We were forced to book alternative accommodat - Nothing • Room was dirty upon arrival with no towels provided • Walls were visibly stained and dirty • Exposed electrical wires inside the building • Heavily rusted access panel in the bathroom • Used syringe/needle found on the staircase — serious safety hazard • No security in the building, anyone could enter freely • Host refused to take any responsibility • Was forced to book alternative accommodation at extra cost​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• Jelínková (2/5): Nedoporučuju - Nemohli jsme zařízení najít, potom zevnitř škaredá budova, špinavá. Pokoj nebyl jako na fotce, nebyl tam soukromí balkón, jak se na stránkách psalo, celkově naprosté zklamání, dovolím si říct podvod a zbytečná ztráta peněz. Nedoporučuju. Taky plíseň na zdi

Everywhere was full of dust, there was a SHIT in the toilet. Bed wasn't cleaned, no where wasn't cleaned. They didn't worked heating system, room was genuinely cold, we turn them on.

• Caleb (1/5): Do NOT stay here. It’s not safe, extremely dirty, a waste of money and will ruin your trip!!!! - The only positive about this place is the location. Its near to a train station but that did NOT make up for the horrible place and the experience!!!! Do not bother staying here (PLEASE SEE IMAGES) Firstly, the room looks nothing like the advert - poorly designed, badly cleaned with dust build up on the floor, a window that did not close properly,no balcony, no terrace and no wifi (even though we got sent a link stating we had wifi before our stay). The entrance to the building was extremely dirty and dangerous with live exposed wires and additional wood contraption hanging from the ceiling. There was also a fridge blocking the corridor which is a big fire risk( PLEASE SEE IMAGES). The windows in the corridor were always left wide open letting the smell of smoke enter the building and they were unable to be closed. The front door from the street did not have a working lock and neither did the door entering the apartment section. The door to the apartment complex was often left wide open too making us feel super unsafe (PLEASE SEE IMAGES). Inside the apartment, there were many issues. The bathroom was ill-fitting. The water would leak onto the floor due to poor construction and a bad shower curtain. Additionally we were only given 2 towels meaning we had no towel to place on the floor to aid with clearing the flooded water. Furthermore during a shower, the hot water cut out and left my partner unable to have a decent shower after a long day of travelling. In the apartment, there was no bin, no bin bags, no safe for valuables, one chair, broken and unclean tables, one clothing hanger and bad bedding that left us feeling itchy and dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Not recommended for solo travellers either!!!!!

Στην αρχή που μπηκαμε η είσοδος ήταν πολύ βρώμικη, μύριζε πολύ άσχημα, υπήρχαν σκουπίδια πεταμένα κάτω, υπήρχε μια σκαλωσια που φαινόταν έτοιμο να γκρεμιστεί κ.α. έπειτα θέλαμε να μπούμε στο δωμάτιο αλλά το κουτί με το κλειδί ήταν χαλασμένο και δεν άνοιγε. Προσπαθουσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με τον ιδιοκτήτη αλλά οι απαντήσεις ήταν κυρίως αυτοματοποιημενες, υπήρχε καθυστέρηση και δεν υπήρχε η δυνατότητα να καλέσουμε κάποιον για να βγάλουμε άκρη με αποτέλεσμα να περάσει 1 ώρα και στο τέλος μας παρείχαν άλλο δωμάτιο δίπλα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ βρώμικο, μύριζε πάλι πολύ άσχημα, ήταν πολύ μικρό. Προσωπικά δεν χρησιμοποίησα την τουαλέτα ούτε το μπάνιο, προτίμησα να πάω έξω σε μαγαζί για να κάνω την ανάγκη μου. Μετά από πολλά ταξίδια και πολλές διαμονες που έχουμε χρησιμοποιήσει, αυτή σίγουρα ήταν η χειρότερη διαμονή με μεγάλη διαφορά!

