• Erdaleena (6/5): Pleasant - The kitchen was fully equipped and fully functional. The flooring needs to be change and improve on the total cleanliness
• Ahmad (2/5): Disappointing. Do not recommend - - Did not take a deposit - One bedroom had 2 single beds. Very useful for our 2 kids to sleep. - The view was nice. The flat and building are quite old. Bedroom floors were peeling. A window in the hall and a window in one of the rooms didn’t close fully, it was defective. The doors are creaky and very noisy. There are small cockroaches in the kitchen area and toilets, especially at night. The listing mentions a balcony, but it is not accessible. There was a washing machine with dryer function, but it was not working. We had to take our laundry to a coin operated laundry and get it washed and dried. When complained about the washing machine to the host, they offered to get it washed for us, but they wanted to charge extra, so we had to do it ourself. It was a hassle because we had to spend extra time and money. No drinking water was provided. So please carry your own water if you do not want to drink from the tap. There was an electric kettle provided, so we used that to boil tap water for drinking. An induction stove is there with 3 cooking pans (very large ones). Plates and cutlery provided. No toiletries were provided. 1 bathroom had 1 Bottle of shampoo and 1 bottle of body wash. The other bathroom only had 1 bottle of shampoo and no body wash. The previous guests had heated something with tuna in the microwave, the cleaning crew did not clean the microwave at all, it was very stinky. The first thing that we did after entering the apartment was to clean the microwave fully. Even then the smell was lingering for a long time before it disappeared fully. There was a wall clock in the hall. The batteries were dead so it was not working. The communication between the host/management company is very poor. Doesn’t reply or very slow response.

• Norzaiyani (6/5): Pleasant - 🫠 unpleasant smell while reaching the door house , I guess it's from the bathroom. 🫠 bathroom - refer to the picture, I have to wear the slippers, uncomfortable to use 🫠 charge RM 80 for cleaning fees, but the Cleanliness ? 🫠 need to switch 2 lift

The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline from the apartment's balcony. Watching the city lights come alive as the sun set was truly magical. The location of the apartment was also ideal. It was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. There were also plenty of dining options nearby, from local street food stalls to upscale restaurants. Overall, my stay at Arte Plus Kuala Lumpur by Inn Lux was nothing short of exceptional. It was the perfect urban oasis, and I can't wait to return.
