• Alessio (1/5): - 😡Avevo prenotato x mia figlia e le sue amiche, le hanno lasciate in mezzo alla strada, non hanno risposto neanche ai messaggi che scrivevo. Ho dovuto prenotare un altro alloggio creando il disagio di lasciarle 3 ore x strada con gli zaini in spalla. X fortuna booking mi farà il rimborso. Comunque non ci si comporta così un messaggio prima x dire che eravate in overbooking, che poi non si spiega xché io la prenotazione l'avevo da più di un mese potevate mandarlo. Quindi dico pessimi! E mi spiace xché mi ero fidata di tutte le recensioni positive.
• Rafał (7/5): Świetna lokalizacja - blisko centrum, cicha okolica, dwa pokoje - idealne dla rodziny z dziećmi. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum. Miła Pani gospodyni. Łóżko było wysłużone, mało wygodne, brak czajnika, dziury w ścianach i pod lodówką, skąd przedostała się mała myszka :)

• Isabelle (8/5): Beau séjour ensoleillé à Bruxelles - L’appartement est parfaitement situé, à 2 pas à pieds de la grande place et des rues commerçantes, des restaurants et des cafés. Le sommier du lit qui est dans la chambre est cassé, ce qui fait que le matelas penchait beaucoup vers le centre. La porte de la salle de bain cassée également. Plein de petits défauts : prise qui pend dans la chambre, boîte en polystyrène posée dans le salon, cartons sur l’armoire du salon, meuble sous évier en bazar … C’est dommage car l’appartement pourrait être mis beaucoup plus en valeur ce qui le rendrait bien plus agréable et élégant ainsi qu’il est annoncé sur le site.

• Bruno (7/5): Siamo arrivati in anticipo sul posto rispetto agli accordi e fortunatamente il proprietario è stato gentile a cercare di - La posizione perché vicinissimo al centro città, la televisione molto grande e la doccia comoda. Il fatto che la descrizione con l’aggettivo elegante non c’azzecchi proprio nulla. Abbiamo trovato uno stendi panni con lenzuola e asciugamani stese ancora umide, poi piccoli difetti come la porta del bagno danneggiata o presa elettrica fuori dal muro e su un riquadro di cartongesso tagliato, ecc.
• Luigi (1/5): Peggior esperienza degli ultimi anni. - Posizione centrale. Esperienza terribile, appena arrivati sembrata tutto ok. Facciamo il check in, posiamo i bagagli e rientriamo direttamente la sera. Dormiamo per una notte e li sorge il problema. Il mattino seguente, una volta svegli, troviamo insetti nel letto, alcuni schiacciati altri no. Erano cimici da letto, alcuni di noi hanno avuto bolle e problemi. A seguito di quanto successo andiamo via perdendo una notte e prenotando in un’altra struttura. Infine nel momento della consegna delle chiavi, veniamo accusati dal proprietario di aver portato noi le cimici da letto nei nostri bagagli/vestiti, nonostante siano insetti che si formano nel letti a causa della poca igiene e pulizia. Esperienza terribile.

• Laura (7/5): - La posizione centrale e la dotazione della cucina dell'appartamento, c'è forno, forno a microonde, macchina del caffè e lavatrice. Molto comoda la posizione a circa 500/600 metri dalla Gran place e proprio sulla via dello shopping. Vicino a tutti i locali e anche a un Carrefour. Il divano letto che necessita di una rinfrescata e che tra l'altro ho trovato da fare, il letto della stanza che necessita di un materasso nuovo e il fatto che non ci fosse un armadio, dove riporre gli abiti, che abbiamo lasciato sparsi e in posti di fortuna e nei trolley ( con dei ragazzini non è il massimo).

