achimhh (5/5): Mehr Schein als Sein! - Aussicht auf Kanal & Schrebergärten Die Überschrift: REGENCY Apartments - Zentrale und die 4*-Klassifizierung, sowie die professionellen Fotos lassen den ortsunkungigen Booking.com-Gast vermuten, dass es sich hier um ein hochwertiges Apartmenthaus handeln würde, stattdessen befindet sich das, zwar kürzlich renovierte, aber doch nachlässig geführte Apartment mitten in einem sozialen Brennpunkt bzw. in einer großflächigen und in die Jahre gekommenen Hochhaussiedlung im 5 Stock! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, gerade zu Messezeiten nicht gegeben!
