• mikhail (10/5): Удобное место с гостеприимными хозяевами - Комната находится во внутреннем дворе. Внутри все есть для комфортного проживания. Туалет, душ, кухня, холодильник, телевизор. Все компактно и функционально. Улица, на которой расположены апартаменты, требует ремонта

• Кирилл (9/5): Обязательно приедем ещё, цена-качество 9/10 - Снимали на два дня (19-20 и 25-26). Хозяйка — святая женщина, в первый раз позволила оставить рюкзаки уже после выселения чтоб мы погуляли без них, во второй раз встретила и заселила нас в час ночи! Добрая, всегда готова прийти на помощь. Номер понравился, уютный, кровать удобная, всё в наличии, за исключением разве что микроволновки, с ней было бы вообще идеально. (К слову, Яндекс такси может неправильно показать точку и вас привезут по улице с другой стороны, учтите этот момент)

• Nataliia (8/5): - Помешкання на тихій вулиці приватного сектору. До центру міста можна прогулятися пішки. Окремий вхід. Укомплектована кухня. Гарні приємні господарі. Єдиний мінус - спальне місце. Це диван. І доволі незручний.

• Hugo (10/5): Relaxing, Clean, Peaceful, Cozy - The property is newly renovated. Everything is very clean - cosy place with TV for relaxing. New facilities such as hob stove for cooking. Everything was very clean. It was very quiet, and peaceful place to relax. It is ideal location, walking into center of Gyumi does not take long, perhaps 15-20mins walking. I strongly recommend to stay here and relax in Gyumri. The owner is a very pleasant fellow, and was always available should anything be required. Thank you once again, for making my stay in Gyumri so enjoyable. I look forward to return, one day!
• Beatrix (7/5): G8, recommended - Interior and the garden design Also happy to found a retro Moka pot in Hungary Smooth communication with the host thanks to Google translate 😁 The neighbourhood, but latter we learnt that it is "normal" to Armeniam standards. Built in boiler hidden in the kitchen cupboard was a bit loud but we were tied so eventually slept well.
