• Olena (9/5): Поменять матрасы и будет идеально! - Просторно, есть внутренний дворик, отличное месторасположение, также понравилось, что много разной посуды. Для любителей готовить еду дома есть все кухонные принадлежности. Матрасы не очень удобные, немного провалены. Особенно на раздельных кроватях.
• Marcos (9/5): - Muy tranquilo y silencioso. Bien comunicado. Super y restaurantes cerca. Fácil acceso. Amplio, la terraza es un desahogo sobre todo si fumas. Entra mucha luz diurna. Si te molesta la luz para dormir, antifaz si o si. Ropa de cama solo edredón. Si te tapas mueres de calor, si te destapas mueres de frío.

• NT (9/5): Bella struttura - Appartamento molto bello, nuovo, dotato di tutti i comfort. Molto apprezzate le cialde del caffè e le bustine da te, con relativo zucchero ed elementi che servono per poter fare colazione senza dover andare al supermercato o portarli da casa. Ottima posizione del parcheggio privato. Due cose spiacevoli che i clienti dovrebbero sapere dall'host prima del loro arrivo: 1. Il letto non è matrimoniale ma sono due letti accostati. La cosa più fastidiosa è che le strutture in legno dei letti li dividono e di notte girandosi ci si va sopra e sono molto scomodi. 2. Il riscaldamento, quando siamo tornati il primo giorno l'appartamento era freddo, l'host ci ha avvisato tramite messaggio come usare un dispositivo wireless per aumentare la temperatura, ma era tardi e non è stato piacevole la nottata. Consiglio di mettere in appartamento un foglio di istruzioni.

• Davi (10/5): Excellent appartement with excellent location - Before my arrive, the host sent me an pdf explaining with images how could I access the appartement, where the locking dispositive was and all the rules regarding the appartement. As it didn't have any reception, I really enjoyed this kind of organization before the arrival. In all honesty, I felt a lot of suspicion upon first contact. The first message sent by the host (I received it both in the Booking messager and an email notification) was quite big and it contained 2 links to external sites, in one of which requested a lot of personal informations concerning my ID. That raised some flags for me, but after some research and some help from Booking, I realized that the information demanded was indeed mandatory and in accordance with what's required by the Government of Austria. So in the end the links were safe after all and I didn't have to worry.

• Alex (5/5): Disappointing - Nice big flat with outdoor space The instructions how to find the property were very confusing, including two separate emails with two different addresses. The flat was not clean- there were strands of hair everywhere, including the bathroom sink. There was no hot water on the morning we were leaving.

• Wu (2/5): - 倒垃圾，旅客來自國外，要如何知道去哪裡的垃圾，通知信中只提到未倒垃圾會罰錢，但並沒有提供要去哪裡倒垃圾，這點令人十分為難。天氣熱、蚊蟲多。生活備品如：衛生紙，對於居住多日旅客不夠使用。

• Albert Łoza (9/5): Apartament w zaciszu w odległości kilku przystanków metra od centrum. - Cicha okolica, mieszkanie czyste, schludne, wyposażona kuchnia (lodówka z zamrażarką, piekarnik, kuchenka mikrofalowa, a nawet kawa kapsułkową do ekspresu) i łazienka (ręczniki, szampon, mydło). Idealne dla rodziny do 5 osób. Współdzielony taras - idealny na poranną kawę. Stacja metra 15 minut spacerkiem (Kardinal-Nagl-Platz). Dodatkowo płatny (15€/dobę) parking w tym samym budynku. Bramę otwiera się wykonując połączenie na numer telefonu, który zostanie dostarczony po rezerwacji miejsca. Trafiliśmy na pogodę deszczową, w nocy dość mocno było słychać kapanie (rynny?), ale zamknięcie uchylonych drzwi załatwiało sprawę. Jest to mieszkanie, więc słychać sąsiadów. Światło w toalecie zachowuje się dziwnie (gaśnie na sekundę chwilę po włączeniu). Są dwa pokoje, w tym pierwszy oddzielony przeszkleniem od kuchni jest przechodni - przechodzi się przez niego, aby dojść do drugiego pokoju. My o tym wiedzieliśmy wcześniej i nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale niektórym może to nie odpowiadać. Jak widzisz, to są detale, tak naprawdę nie ma się czego konkretnego czepiać.
• Ieva (10/5): Quality appartment - Very nice appartment, with terrace in the garden. Very well equipped, with high quality home appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, even wc has a heated seat. :) A separate bedroom for parents. Possibility to park your car in garage for extra 15€/day. Our family appreciated the stay. No complaints at all.

• Diana (8/5): Very good - Very well-equipped and spacious apartment. You can spend a rainy day inside with a child if needed. A lot of supermarkets nearby. It wasn't very clean. There were hairs and small pieces of trash all over the floor, bread crumbs on the chairs, sticky spots on the table, etc. Also, I don't think textiles are suitable for furniture in a rented apartment. It's cosier but hard to maintain clean.

• Tanya (8/5): Quiet place, convenient location - Quiet place on the ground floor facing an inner courtyard, close to shops and stations, kitchen equipped with everything you may need even for a longer stay. The mattresses are not firm enough to support your back, temperature could not be adjusted - felt a bit cold.
• Erich (5/5): nice apartment with some shortcommings for our family. - The apartment was nice, we had 3 rooms, it was on the ground floor. The windows were facing the court yard and no street noice. We booked the apartment to be accessible for a wheelchair bound family member, but the bathroom and toilet were not. the beds were too soft.

• Филип (9/5): Great apartment, clean and spacious. - Spacious apartment, great TV and great toilet seat. One of the beds was uncomfortable and squeaky. There were no coffee capsules.
