- Andrei (10/5): Nice, cleand and modern apartment. - Nice and clean apartment. Parking on the street, but also available in closed parking for an extra cost.
There are two AC units in the apartment so even you are at the 5th floor, you will not suffer of heat, even in August.
The host was very friendly, polite and also has recommended us some restaurants.

- Mihaela (9/5): Superb -
- Monika (9/5): Superb - Helpful and very nice host, clean and very good equipped kitchen The way to metro is long and diifficult but there is also a bus stop nearby
- Nikolaienko (10/5): Exceptional - I recommend it. The price/quality is excellent. Marko, the owner of the apartments, personally showed and explained everything, helped with locations, where to eat, where to order, how to plan, where to go. He is in touch if necessary. Importantly, there is a place to leave the car, the metro is nearby, and you can take dogs with you. -
- Mira (7/5): Depends on what you want - The host is very friendly, speaks perfect English and is always available.
The apartment is perfectly clean and has everything you could need - dishwasher, washing machine and microwave included, and it's mostly quiet at night.
We didn't get to explore the neighborhood much but it seems cute but not much to see.
Near the apartment you have good options for buying affordable fruits and vegetables.
If you need a whole apartment in a neighborhood that is not too busy, this is a good place to stay. It is indeed a rather long way to central Rome. The walk from the metro is rather long and annoying since you have to walk around the neighborhood to get to the apartment without the ability to cross in between.
Since the busses arrive very randomly (or not at all) it can easily take up to an hour to get to Rome or back to the apartment.
Despite this, we managed to stay in central Rome until at least 21 almost every night and get into the city before 8. I recommend getting a weekly ticket where you can take any means of public transport to adjust to the flexible connections.
Still, if you want a place to sleep between exploring Rome, you will have to expect between 40-60 minutes of travelling back and forth with this apartment.
What the pictures fail to show is the neighboring balcony that is directly opposite of the bedroom and balcony of the apartment. Definitely keep the curtains closed for privacy.
Also, the manual locks on the apartment and bedroom doors aren't functional.
This, for me, creates a big problem especially for Female and solo travelers. Even with my boyfriend, we didn't feel 100% safe at night, especially when someone rang our doorbell at 1am the last night we stayed there.
This problem, in my opinion, should be taken care of before hosting female solo travelers.
- Amolpali (7/5): Good - Marco was excellent host.
Marco was able to drive us from and to airport at like 2 am.
Marco helped up to take our heavy luggage on 4th flloor
Apartment had all the facilities we needed and was very clean. The building had no lift and the apartment was on 4th floor I guess so like climbing more than 80 stairs in really hot weather(35 degrees)
Location was not ideal as it was way too far from metro station (20min walk) and like 8 min walk from bus station. Normally it may be feasible but in really how weather it was really uncomfortable specially when taxis are very expensive in Rome.
There was no direct route from bus station to any of main attractions and always involved quite a bit of walk.( Example to goto colosseum you need change 3 buses).
So if you have a car then it is ideal. With public transport it is bit hectic.
- Rita (10/5): I would come to Lucy’s Roof again 😊 - Very clean, everything we needed, good communication, perfect location 😊 -
- Sara (10/5): Exceptional - view \
