• Muhamad Aidil (1/5): Wrong choice.! - Bangladeshi Front Office. Checked In. 1st room assigned hasnt been cleaned yet. 2nd room assigned got problem with the main door that can open halfway. Return back the room key to the front office get my security deposit back & booked other hotel. Point is, you get what you paid for.

• Dhayanand (8/5): The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, but there was a lot of noise coming from outside. - The location is in a prime area with easy access to major spots, and most places are within walking distance. Cleanliness was satisfactory, but the check-in process could be improved, as the staff appeared unprofessional when we presented our Booking.com reservation.

Felt super safe there :) really good value for money would stay again It was really loud but that was due to other guests and the street noises so not the hotels fault but just to keep in mind when booking

Les chambres sont faits tous les jours et propres Un peu moins joli que les photos mais le confort est là

I rarely write bad reviews, but this time I have to do it. I hope that booking.com will pay attention to it and will take action. This was the first time that the fotos in the listing were so far away from the reality. I attach a couple of fotos. I booked deluxe room. I am realistic and never expect much. But even my expectations were too far from reality. I got very small place with crackles on the floor, on the wall, swollen flooring, table polish peeling off, so much noise from outside, that you start thinking that your window is open. Overall this room needs some maintenance. And a couple of words about breakfast. Only Asian / Malaysian food which is ok. Scarce choice, only one type of fruit (if you are lucky). The breakfast room itself if more like a cantine in the dormitory. This all looked completely different on the fotos. Travelers should pay attention and be prepared for dissappointment when they book this hotel.

The room was fine for one night. There is a water dispenser in the hallway, which is great. Right in front of the window, in a street stall, loud music was playing until 3 a.m., so it's worth bringing earplugs with you.

• Nyein (1/5): Disappointing stay — not worth the price. - The location is convenient and the lobby looks okay. The room was old and poorly maintained. The air conditioner was leaking water and not cooling properly. Noise from outside and other rooms made it difficult to rest. Staff service was not very attentive, and overall the hotel felt a bit pricey for the quality provided.

• Ricky (10/5): Satisfying - My family and I just wrapped up a great three-night stay at Kingston Hotel 8 in Bukit Bintang, KL. We picked this place because the location is prim, right in the middle of Bukit Bintang and the online reviews were excellent. And those reviews were totally right! From the moment we arrived, we got a friendly and attentive service from the reception team. Natasha at reception was fantastic, so friendly, quick, and efficient during check-in. We booked the Superior Quadruple room for four people, and it was spacious with all the basic facilities we needed: hot water, freezing cold AC, and good WiFi. The best part? They offered free flow mineral water via a dispenser, which was super convenient for a three-night stay! The housekeeping team was also top-notch. Our room was always meticulously clean, and they even changed the towels as per our request. We knew beforehand about the RM 50 deposit (which was informed on the website/OTA) and we got it back without any hassle upon check-out, where Najmudin helped us, he was also very friendly and helpful! I honestly highly recommend this hotel for its awesome location, good facilities, and amazing service. The manager is lucky to have such dedicated and cool staff! No chairs, table as shown on pic

• Diane (6/5): - Huge clean room and the Hotel is in a breath part of KL. Close to public transport, great food options and walking distance to PETRONAS and other places of interest. The room was very noisy. Could hear everything in the neighbouring room as well as street noise was very loud. Also, the TV has a non Malaysian plug so we couldn't plug it in. It didn't bother us much as we were only there for 2 nights but if we were staying longer we would have asked for assistance.

Its my 2nd visit & will visit again & again this property.Even tell my people to book here only.I stayed in the deluxe queen room so it fulfilled my expectations as it was big with a wide window. Breakfast items were less, fruits were not refilled.There should be a tour operator staff who can book the sightseeing.Rest all good.

• Matthew (3/5): - Location is central and the staff were friendly when dealing with all the mentioned issues I was first given a key for the wrong room which was already occupied which caused issues with the other guest and left me feeling like the security of the rooms was compromised. The room I was then moved to wasn't properly clean. It's small but that comes with the price point. There was lots of noise from the outside streets.

It was easy to get fresh fruit in the evening, and having a 7-Eleven and KK Mart so close was really helpful for our family's needs. The hotel was misrepresented on Booking.com as 4-star, when it is actually a 3-star. We had to get water from a dispenser in the hall. The breakfast was consistently cold and below average, and the room cleaning was poor, with stained towels and bedsheets.
