• Ilic (7/5): Generally good with little things that are just vexing. - Clean. The location. Good size of the room and bathroom. Modern look. Hospitality. Towel change every 3 days. Hair dryer was incredibly bad. Warm water problems. Water pressure in the sink. That we have to arrive exactly when expected and not when we want even tho we payed, plus there is a late fee of 20 euros and if you arrive too late you can't come in(was not the case with us but the owners told us that). Included breakfast is a scam as it is 3 euros per person in a nearby bakery. Thin walls, as there are 3 rooms next to each other and a common room with a kitchen you can not use(only fridge was allowed to be used). AC present but the remote had to be requested.

• Su-Nu (1/5): 只能說遇上惡房東，ㄧ切向錢看 - 浴室有浴缸 房東缺乏人性，眼裡只有錢從來不關心旅客的需求，在又冷又濕的雨夜只提供薄毯，房間裝有冷暖空調但遍尋不著遙控器，於是用WhatsApp告知我先生74高齡受不了寒冷的天氣尋問有無暖氣，竟然回覆羅馬4/31開始不供暖（暈），之後說給三小時後來給了半小時就關機，原來房間的暖氣都可遠控，之後寄放行李（40）7晚再回住兩晚，房東太太主動拿出鎖在櫃子裡的遙控器，我順便提了一下在拿坡里七夜每個房源都有空調，沒有惡意，哪知30分鐘後男主人傳來訊息趕人説我多抱怨。但5月中旬的房間我在1月初就訂好臨時要我換旅店又遇周六，擺明就是刁難；公共空間裝置監視系統ㄧ舉ㄧ動被監控，這麼不信任房客就不適合當房東。這個房間位於髒亂吵雜的街道坦白說除了在地鐵站出口外，ㄧ晚平日120歐真是不值。 ㄧ言難盡的住宿體驗

• Alexandra (8/5): We are pleased with our visit - The room is nice, the bed is comfortable, it’s in a good area and especially right next to the metro. The price-quality ratio is quite good. The staff was friendly. The soundproofing of the rooms is not great — when someone is in the common area, it can be heard quite loudly, but it’s not a major issue. The breakfast is quite simple and consists only of sweets (a croissant, a pain au chocolat, and possibly a yogurt or a banana), but we expected this based on the reviews we had read beforehand.

La habitación muy limpia y amplia El desayuno fue algo sencillo, no fue en el hotel si no en una cafetería cerca, no estuvo mal pero podría ser mejor. Fue un poco costoso para nuestro presupuesto

• Monika (8/5): - Mili gospodarze, pokój schludny, czysty, klimatyzacja w pokoju, śniadania to właściwie, kawa + rogalik, do tego banan lub jogurt. Blisko metro więc łatwy dojazd do centrum Rzymu i ważnych zabytków. Szafki w kuchni pozamykane na klucz, więc nie ma dostępu do talerzy czy kubków, mikrofali, chcąc zrobić sobie herbatę trzeba używać plastikowych kubków jednorazowych. Dość cienkie ściany, słychać co się dzieje u sąsiadów. Zimno w łazience, nie ma możliwości zagrzania.

• Abrahão Felipe (10/5): Excelente - Local excelente. Fica praticamente na porta de uma estação de metrô. Extremamente fácil chegar a qualquer ponto turístico da cidade. Os anfitriões (Antonella e Roberto) são muito educados e prestativos. O café da manhã é simples (um cornetto, uma fruta e o café) porém muito bom. Limpeza do local é muito boa também. Indico este local e ficaria hospedado novamente lá.

• Dario (9/5): - Struttura ubicata a due passi dalla metro A, tranquilla per i rumori, ben pulita, con i comfort necessari e a un prezzo eccellente per la zona. Proprietari disponibili per reperibilità in caso di problematiche. Difficile trovare punti negativi se non con il lumicino. Potrebbero essere utili delle zanzariere per poter aerare l'ambiente senza che entrino ospiti volanti, ma è una piccolezza rispetto a un appartamento che ha soddisfatto ogni aspettativa.