• CAROLINA (1/5): Apartamento con Chinches - La ubicación La ubicación es buena pero lamentablemente el resto ha sido una experiencia pésima. Al entrar daba sensación de desorden y falta de mantenimiento. La primera noche los niños que dormían en el sofá cama se despertaron con picaduras… encontré sábanas limpias y las cambié pensando que con eso sería suficiente. Desgraciadamente la siguiente mañana tenían el cuerpo lleno de picaduras que parecían chinches… Avisé a la propietaria que solo me dijo que nos fuésemos sin darnos más solucion. Volví a cambiar sábanas y para nuestra sorpresa por la mañana encontramos los famosos chinches andando por el sofá. Volví a escribir y enviar fotos a la propietaria que no me contestó. He tenido que comprar crema y antihistamínicos a los niños porq el picor era insoportable. Finalmente hemos dormido todos juntos en la cama de matrimonio. Las vacaciones de Bruselas siempre las recordaremos como las del apartamento con Chinches. No hay almohadas ni armarios. El congelador está lleno de hielo y armarios cocina están totalmente desordenados Marco puerta baño roto y un agujero en la pared habitación Adjunto alguna foto, no me deja más el sistema Es una pena que un apartamento con mucho potencial en el centro esté tan dejado.

La cama es cómoda y las instalaciones en general están muy bien. Éramos cuatro personas por lo que necesitamos usar el sofá cama y no estaba preparado. Tampoco obtuvimos indicaciones de donde estaba la ropa de cama. Al departamento le hacía falta algo de limpieza.

• Moyano (2/5): Nice-looking apartment, but poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, and disorganized processes. - The location was good. Despite being advertised as an “elegant flat,” the apartment is in poor condition. Cleanliness was unacceptable upon arrival — we found a used condom on the bathroom window, dirty kitchenware, wet towels, and pillowcases hanging on a drying rack. Several electrical outlets were loose, including one in the bedroom. The check-in and check-out process was also poorly managed, with unclear communication, a very narrow arrival window, and no instructions provided for check-out.

• Ricieri (9/5): Excelente localização e tamanho do apartamento. - A localização é a melhor de Bruxelas. Você fará tudo caminhando. Tem metrô na esquina da rua e é possível ir caminhando até a estação de trem da cidade. Tudo é próximo e tem lojas e shoppings a poucos metros do apto. A Gran Place e outros lugares famosos ficam a poucos metros do apartamento. Entendo que é necessário ter mais travesseiros, roupa de cama e cobertores. O vaso sanitário ficar fora do banheiro é um pouco estranho mas não é um problema.

• Michele Cardinale (4/5): Deluso dalla pulizia, con un pò di attenzione in più sarebbe un ottimo alloggio - La posizione della casa è ottima, permette di raggiungere tutti luoghi di interesse facilmente a piedi. La pulizia della casa lasciava a desiderare. Abbiamo anche trovato le lenzuola del letto con una macchia di unto. inoltre in camera da letto una delle prese era penzolante con i fili scoperti e un "rattoppo" nel muro di cartongesso.

The location is excellent, close to everything. Chantal was incredibly kind, waiting for us at check-in and giving us a short guide on what to see and where to go in Brussels. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Mala comunicación con propietario. - El departamento es bastante amplio, se encuentra en pleno centro y el método de entrada es fácil (tarjeta y llave) que los da la ayudante de la propietaria. El sofá cama es cómodo, el baño y la ducha son también cómodos (están separados. El agua es potable. Faltan utensilios de cocina y los que hay están bastante desgastados. Pero lo peor fue que nos comunicamos porque hacía bastante frío y solo nos habían dejado una manta muy fina. Las almohadas son pésimas. Queríamos prender la calefacción pero nunca nos respondieron (aparentemente no funcionaba). Nos hubiese gustado aunque sea recibir una respuesta. Se hicieron los desentendidos. En la habitación hay un agujero a la vista con los caños del agua (por donde también entra frío).

• Felipe (8/5): Bom custo benefício - A casa é ampla e espaçosa, e bem localizada (o prédio tem várias entradas, sendo uma delas na rua das principais lojas). Apesar de estar localizada em uma rua muito movimentada, não se escuta nada de dentro da casa. As paredes da casa precisam de uma nova pintura. A comunicação sobre check-in e check-out precisa ser mais clara (eu quem tive que mandar mensagem horas antes do check-in perguntando como seria feito e sobre o check-out nada foi falado). Um armário no quarto para organizar a mala também seria bem-vindo.

