• Sherie (2/5): False Advertisement and Disappointing - It's close to Walmart and about 20 minutes to MIA airport and Miami Beach. It was a family holiday (Thanksgiving) and my birthday, and I was VERY disappointed. We booked this house based off the pictures as it looked nice and comfortable. It wasn’t at all. The AC didn’t work from the time we entered the house. It was 81 degrees in the house for 4 days and we had small kids and handicap people, so it was very uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi didn’t work either. So, we used hotspots from our cell phones to watch TV. And the property managers, Nani and the Luhos staff kept saying people were on their way and they were in touch with the homeowner to find out what was going on. Some of the TVs worked and some didn’t….Just bad. Everything in this house is either broken or is too fragile to touch. If you the pull the gate to hard, it comes off the henges. Same with all the closet doors and the games, like foosball. I went to the store and brought gorilla glue to try and mend some of the broken things. There were spiders and bugs, alive and dead in the house. I didn’t get the access code to the house until I called, and I had already landed and was en route. Although, Nani told me that I would receive it at 10am the morning of check-in. I had to ask about the gate codes to park in the driveway as that wasn’t sent. And you need to lock the gates at night as the neighborhood seems a little sketchy. Plus, the house is on a main street and a lot of cars were driving by really fast. The pool was dirty, so we cleaned it ourselves. I constantly called Nani and her team and kept bugging them as we spent a lot of money to stay here, and it wasn’t worth it. I asked for a partial refund and that has gone ignored. I don’t recommend this house and I wouldn’t stay here again or at any of their properties. I reported them to booking.com as well and booking called them on my behalf. Save your money and stay at another property that’s clean and functional.

• Foster (9/5): Superb - Spacious rooms, properly stocked shelves and an abundance of amenities to play and enjoy. The sprinkler system came on and ran from midnight until 4pm the next day. The problem was resolved after several calls and text.
