Non esiste insonorizzazione, si sente ogni minimo rumore dei vicini...se i vicini cucinano entra tutto l'odore in stanza...come se cucinassero dentro..

• Iván (8/5): Para un fin de semana vale - Ubicación por el centro caminando llegas a casi todos los lugares de interes en 10 minutos Tuberia alcachofa ducha rota perdía agua y además el desagüe estaba atascado. Llegas con ganas de ducharte del viaje y no puedes porque el agua está fría, no ha cargado el termo, nadie se ha preocupado de encenderlo para que puedas ducharte después del viaje así que el primer día no te puedes duchar. Es un bajo, muy bajo, las ventanas dan a un patio interior con muy poca luz natural.
• mar (8/5): Recomendable - El apartamento era de dos habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio y otra de dos camas, salón con cocina integrada, baño y una terracita en un patio interior. Había aire acondicionado en el salón y en el dormitorio de matrimonio, pero no en el de dos camas, por lo que se pasó por la noche un poco de frío. El anfitrión te contesta por whatsapp al momento. No está en el mismísimo centro, está junto al Corte Inglés, pero es un pequeño paseo hasta el centro. El aire de la habitación no funcionaba bien y el edredón era muy fino, por lo que se pasó un poco de frío, ya que en las fechas en las que fuimos hacía frío en Málaga.

• Jonás (6/5): Estancia agradable - El apartamento se encuentra en un lugar muy céntrico a penas a 15 minutos caminando del centro histórico de Málaga. Además a su alrededor hay 3 supermercados de diferentes empresas, estando uno justo en frente. Se trata de un apartamento que cuenta con cocina, salón y dormitorio integrados. Estando el baño separado. El anfitrión muy servicial y atento en todo momento durante nuestra estancia. El apartamento a penas cuenta con luz natural, tan solo una ventana que da a un patio interior por el que entra nada de luz. Es cierto que se escuchan muchos rudios tanto de dicho patio interior como de las cañerías y tuberías del agua al usar los distintos vecinos sus servicios. Se echó en falta algo más de menaje del hojar como: papel de cocina, un escurridor (por si te quieres hacer algo de pasta) y algún trapo más. La cacerola es metálica con lo que te quemas sí o sí al cogerla.

• Mr. Vergel (10/5): - Everything! The smooth self check-in system, the location, and the place. The place is incredibly clean, and quiet. It is indeed a very convenient and cute apartment.
• Jolanda (7/5): Goed bereikbaar appartement - Het appartement ligt op prima loopafstand van het centrum, het treinstation en tegenover de Aldi. Fijne ontbijttentjes in de directe omgeving. Prima keuken en bedden. Incheck handig met app en sleutelkastje. Tip:bij de Lidl zijn 'bagage' kluisjes. Er is weinig licht, alle ramen komen uit op donkere binnenplaatsen dus er is geen enkele view. Voekt daardoor opgesloten. In de badkamer loopt het water langzzam weg en de ventilatie werkte niet. Badmat was niet schoon. Ook lag daar veel stof afkomstig uit de ventilatie.

• Filip (10/5): Very helpful host with a nice studio appartment in a very good area - The place is a small studio appartment with shops available really close by and kinda everything you need. Fran is very helpful and will help in any way possible and for that I am grateful! The beds are really comfortable and you have everything that you need! The studio is a place to sleep, there is not a lot of natural light. Take this into consideration if you expect something else. Also, read the instructions! You need to use the web page provided by Fran to open the doors the first time you want to access the property (it has two buttons). These are not things I didn't like, just use this review to not complain later.

• Anneke (9/5): - Alles dichtbij en op loopafstand. Het contact met de host was superfijn! Er wordt veel moeite gedaan om te zorgen dat alles goed verloopt en naar het zin is.

Dans l'appartement tout semblait neuf, la propreté était impeccable et il y avait tout dont on avait besoin pour cuisiner et pour un séjour des plus agréables. La petite terrasse ou patio intérieur à été un plus! Quant à la.licalusatio, plein des magasins et de supermarchés autour, à un pas de l,Alameda et à distance de marche de tous les lieux à visiter. Je recommande absolument ! Gros merci por ce séjour d'une semaine si réussi ! Rien à redire: tout était parfait.

• Veronica (9/5): Appartamento accogliente con buona posizione! - Piccolo appartamento accogliente e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Vicino al centro città e alla stazione, comodo per tutti i punti di interesse. Check-in automatizzato. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile per ogni domanda o richiesta. Essendoci il check in automatico se si arriva prima delle 16 bisogno attendere in quando l’app per entrare nell’appartamento non si sblocca prima di quell’orario.

