- FELIPE (7/5): - Prédio bom, boa academia, janela antirruído no quarto, flat funcional. Check in rápido. Roupa de cama velha, travesseiros medianos, rejunte do box muito sujo, precisando de limpeza pesada, panelas muito ruins e falta iluminação na varanda. Como o apto é de frente e andar baixo, apesar de janela antirruído, ainda passa pouco barulho principalmente de motos.