• András (4/5): Összességében kényelmesebb szállásra számítottunk, de elfogadható volt ez is. - Jó volt a vízforraló. Nem volt teljesen egyértelműen jelezve az apartman neve, ezért a bejutással voltak nehézségek. Amikor elfoglaltuk a szállást, az ablak nyitva volt és csak nagyon nehezen lehetett becsukni. Az ágynemű kényelmetlen és műszálas volt. A törülközők bontatlanok voltak, egyszer sem voltak még kimosva. A fürdőszoba nem volt teljesen tiszta. Nem volt wifi a szálláson, pedig ígérték. A képek is csúnyák voltak a falon.

• Valeria (4/5): Nesatisfăcător! - Locația a fost satisfăcătoare, relativ aproape de centru. Este cald în încăpere și este apă caldă la baie. Lipsa unor obiecte esențiale precum masă de dining, dulap, feon de uscat părul și cel mai important Wi-Fi!!! Nu am avut internet în toate zilele care am stat acolo. Cearșafurile și prosoapele chiar dacă au fost spălate, miroseau neplăcut. Ușile și pereții sunt foarte subțiri și noaptea se aud zgomote puternice din coridor și din camerele vecine, plus ca noaptea se aude cum lucrează frigiderul. Nu aș mai sta la așa cazare niciodată, cu toate ca personalul răspundea rapid la mesaje.
• Philipp (7/5): Nice economic stay in Vienna - Location, where the flat inside the building was situated was neat. Amenities as Kitchenette and small stoves, were good to have. Price and availability at this difficult time in Vienna to book stays in Vienna was surprising. Respond from Host in no time was great to have received. Thanks for having us Well as a suggestions I would recommend a doormat and a mat for the shower to keep the flat cleaner while in use. I would leave the guests some cleaning materials like broom and shuffle so they may tidy a bit after themselves. Of course a hand wash is always great to be invited to. The door of course does not properly close, but it's not so obvious. Maybe a larger table would have suited my stay better for preparing a picknick. Still would recommend this flat for a short stay in Vienna people with same intentions as me.

Der Gastgeber hat immer schnell auf meine Anfrage per WhatsApp reagiert und ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Zum duschen und schlafen sehr ausreichend. Ich komme gerne mal wieder.

Äste das Check ist um 15:00 Uhr wenn du willst früher ein Reisen kostet extra aber für was kostet extra für eine dreckige Wohnung wo man nichts sauber ist wo man keine Fenster keine Internet kann ich gar nix und so viele Leute komische in der Haus stinkt, das ist katastrophal. Sowas nicht akzeptabel.

• szatanik (1/5): Uciekajcie. Okolica jest dość wątpliwa, a każde drzwi można otworzyć z buta.zreszta ktoś już próbował się włamywać, a śl - Nic. Adres podany na stronie jest inny niż faktycznie. Dopiero na maila po rejestracji dostałam faktyczny adres. W bramie można spotkać wiele odurzonych osobników, a wejście wygląda jakby cała kamienica była do wyburzenia. Po wejściu do pokoju uderza zapach potu, brudu, kurzu, papierosów, alkoholu, moczu jak z ośrodka dla bezdomnych. Odpływ prysznica wyglądał jak peruka. Na ścianach są pajęczyny, kurz jest obecny wszędzie, podłoga klei się i ledwo można się poruszać. Pościel jest prana obok, w zwykłej pracle w najtańszym detergencie. Podstawy higieny nie mają znaczenia dla właściciela. Wynajęliśmy pokój na jedną noc, ze względu na samolot z samego rana na drugi dzień, ale spędziłam tam 8 minut. Takimi „apartamentami „powinna się zająć konkretna inspekcja, bo to w XXI wieku nie ma prawa bytu. Na tej samej ulicy, 6 numerów dalej, 1 minuta piechotą w podobnej cenie jest wspaniały, czysty i pachnący hotel. Nie polecam, nigdy więcej.

Private bathroom in the room. Entrance to the building, but the owners don't have influence on it. There could be more dishes in the kitchen.