• de Souza Peixoto (10/5): Très bon séjour à Bruxelles - Très bon séjour dans cet appartement. La personne chargée du check-in a été très gentille. La localisation est excellente, en plein centre-ville et à proximité de nombreux points d’intérêt (musées, restaurants, bars, boutiques). Nous avons tout fait à pied pendant notre séjour. Il y a un parking souterrain payant tout près, ce qui est très pratique. La cuisine est bien équipée, la télévision dans le salon est immense, et un sèche-cheveux était disponible (je ne l’ai pas utilisé car il n’était pas mentionné dans l’annonce, donc j’avais apporté le mien). Il n’y a pas de rideaux occultants dans le salon, donc ma fille qui dormait sur le canapé-lit se réveillait très tôt à cause de la lumière. Les oreillers ne sont pas très confortables.

L'edifici on es troba l'apartament feia molta pudor de cloaca (potser hi havia una avaria...) El pis estava bé, renovat, però tenim la sensació de que l'han volgut utilitzar massa aviat: hi havia molts detalls a corregir: un forat a la paret del dormitori principal, algun detall en la pica del water, la dutxa no acabava d'anar del tot bé, no hi havia on deixar el sabó,... Res fonamental però molts petits detalls. El llit principal no era gens còmode i el sofà-llit del menjador no és pràctic per nens de més de 14 anys (incòmode)

The sofa bed doesn’t look super clean and they don’t have bedsheets to cover it. I had to get it a blanket I found inside it and didn’t look clean.

The privat garden and central location is awesome. It was very peaceful inside although we were just a minute away from the main street.

At least notice should be written in the bathroom, cause i thouth it wasnt coming at all and had a panic:))) The 3rd bed wasnt ready, while we booked appartement for 3 people, so i did it by myself. There was no kettle in the appartement, which is also weird.
• Murtaza (1/5): Bad - Disappointing Stay – Poor Communication & Unsafe Conditions We arrived to find an exposed hole in the wall with visible wiring—something we should have been informed about in advance. When we raised concerns, we were bluntly told that nothing clumsy be done about it! A light fixture was hanging precariously from the ceiling, yet our request to change rooms was dismissed as unnecessary. To make matters worse, the bathroom was covered in mold. Completely unacceptable. Ww changed hotels. Booking.com gave us some 30% of the full amount as a refund. We lost 70%! This apartment is a complete scam. Be ware and stay away.

• Dimitropoulou (9/5): Really beautiful! Value for money! - Everything was great! The place was in front of the most popular street in Brussels. It was at the heart of the city and close to every place of interest and to metro and bus station. The house was vesy clean very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. It has a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and a sofa bed. They even had a small bed for our baby. The sofa was very comfortable but the mattress at the bed was not that comfy. The owner was a very kind lady who checked in us earlier and checked out us later. The communication was great and they answered at all me messages. After all this house is worth the money! The only problem of the house was the mattress at the bed. It was really uncomfortable.
• Dea (8/5): Overall, despite these issues, the stay was worth it. - I really liked the location; it was excellent. The host was very welcoming and provided great guidance to the flat. The decoration was good, and the apartment was very spacious. However, I was disappointed that the heating system wasn’t working, and it got very cold during the night. Additionally, the cleanliness of the space could have been better. Since I stayed for only one night and was out most of the time, I didn’t have the chance to report the heating issue.
• Silvia (5/5): Potentially good, but too many things were wrong… - The location was excellent, exactly on the shopping street, 10-minute walk from the main square. The lady who welcomed us was so kind. The price would have been great if things had worked out, but unfortunately they didn’t… When we arrived we were told that the kitchen sink was clogged, we could not use it and we had already done our shopping, we had to throw out almost all the food and eat out. It would have been fair to tell us before, since I booked the apartment three hours before arriving, the owner told us he found out the same day, but he would have notified us in time and still should have given us a discount for the disservice. The bedroom light was broken, you had to use the abat-jour, if you put your phone on charge, you were left in the dark. Finally, the sofa bed is not really a bed, you sleep on the faux leather pillows and it is very uncomfortable, the curtains in the living room are not covering at all and light gets in. The apartment should be sold for two people, not four. Finally, no closet, you have to keep your clothes in the suitcase.

