• Myriam (10/5): Petit nid couleur locale - L'appartement est dans un beau palais : la pièce style XVeme siècle avec vue sur une petite rue typique. A deux pas de Santa Croce et de tout le centre historique. Un vrai plaisir.
• Seongho (3/5): 특히 새벽 3시부터 아침 7시까지 공사를 해서 잠을 한숨 못잤고 증명 영상를 임대임에게 전달했는데도 아무런 조치가 없네요. - 위치와 숙소 시설이 좋았습니다. 좁은 골목에 위치해 있는데 근처 술집이 있어 밤새 시끄러워서 잠을 못잤습니다.
• Julia (9/5): I loved it! - The apartment was cozy and beautiful, clean and it was easy to get the keys. It is only three minutes on foot from the Biblioteca Nazionale Centrale di Firenze and the river. It was fairly easy to retrieve and store the keys, however, it was a bit confusing in the beginning because I received contradictory information with different steps to follow.

• Jason (2/5): Very poor - Location is convenient. The room is in a very old building and very close to bars which are very noisy at night. It didn't help that the property only had a fan and no air conditioning , so we had to leave the windows open. The host gave a welcome bag with only two small packets of body soap for our 5 night stay. We had to get our own soap products. There was also many rules regarding the property in the welcome booklet. We were charged cleaning fees in the total bill when we booked however upon asking for cleaning and new towels, they required us to pay an additional €20. Our stay was during one of the hottest week of summer and we were dripping in sweat on our bed at night. Our towels was also stained by rust due to a rusty cloth hooks l right next to the shower to which the property owner replied that it was not meant to hang towel/clothing. We were made to throw our own rubbish out at the end of the stay as well. Honestly it didn't felt like we were on a vacation staying here.
• Fernando (10/5): Perfect location, very easy to visit Florence. - Location is very convenient. You can do everything walking. Place is clean and confortable. Parking is the only issue.

• Pip (1/5): I was looking forward to visiting Firenze but after this experience, I will never return. It was noisy , absolutely ramm - The apartment is in a historic building It was impossible to sleep with all the noise outside until 0400am every night . I am so disappointed and exhausted. I would not recommend staying here , it was an overall unpleasant experience visiting Firenze and I will never return.
• Vincenza (9/5): I appreciate all communication being organized and professional,, and the apartment having all I needed.. - Appearance, location, clean, newer, the kitchen supplies, the comfortable bed! Difficult using key to enter the building The every night until 2:00-3:00 young people sociolinguistic in the streets! Very disturbing
• Makiko (8/5): Good cost performance - Location is good. Facilities are new. No air conditioner. It was hard to stay there in Summer though there is a ceiling fan. It is too noisy outside to keep the windows opened during at night. No elevator.
