• Prospero (8/5): Gita due giorni in famiglia - Comodo da raggiungere con la metro. Vicino c'è una trattoria e un forno buonissimi. L'host è stato gentile, c'era disponibile tè, acqua e birra. L' appartamento è piccolo, giusto per dormire, se più di due persone va bene per famiglie perché per usare il bagno si deve passare nella camera da letto. C'erano solo i teli per la doccia ma non asciugamani.
• Laura (5/5): Great location, but probably best for couples; don't expect to self-cater! - The person who met us was friendly and kindly stored our bags on the last day. The location was great - short walk from the Colosseum and Vittorio Emmanuele metro with a coffee shop and bakery next door and mini-supermarket opposite. It's helpful to read the other reviews - the apartment was not set up for self-catering, or even making breakfast, and calling it two bed was a stretch when the second bedroom doubled a corridor and kitchen/diner! Rome is expensive but it still didn't feel like good value for money.

En las fotos es imposible identificar la arquitectura de los apartamentos y las condiciones en las que van a alojarse las personas. Pueden servir para un apareja con algún niño o para un grupo de jóvenes que van a divertirse. No para 4 adultos.

• guy (1/5): Le logement ne correspond pas au descriptif - Emplacement Descriptif 2 chambres en vrai 1 chambre et la 2 ieme: cuisine confondue avec la chambre. Pour aller au toilette ( qui sont dans la salle de bain) on passe dans la chambre : aucune intimité. Limite dans la vaisselle.

• Jorge (4/5): Apartamento máximo 4 personas y OJO! - La ubicación es buena, muy cerca del Coliseo y de Santa la Mayor y Termini, muy bien conectada, el metro en la puerta. Bares y restaurantes en la puerta, recomendamos la panadería-cafetería de abajo. No es una zona peligrosa pero por la noche es interesante no acercarse al parque, mejor salir dirección Santa María o Coliseo. La atención del anfitrión es inmediata, responde al minuto e intenta satisfacer las necesidades, excepcional la persona que se ocupa del apartamento. Eramos 5 y tenía 4 sillas, las pedimos varias veces pero nunca nos la trajeron, creo es un sitio máximo para 4, no para 5 o 6, se aprovechan mucho, es muy pequeño. Es un bajo y hay una panadería abajo, por lo que si quieres descansar, no es tu sitio. Tiene muy poca luz, solo luz del día en una de las habitaciones, no da nada al exterior. Limpieza bien. Sinceramente no repetiría, muy caro para lo poco que ofrece. Podría aprobar para 4 personas y máx. 2 noches.

• Noah (5/5): Good location with AC, small unit with pictures misrepresenting actual unit stayed in. - We liked that the apartment was close to metro station and the Roma Terminali station as well. The location was clean upon arrival. The worker that eventually came to help us access the apartment was kind and apologetic about the delay in our being able to access the room. They provided multiple bottles of water and some additional snacks. AC unit looked new and worked well. The communication was terrible. We were unable to enter into the apartment for a couple of hours after arriving and was unable to get a hold of the property via email, WhatsApp message, or telephone after numerous attempts. It was only after I called booking.com customer service that finally someone from the property reached out to me. Also, the pictures posted on the website must be from a couple different apartments because ours did not have any bunkbeds as shown and the apartment was much, much smaller than portrayed in photos online. Very tight for our family of 5. Pillows are very thin and uncomfortable. Blankets thin but it was so hot didn’t matter.

• Petteri (10/5): Great location and perfect with kids. - Great situation, right next to subway and Nice walk to Colosseum and other historical areas. Also nice Café downstairs. The appartment lived to expectations, everything worked as should and Marco was really friendly and nice host. Nothing to disagree.
• Muhammad (10/5): Great apartment with equivalent great host - Best apartment in central roma. Close to train, metro stations and main attack as well. I would definitely be coming back
