Guest Reviews
- Jayson (3/5): Great location, however it's dirty. - Location! It's a great location. You can access everything easily The room was dirty and we see half a handful of cockroaches. They clean it but lacking of effort to clean the room. Toilet and Bathroom needs a thorough clean.
It's too expensive for what you can get.
- Yakovenko (5/5): Passable - Location is good There were a couple of cockroaches
- N (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mike (1/5): Extremely unhappy - I hope they crash and burn, I want my money back - NOTHING Abysmal - I hope the place goes out of business and the authorities close it. Impossible to find ! No signange - a call is necessary to enter. Horrible - far from all location. The worst reception support utterly uncaring about the pathetic entry and need to call and insane ridiculous pricing.
Room was not even half the size shown, Bathroom had mold.
The place should be condemned and I want my money back.
Extremely unhappy
- Diane (8/5): it was fine for what we needed we needed a room close to the train station and this fitted the bill - didnt have breakfast we ran out of time had a train to catch so missed it
- Flordeliza (4/5): Disappointing -
- Satoshi (2/5): one of the worst accommodations in the world. - Good location Disgusting smell, Mold in the bathroom
- Luba (4/5): Disappointing - Looks different than in the pictures, the breakfast is out side on a coffeshop and not a real breakfast a bunch and a drink Small room,
- Majid (3/5): Not very good - It was in a good location near the termini station
It's somehow clean The room wasn't ready by the check-in time when we arrived, and we had to wait for a while outside the room so that they cleaned the room. And then the room smelled like detergent.
It was super noisy during the night, and we couldn't sleep well.
- Ekaterina (6/5): For 3 nights with child and my mom is OK - Many thanks to reception they change room to have better WIFI. Location is great to all interesting places. First night we lived one first floor. There was no internet at all and very loud as restaurant is very close to it. But next night we changed room and it was great.Anyhow it is very expensive. Breakfast is only coffee and sweet croissants.
- Lakshminarayan (5/5): Booking.com should be more careful while endorsing hotels, as long standing subscribers like me fee - With my long association with Booking.com, this is the first time I felt let down. I was forced to like the stay, as I had booked for eight nights at this hotel, to use Rome as the base of my travel around Italy. The only thing I liked was the proximity of the hotel to Roma Termini train station. I do not know whether to call B&B Termini a hotel. There is no reception. There is no billboard or signboard outside the building indicating the location of the hotel. Later on, we came to know the building has many so-called "hotels" located in the building. All of them run surreptitiously. Other buildings in the neighborhood have similar practices, but they have put up several billboards around the entry gate to indicate the location of the hotels in the building.
Every time, in B&B termini it was necessary to make an international phone call to elicit a response from the staff. As such, the staff were well behaved, but the problem is they were not accessible like other hotels. The hotel management was invisible.
- Naghmeh (9/5): Superb -
- Marsel (1/5): Bad -
- Natalia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matsoso (5/5): Passable -
- Joshua (1/5): Give this one a miss - nothing Many things
- Jana (3/5): Negative and too exspensive experience - The only positive thing was location close to the train station. The shelf under the mirror was poorly attached and was hanging down a bit. Therefore it was not possible to put things on it, and there was no other place to put it (except on the sink). There was also only one towel holder (in a room for three people). In the bathroom there was some mold on the ceiling. One of the beds was by the window (exit to the balcony) and if you wanted to open the balcony door, you had to climb over the bed. The balcony is messy and dirty. There were cigarette butts in a glass on the balcony. The view is on the unkempt inner courtyard.
One time it happened that a group of new guests arrived at 00:30 (check-in), they were very loud and it lasted about half an hour. Of course we couldn't sleep.
In the bedroom, one socket was not properly attached and was taped.
We saw a cockroach in the room.
Would not choose the accommodation again.
- Dubovci (8/5): Very good -
- Serhii (6/5): I would stay in this room, but without children -
- Enrique (9/5): Getting more bang for your buck - Location Is a little bit dark
- Dave (9/5): Great Location with clean rooms - Clean room, Great location and good host.
- Zhannur (5/5): The fact that it was right next to the train station could not compensate the smell and the lack of facilities. Yet the - The location was nice One of the rooms smelled bad and we couldn’t sleep there. Some facilities were super old and broken.
- Usman (1/5): Bad - Next to the train station The lift looked like it was installed in Mussolinis time. It gave off strong bordello vibes.
- Liljana (9/5): Superb - Great stay. So convient as a location and connection s. No breakfast. When you are a family is good to have the breakfast at the hotel. But anyway quite good related to the price we pay.
- Joy (5/5): Passable -
- Örs (4/5): Disappointing -
- Marko (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mahendra (5/5): Passable -
- Lana (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, across Termini station. All the main attractions can be reached by foot.
Italian breakfast (cappucino and croissant) is served in the caffe down the street, very close to the appartment. Staff was polite and helpful. Great value for money! Every recommendation for this accommodation. Very small elevator, if you have appartment on some of the floors.
- A.a.ardebili (8/5): Best location and cleanest room - The location can not be better than this.
The guy in reception is so respectful.
I arrived 1 hour before check-in and they cleaned the room for me to make me comfortable even before check-in starts officially The room size was really small. No desk or table or chair. only the bed and 50 cm space around the bed.
- Meghan (6/5): Very close to train station with all the basics - Close to train station and comfy room, it had all the necessities for our stay. Pretty good value for money. There was a bit of outside noise (street noise etc) that kept us up at night, no remote for our aircon, very small elevator and I think the check in process can be communicated a bit clearer. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay
- Authaiwan (7/5): Good -
- Vanya (5/5): Passable -
- Alba (3/5): Poor - The only good thing is the location, in front of the main train station. This place is terrible. Dirty, old, bad odor, things don't work, the guy who is in the "reception", don't speak properly Italian. The entrance of the building is awful, and the reception is a tinny corridor in between the rooms. Breakfast takes place in a coffee nearby, just a coffee and a croissant are included.
It's the worst place I've ever been.
