Guest Reviews
- Judith (10/5): Fantastic -
- Selena (10/5): Fantastic - Everything was great
- Robyn (7/5): This is a clean, well located and designed apartment.Given the price, you would expect a better maintained outdoor area - Excellent location.Very clean.Spacious living and sleeping spaces.Plenty of crockery and glassware. No milk (not even UHT pouches)or dishwasher tablets provided. No wi-fi.Outdoor area is overgrown with weeds and looks neglected- it wouldn’t take much effort (eg.even synthetic turf )to improve it.
- Tonina (6/5): Could have been better - Great location, large bedrooms and ensuites, 3rd toilet downstairs. There was a coffee capsule machine which isn’t mentioned in the description, would have brought some capsules if I’d known. No milk frother though. One of the upstairs toilets was blocked with a big wad of toilet paper and couldn’t be used. Obviously the cleaners would have seen it and obviously they didn’t clean the inside of the toilet.
Wifi password was nowhere to be found, after enquiry at the hotel it was eventually found that the wifi wasn’t working.
Loads of towels but no bath mats or washers. No tissues.
Tea bags stored in open tray - not covered. International Roast coffee?!
Couch and chairs not very comfortable.
Courtyard badly needs some TLC, weeds and a couple of neglected pots, rusting outdoor furniture.
- julia (8/5): - new and clean no blinds in living area downstairs.
no cooking salt and oil in kitchen
- Terry (8/5): A really nice place to stay - the tea & coffee not restocked
- Jim (8/5): Comfortable and excellent location - Location and bedroom facilities. The courtyard was not tidy and full of weeds which was disappointing as it impacted on the view and was not inviting to sit outside.
- Benjamin Jern Shern (9/5): Comfortable and enjoyable stay, great location. - Modern villa, good amenities with even a washing machine and dryer. Comfortable rooms and common spaces. Located just off the main street within walking distance of most shops. We had dinner at the hotel, very good seafood platter and steak, the staff serving us were very hospitable. The wifi didn't seem to work (we didn't bother trying to rectify this as we had a lot of mobile data to use).
It was difficult to locate where to turn into from the main road when driving in, but the instructions given to us helped.
- Julie (7/5): Did the job - No breakfast Courtyard door was locked. Toilet roll holders faulty, no milk. Large rain puddles in the carport. But we had a good one night stay.
- Debra (8/5): Fantastic 🌸 - Location Just needs more towels hooks and the balcony cleaned up and opened up as we had no key
- Hammond (10/5): - N/a A small bottle of milk in the fridge would have been good
- Richard (8/5): - Spacious A/C downstairs could be improved
- Simone (5/5): Average - Clean bright and convenient It was cold because the air conditioning did not work down stairs. There was no tea/coffee/milk, no face washer in the bathroom
- Emma (8/5): - Downstairs heating was poor it was cold
- Heather (8/5): Great location to enjoy proximity to shops, pubs and restaurants.. - Location close to town centre, very convenient in a very cold and blustering night. Heaters provided warmth on a freezing night. The only thing we complained about was the very flimsy toilet paper. While it might be eco friendly, the paper was so thin.
- Elizabeth (8/5): Cosy, comfortable villa in the centre of town. - Enjoyed our stay in this comfy and cosy villa. Loved being close to town and able to do the Wombat and Rail Trail walks without having to drive anywhere. All good. Could have done with some paper towel or tissues in the kitchen.
- Darryl (7/5): Stay was great, but the villa should have had the heating on for us, they need to put tissues in th - they emailed the code for the front door the day before like the code in the email
- Eleanor (10/5): - Amazingly comfortable place to stay in Trentham. We only stayed one night but very well set up for longer stays. Excellent location, good parking & very well equiped.
- Sandy (9/5): It was in a great location. - It was in a great spot and clean The price was very high. No face washers, left over carton of milk in the fridge plus a 1/4 of a large bottle of coke still in the fridge that must have been left over from the last guests. No real soap just body wash( but that’s me others properly line wash)
- David (8/5): Drinking glasses and tissues in bathroom would improve conditions plus more towel hangers -
- Gillian (8/5): We had a lovely time. The location was very convenient and we would be very happy to stay again. - Plenty of space. Very good living area. Upstairs bedrooms very comfortable. The unit was very cold on our arrival and downstairs took a long time to warm up once we figured out the heating arrangements. And then we were happy with the coziness. Upstairs was much warmer.
- Sophy (8/5): Was after a great sleep and we got it. Bed was sooooo comfy, clean and warm - THE BED ❤️ Just needed a good vac and a light on for a late arrival
- Amanda (6/5): Early night to stay warm in bend on a cold weekend. - Spacious and comfy. No instructions for the downstairs heater, couldn't get it to work. Hotplates didn't work so unable to cook.
- Michele (10/5): Exceptional -
- Geoff (7/5): Good -
- Jun (9/5): Serene weekend getaway in a quaint little town - Spacious, clean and quiet, lovely little town
- Lisa (8/5): Very good - Great location.
Nice villa.
Allowed us to charge our EV.
- Dempsey (9/5): A good place to stay! - The seperate room setting There is no tissue boxes in the room, only in the bathroom
- Carolyn (8/5): Pleasant stay in Trentham - Easy check in with keypad code, central location in the middle of the town, comfortable beds, good bathrooms, nice new decor. We were only there for one night but it had everything we needed and would be very good for a longer stay. Code for check in could be a little more obscure - too easy to guess. Bathmats for the bathrooms would be nice.
- Geoffrey (9/5): Superb -
- Pamela (7/5): Good - Close to amenities Uncomfortable chairs
- Nicola (10/5): An excellent overnight stay for our big house move. Thank you -
- Judith (10/5): Exceptional -