Nous avons profité de bons petits déjeuners italiens, mention spéciale pour les cornetto. L'appartement est tout près de la station de métro Ponte lungo, à 5min de Termini, et on est très vite en métro dans les principaux sites touristiques, ce qui est un grand plus. • denis (8/5): - Pokoj byl hezký, prostorný, čistý, dobře vybavený (možná tomu scházela lednička, ale ta je společná pro všechny v kuchyni). Pohodlná postel, dostatek uložného prostoru, hezká koupelna, hostitelka byla milá. Hned od ubytování je metro a vlaková stanice Tuscolana, což bylo opravdu super. Byl slyšet občasný hluk ze silnice, vrtání od vedle nebo jiní hosté, avšak s tím udělat nejde a nikdo za to nemůže, doporučuju tak případně špunty do uší. Snídaně nebyla zrovna dle mých představ... Je v časovém rozmezí 8:30-10:00, takže když chce člověk vyrazit dříve, tak snídani ani nestihne. Také jsme byli žádáni, abychom dali vědět předem, zda si snídani dáme a případně v jaký čas (na to, že se jedná o poměrně krátké časové rozmezí pro snídani si myslím toto není vůbec potřeba a návštěvník by se měl rozhodnout ráno jak chce a být flexibilní, ne předem dávat vědět zda si snídani dá, natož přesný čas). Snídani nám připravovala maminka od hostitelky.. velice příjemná paní. Dostali jsme vždy kávu, sladké pečivo (žádný velký kousek jako tomu je v kavárnách třeba, navíc nebylo čerstvé, jednou dokonce již tvrdé a suché), jogurt, džusík. Snídaně je tedy dostačující, nečekejte žádný zázrak.

The landlady has banned us from using the air conditioner when we are not in the room. When we were in Rome it was 40°C. When we returned to the room in the afternoon, we couldn't stand it because it was too hot. The lady owner turned off the air conditioning for us via Wi-Fi. She asked us to have the air conditioner on at night, which was impossible, because we would all get sick because it was the only one blowing directly on us. Breakfast was a special topic. Croissants every day that looked like someone had tossed them around. Along with coffee. And that's it, she didn't even offer us a glass of water, let alone a juice. In addition, you will feel controlled because the lady in the dining room has cameras so she knows exactly when you are and when you are not.

Delicious breakfasts are served every morning. The hotel is located near the Ponte Lungo metro station (line A), and there is a food market Pewex nearby. If you're flying into Fiumicino Airport, the easiest way to get to the hotel is to take the Regionale Fiumicino-Tiburtina train to Roma Tuscolana station. The station is just a short seven-minute walk from the hotel. If you enjoy exploring Rome on foot, you can reach the Colosseum in about 40 minutes.

• Henna (9/5): Superb - The room was clean, pleasant and quiet. Bathroom with shower was nice and clean and a small balcony had a view to inner courtyard. The refrigerator was in the kitchen and you had one shelf to keep your things cold. You could easily get to the city center because the metro station was near, just five minutes walk away. No breakfast, but in the neighbourhood there were nice cafés and good restaurants. The host was great and explained everything clearly.

• Daria (4/5): Disappointing - location, the metro station was near. This is an apartments , where you have kitchen, there is an oven and gas stove, but you cant use it. There is also no kettle, so at the morning you cant drink tee or coffee. For what there’s a kitchen if all what can we use if knife, spoon and fork??? The room was a mess! In the bed we’ve found black hair and we’re both blonde!!!! We definitely WONT ARRIVE here back again!!!!!
• Giorgia (8/5): Very good - Lovely and central location, close to the tube station. Nice owner and room. The room was in a flat with 2 more rooms and the living room was set up for breakfast. The living room was just outside the rooms so we woke up early every morning for the noises and voices.

• Pia (9/5): We recommend staying there! - Location is really good since metro and bus stations are very close to the property. We travelled on the budget so this was the right choice for us. At night it was really hot (we were staying there during really hot days) because we didn’t use the AC since we didn’t want to catch a cold - it is right above the bed. That is the only thing why the property is not getting 10/10.

Ponte lungo Metro stop 2min walk and only 4/5 stops (5mins) from main Termini station. Very easy to get to from the airport. Not located in the nicest of areas but it's grand for a place to lay your head when you spend the entire day out site seeing. Property is in a very large apartment complex which is a bit noisy at night, it's more like an air B&b.
