Although very clean, there was a horrendous smell coming from the bathroom. The weather was hot, which didn't help. I don't know what the smell was, but it was so bad, as little time as possible was spent in the bathroom. It was so bad that it made us heave every time we went in there. There were two flights of stairs, which caused a bit of an issue with one person in our party.
• Shahadat (3/5): Alright, but disappointed. Not worth the money we paid. Felt like a bit of a rip off. - The property was neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable and soft. There were multiple towels for each guest and we were glad to have a hairdryer included. We booked flat number 3 and on arrival, tried to open the door for so long until we complained to the host and he told us last minute, that we were changed to flat 5. The lock on the door was cheap and malfunctioning. We were stuck inside for a few hours one day. There was dish soap in place of actual hand soap in the bathroom. We were told we would be getting a fan for the heat but we never did. The host kept putting it off for another day but we never got it in the end.
• Solia (10/5): Great location and very clean! - Great location, short walk to tube station. Very clean and neat. Could use some small updates. Like the toilet seat was loose and the washer needed to be aired out because there was some mildew so I didn’t use it.