• Gioia (10/5): Eccellente - Appartamento bellissimo , super pulito, ottima posizione , potete raggiungere tutti i punti della città , la spiaggia di Malagueta si trova a circa 1,4 k , garage nelle vicinanze custodito (da pagare a parte) il proprietario sempre disponibile per qualunque cosa, super gentile, la consiglio vivamente , se dovessi tornare a Málaga ritornerei sicuramente qui. • Yves Vander Veecken (7/5): Goed (basis)verblijf in de buurt van Malaga centrum - Het appartement is vernieuwd, dus dat heeft een moderne uitstraling: voldoende stopcontacten, koelkast, diepvries, kleine kookplaat, TV in woonkamer, badkamer/douche. Locatie is aan de rand van het historisch centrum. Op een 10-tal minuten stappen ben je in het centrum. De stranden liggen nog iets verder. Om in de zomer te voet te doen, niet echt comfortabel. Echter bus 8 stopt in de buurt van het appartement en brengt je vlot naar de stranden. Rechtover het appartement is een Aldi, 2 straten verder een Lidl en grote lokale supermarkt. Wifi ok. Met gezin van 4 (waarvan 2 tieners 14 en 17 jaar) is het appartement ok om te slapen en ontbijten. Het voelt vrij klein aan. Op 1 slaapkamer is airco en er is nog een airco in de woonkamer. Op de 2de slaapkamer (met aparte bedden) is geen airco. Zij moeten het hebben van de 2 andere airco's. Maar de airco in de slaapkamer hangt net naast het bed waardoor wij die 's nachts niets konden laten aanstaan omdat je dan constant koude lucht over je heen krijgt (ook in de zachtste stand). Het terras (in augustus) is handig om kledij en handdoeken te laten drogen, niet om te zitten (te warm). Het kijkt uit op een binnenkoer, dus ook niet echt gezellig. Wij verbleven er één week, een extra set handdoeken had wel aangenamer geweest. Metrohalte is vlakbij, maar die rijdt niet verder dan het begin van het centrum (wat je dus even goed te voet kan doen). De metrolijnen gaan verder de andere kant op (weg van stranden en centrum). Op de slaapkamers zijn voorzieningen voor TV aanwezig, maar echter geen TV. Enkel 1 smart TV in de woonkamer.
• Iness-Kenza (10/5): Incroyable a refaire sans hésiter au même endroit !! Juste Málaga de nuit =🪳… - L’appartement est magnifique, il est très très bien agencé, il est en plein centre-ville donc tout est à 30 ou 20 minutes. Ce qui est parfait quand vous prévoyez de faire des vacances à pied, par exemple sans moyen de transport pour ceux qui préfèrent avoir des moyens de transport, la ville à plein plein de bus et juste à côté de l’appartement, il y a un arrêt de métro. L’appartement est très spacieux. Tout est fonctionnel. La douche est très très belle , la télé fonctionnelle et le lit est super confortable ! Beaucoup de personnes dans les commentaires ont parlé de la luminosité ou de l’éclairage dans l’appartement. Moi j’ai trouvé que ça ne me dérangeait absolument pour un séjour de quelques jours que ce soit moi ou mon compagnon la terrasse est très sympathique aussi on a une vue sur 7 étages mais ce qui encore une fois ne nous a pas déranger , juste petit bémol l’air de dehors ne rentre pas trop mais il y a la clim qui est génial !Fran Prado est un hôte professionnel et très sympathique qui a été très gentil avec nous qui nous a laissé venir à 23h au lieu de 22 heures. Pour notre arrivée tout était préparé. Je vous conseille vivement l’appartement et surtout pour le rapport qualité prix c’est une pépite !!! Bon il y a quelques petits bémol comme dans toutes les choses, c’est que le ménage n’était pas très très bien fait à certains endroits par exemple les toilettes ou il y avait quelques petits grains de poussière, des cheveux sur la cuvette et à certains endroits donc j’ai refait le ménage rien de grave et sinon à part ça bah c’est le seul petit point négatif que je pourrais donner à cet appartement qui mérite amplement autant de bons avis !
• Vlad (5/5): Disappointing - The room was clean, the host was very nice, been in contact before the check-in and made sure we have all we need. Whenever somebody from the other apartment talks, it seems they are with you in the same room, whenever the water is turned on in the other apartment it makes a big noise inside our apartment because of the pipe system. Surely will wake you up. Also, you can hardly air the room, because the terrace is at the base of a lightwell where there are around 7 floors. There is no natural light, you need to always stay with the light on.

Things went smoothly thanks to great communication by the owner. Walls are thin so you could hear noise from the neighbors at night or early in the morning. But it is what it is.

Many shops, markets, bars and restaurants near. clean and nice apartment. 10 minutes drive with a train from the airport just for 1,80 eur :) Responsive host. • Marina (8/5): Comfortable apartment on a good location - Comfortable apartment on a good location, close to the city centre, Lidl and Aldi. Beds were very comfortable. Terrace is a good feature. Towels were dirty, but the owner replaced it and gave us a box of chocholates as an apology. The linen had a strange smell. In general, we are use to a higher standard of cleanliness.