• Km (3/5): Did not feel at ease during the stay - The flat was in a great location and was very spacious. Comfortable sofa and a very large TV It looked clean at first glance however, the bedsheets in the bedroom were stained and cutlery/plates had leftover dry food on them. Thank you notes from previous visitors were still left at the property showing that it was not cleaned thoroughly. However, our trip was clouded by overhearing the lady checking us in discuss with someone in the hallway that we are family friends staying and this not an Airbnb. This was then further followed by messages from the owner to ensure if anyone in the building asks we are just their friends staying at the apartment. This made us feel quite unsettled for the whole trip as it seems the owner might not be allowed to use the property as an Airbnb. We felt as though we needed to keep all our important belonging on us at all times and all suitcases needed to stay locked while we were out of the flat.
• Angela (9/5): Fab location, very clean and comfy! - Really central location, right in the centre of town (next to Primark). Good size apartment, very clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen wear, hairdryer etc It's only 3 stops on the metro from Brussels Midi so very easy to get to. All in all, very pleased with this booking. Only complaint is that there was no kettle (they had a coffee maker and supplied coffee pods but I like a proper cup of tea!)

• Helena (3/5): No electricity the whole day!! cold shower!!! - location There was no electricity for a whole day and therefor cold water shower on the morning (first the lady blamed us !! and then checked and heard that the problem was in the house!) As well, she did not give us any compensation, it was not even offered, never the less, one of the chairs' legs broke and I fell badly and had sever pain in my lower back.. Her answer was first: ' why did you sit on this chair ' : 0 (there were two chairs next to the balcony besides the four chairs around the eating table)! It was hard to get her son (the owner of the b&b) on the phone since he was at work, Didnt feel pleasant.

• Rob (5/5): Passable - The apartment is more spacious than it appears on the advert. It's right in the centre so it was easy to walk around and get to Brussels Central. The space was really good and more than we expected. The wifi is strong and there is also Netflix available. The apartment is still relatively new and it's clean. We are a family of three - 2 adults and one young child so we were very pleased with the space we got. Unfortunately the hot water never worked while we were there. There was a problem in the building according to the owner but this shouldn't be our problem. With outside temperature that is min. 24c you can imagine how uncomfortable the last 2 days had been for us as the water is not comfortable enough to shower. What's also frustrating was the owner wasn't really updating us of what was happening so we have to constantly chase - on a holiday this is the last thing you need. We were given less than 15% of compensation which we weren't agreeable to as this is still about Euro 150 a night accommodation so you'd expect the minimum to be met. There was also nowhere to hang your clothes and you only have the tables in the room to put your clothes on. The main entrance lift was also not working on the first day and the alternative lift entrance is not very well maintained (street is dirty including the entrance to the building). Again this isn't the owner problem but it's something that needs sorting with the mgt of the building.

• Claire (9/5): Comfortable apartment in the heart of Brussels - Conveniently located within walking distance of several main attractions, public transport (incl train station) and restaurants . Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Quiet. Very responsive host. No outlook from windows, just walls, but this is a minor thing. We had some trouble with the hot water, but it came right and it didn’t cause too much inconvenience

• Dariya (9/5): Overall we are satisfied with the service and welcoming - The property has a perfect location, right in the Center of the city. You can access a variety of shops, grocery stores and most importantly public transport within minutes. The host is incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, he was always available for any questions or if we needed anything. The owner even let us leave our bags for a little bit longer than the checkout time. The apartment was spotless and cosy. The price for the apartment is absolutely reasonable for the value you receive. It was a surprise for us not to have any shower gel and shampoo in the apartment as it’s usually present at most places. Unfortunately someone before us had stolen the hairdryer. Last but not least, bear in mind that the sofa is not very comfortable for a longer stay than 3 nights and it’s a bit noisy as we are in the center.
• Shelley (9/5): host was super helpful and friendly. the location is perfect close to all main amneties. - perfect location. has all that is needed for a short stay dont have anything to complain
